I got a flat tire last night. I called and they ordered me a new tire and it arrived within 2 hours and when I came to have them put it on it was super fast! They were all professional and polite! This is my 3rd time coming here and every time I have had a good experience:)

Tire Pros have always been professional. I have brought a whole bunch of my cars here. They have always given positive, and amazing customer service. I regret not purchasing my last four tires here, instead of tire choice ( it wasn't voluntary, one of my tires went out on me, and had to make to the only tire shop open near me).Today I went to Tire Choice (not this place) to fix a screw, due to the fact that I had a warranty. They asked me to make an appointment for Tuesday. I was not going to wait that long.Came to Tire Pro and they took care of me. Within 25-30 minutes, I was out the door with my tire fixed. I'm only coming here from here on out.

Castro Valley Tire Pros was amazing! I was greeted right away by Jeff who was so friendly and helpful. They were busy early in the morning but they said they could repair my tire in 45minutes to an hour. It was finished sooner than that and I left feeling great. The customer service, efficiency and price was all fabulous. I will definitely be back and recommend them!

Super service oriented tire and repair store. Yes they even fix Equus suspensions. My modest 93 Corolla got tires and alignment.As I drove up for my appointment they already had work order and top hats in hand & top hat is what they put on a car roof.Can't go wrong. Great people. Use your debt card if you can. There is a charge for credit cards. BTW while waiting walk down Castro Valley BLVD for browsing and buying.

They took great care of my 1988 pick up truck the brakes haven t been touched in almost 20 years!!!!they repaired the front and the back brakes. great work From the customer service when I walked in; to the quality work when I drove away. I would definitely recommend this place.!

Had a nail in my daughter s car s fairly new tire and she drove it a few blocks. The sidewall was damaged and it i had to get a new tire. Sucks that no warranty on the damaged tire but they waived the mounting and balance fee plus they added road hazard on the new tire and the other 3 tires for free. Awesome customer service from Beto.

All of the employees here are dedicated and professional. They handle the stress of many customers coming in about the same time and are always courteous. I highly recommend this company. Support small businesses.

We have been customers of Tire Pros for years, even before it was Tire Pros in CV. We have been very happy w the care they provide our cars. Today, I commented to Jeff about a charge my husband got on a previous service that he did not know he would get and Jeff gave us an additional discount. They have always taken good care of us!

Outstanding customer service! From new tires to oil changes to brakes, this company has very competitive prices and always gets the job done quickly! They have the most common tire sizes and oil filters in stock so they typically get the job done while you wait and they are quick even without an appointment. They always communicate the status and length of the repair. I think their customer service, especially for an auto and tire shop is the best around!

The MECHANIC SHOP is solid! They ll get you in and out faster than any place I ve been without ever sacrificing quality work or kindness checking you in, no matter how busy they are! Half the time I ve gone they are super busy and it s never dead or even slow so I really don t know how they do it.Found them in the comments on a Reddit post, looking for a reasonably priced mechanic that knows how to work on a Subaru because I didn t want to pay dealership prices for an older (but immaculate & reliable) car that I might need to trade soon, due to a lifestyle change. The dealer wanted to charge me $250 to do an oil change and diagnose the problem, saying the diagnostic without the oil change is $300. I got an even higher quote from a Subaru specialist mechanic. Ugh.They diagnosed it for free and fixed the problem (a fan belt I think) the same day for less than the quote. So happy I was able to just check the google reviews before I went to confirm this is the spot. It takes less than 20 minutes to get there and I drove 45 minutes no traffic plus bridge the last time I found a good mechanic but he was the sweetest older man and retired, which is the saddest day for me, a few years ago! I really miss him so I m super grateful to find these guys.PS They will tell you directly if they can t do something:They don t do electrical work (at least on Subaru) or diesel but will recommend someone

Fast, courteous, competent service to align my tires. My only qualm about the establishment is that my mother told me they'd be cheaper than what I paid when she recommended them. On the other hand, they were cheaper than the place recommended by the person who sold me the new tires.

I ve been buying my tires and getting my oil changed at Tire Pros Castro Valley for almost 2 decades, and they still manage to exceed my service expectations. The staff is exceptional, always friendly and they always find ways to provide services above and beyond what is expected. I am a customer for life.

Excellent service! They get pretty busy, but it s easy to see why they are never slow. Even with the constant influx of customers, they move quickly and efficiently. I ll only be going there for tire service in the future. Highly recommend.

Beto helped me choose which tires to get for my car since I didn't know which ones to get. He also threw in a free alignment when it took longer than expected to get the tires and install them. They also let me know I needed to get my rear brake pads and rotors replaced. I felt well taken care of.

Been a customer for a long time through the years, each time it gets worst than the previous time. Had a nail in one of the tire. After a hr of waiting, the manger informed me that they didn t find any nails in the tire but the issue lies with the tire s sensor. He recommended that I need to replace the sensor and I should do all 4 at the same time. I was about to spent close to $500, but It didn t make any logical sense so I asked him, what is the correlation of a flat tire and the sensor not functioning : He didn t have an answer so he went back out to consult with the mechanic, about 10 minutes later a miracle happened, the tire was repaired. That was about 9 months ago, have not had any problems with the sensors. I will NEVER EVER going back there!Watch for your wallet they will take you to the cleaners if you let them.

Castro Valley Tire Pros have been wonderful to me over the 15 years I ve been a customer. Even when they are teeming with customers they manage to accommodate my unforeseen need for a tire patch or replacement. They are honest, kind, and quick. I highly recommend!

I dropped my car off this morning without an appointment, and John was courteous. they diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and had it repaired and ready to go by early afternoon. Great service! I recommend Castro Valley Tire pros very highly!

Friendly, dependable and quality service! We've been using CVTP for years, they provide great work for fair prices. I was recently stuck with a dead battery, a quick call to CVTP fixed everything. They sent out road service, and changed my battery all within an hour.

I go to Castro Valley Tire pro for my tires. They are so professional and have great customer service. I also feel I can trust them to deal with me honestly . If asked about tires that who I would recommend hands down.

I was requesting my tire to be remounted since my rim was cracked and have my old tire mounted to a new rim but no, "state law... tire older than 8 years... can't do it", simple service just mount my existing tire to a new rim. I ask him well what do you suggest "well you can buy a whole new set of tires here from our shop with a 5% discount". At this point I'm done with this shop you want me to buy brand new tires just because mine are 8 years old, especially in this economy, when my tires tread is barely worn down!
