I decided to go to Rio s Auto Body to fix the sun damage on my car. They absolutely exceed my expectations with the outcome. They made my car look and feel brand new! I ll definitely be returning and recommending them. They work quick & Tony s customer service is 10/10.

I am very pleased with the work done by Rios Auto Body shop. Antonio was very accommodating and communicative during the entire process. He dealt with the other parties insurance and made the experience stress free. My car repairs exceeded my expectations and the shop has excellent attention to detail. You won t regret taking your car to this shop!

I got my 2014 Toyota Corolla fixed at Rios auto body shop, Antonio was super detailed about what the process was going to be , he kept me updated every step of the way.He made me feel like everything was going to okay.My insurance was Kemper insurance, I gave Antonio all of the information he needed from my insurance and he helped me with everything else.I am so happy with the work rios auto body provided me, my car looks new and it looks like nothing ever happened to it.I will definitely come back to them and will let my friends and family know about them.Thank u again .

Great service! I brought my car in for a detailed service and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent work. They did not miss a spot! My car was quite dirty inside due to my two kids, and since I don't have leather seats, it was a challenge. However, they took care of everything, including a few minor scratches on the outside. The end result was a car that looked brand new. I highly recommend this place; the pricing is fair, and the owner is friendly and great to deal with. I'm so glad this business is in my neighborhood!

Where to begin! Rios Auto shop was a great experience for me. In my opinion, better than the car dealer body shops... very detailed with their work, very professional, and not only that, very communicative! Antonio was great at communicating with me regarding my insurance, damages, and status on completed repairs they did or were doing. Last time, I had my car fixed (dealer shop), it was kept for a month. Just to change a back bumper..Antonio said he can possibly have it ready in a week, but returned my car back in four days! And that's Including with a paint job. My Toyota CHR looks brand new, as if, it was never damaged.Thank you guys for an excellent service.Greatly appreciate it!

I had a great experience with Rios Auto Body Shop. Antonio helped me deal with my All state claim and made the process stress free. I was initially worried about delays, but these guys got me back my car the day they said they would. I m super impressed with their professionalism! The repair, and paint match was done to look like nothing had happened to it. It s rare to find a body shop that combines quality craftsmanship with such a smooth insurance process. If you re looking for a body shop in Carson or better yet the south bay. Call Rios Auto Body Shop, and ask for Antonio.

Rios Auto Body Shop was very quick and professional from the quote to the repairs needed on my bumper. They handled my car with great care and after the repairs were completed, there was no evidence of the damage that my car had. Thank you to Antonio and his team for an amazing job!

I had my 1st accident ever didn t know what to do exactly or what to expect. I was told about Rios Auto shop. Great service they informed of everything that was being done to my car even send me pictures of the progress. My car looks like nothing happened to it. I couldn t be happier with service they did thank you so much for your help. Would definitely recommend it and would definitely go back if I need anything fixed.

I can t thank Antonio at rios auto body enough for saving my 2020 Nissan Sentra after a hit and run. They dealt with State Farm and made the process stress free for me. Rios auto body replaced the rear driver door, and color matched perfectly! Antonio kept me up to date from start to finish. If you need top notch collision repairs, Rios auto body is the place to go!

I had just purchased a used car from Shift (just up the road from Rios) and as happy as I was with the detail work from Shift, I felt that the cloth seats and the interior in general needed a deeper clean. In addition to this, I wanted to protect the paint with more than just the standard wash.Initially, I was hesitant to go with a service which did not have a strong online media presence but after talking with Tony (Anthony Rios) I was certain that he and his father truly do have more than 25 years of experience in this field.For a very competitive price and with excellent communication, Tony and his team deep cleaned the interior as well as washed/clayed/waxed the exterior. The seats were darker than they were when they went in, mostly dirt and dust ingrained in the cloth fibers, and the exterior very clean-almost looking wet.I would encourage others interested in getting their cars detailed to at the very least give Rios a call. Personally, I am looking forward to getting my car ceramic coated with them in the future.

I got into a car accident twice this year, luckily my cousin recommended me to this shop. Estevan and his son Antonio took good care of me and did absolutely a great job in fixing everything my car needed. I am honestly thankful to them for their amazing service and good customer care. The best part is that they accommodated to my needs, to the short period of time I had to fix my car. They are truly professional at what they do and they are honest and hard workers! It was the best I ve ever experienced of getting an auto body repair job done. Antonio was most professional and upfront with the time and costs. I m not savvy when it comes to dealing with cars but never felt taken advantaged of in my dealings with Antonio. This shop is top-notch and under superb management! The owner was in constant contact keeping me abreast of all the milestones that my car was in until completion. Communication is #1 to me and I like to know what's going when I give a shop my 2nd biggest purchase, next to my house. The quality of the workmanship is A+. I am now paranoid about parking my car in random places whereas previously, I wasn't too worried. That's how good the workmanship was, that i feel i have a brand new car that i want to keep pristine!Overall, if you need any type of bodywork/reconditioning done to your vehicle, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to suggest Rios Auto Reconditioning!!TL;DR -- Excellent experience ranging from customer service to pride of workmanship.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had been looking for a body shop that could take care of the crack in my bumper. Most places i reached out to would not return a message. Until I messaged Rios. Absolute great customer service. They were able to take care of my request in grand fashion, as well as provided me with updates on my car as they were working on it. My car came out great! 110% satisfied. I will be recommending this shop to any and everyone that asks.
