I came in on a Saturday morning with a couple of other vehicles being serviced.My car needed an oil change, we were getting ready to take it across the country so I asked that they check everything they could.Later that morning we picked up the car, tires properly inflated & ready to go. Total bill under $50 .No muss no fuss! I would take my car there again, the shop just gives you that "good" feeling.

Very good!!! The Oil change was more than estimated but I also asked for a few other things. But afterwards I got to talking with Alex about other things they do and I'm glad I did! They repair Air Conditioners also! We got an estimate for my condenser which is a huge job taking off the dash! I've had estimates ranging from $1k to $6k. Rick's is pleasantly closer to the lower end!!! Alex knew what he was talking about, I felt confident my vehicle was, and will be, in good hands!!

I'm impressed by their customer service & speedy professional ethnic services to make sure you leave a happy customer & continue to come back. I actually give them 10 . FYI: they have a very clean waiting sitting area w/ restroom a TV / screen to view their work on your vehicle, your wait time isn't very long . I recommend them to everyone . I will definitely be returning they are my new & best place to handle with care on my truck

This is kind of an it is what it is vibes kind of place. If that s your thing, then cool. Over the years, I ve been getting both good and bad vibes at this place. Sometimes I feel like I m in good hands, other times I ve been made to feel that everything wrong with my car is my own fault. It really doesn t help that I m not a car guy? I feel like when I come into Rick s I m burdening the people working there. I m not demanding, nor am I going to breathe down employees necks and telling them they re doing it wrong . I kind of go for whatever my car needs, really. Oil change and/or Freon re-up. Although, I last time I was there I asked for a Freon re-up and was turned away due to them not having enough time. Granted, it was an hour before the shop closed, so I get it, I guess. Ended up doing it myself because we live in 2023 and the internet and therefore unlimited information exists and finished before the shop was supposed to close. I digress. Anyway, go to Rick s if you don t care. If you do, then don t.

I usually go to the Carson og location. The customer service is great, the prices are fair and I trust that I'm getting correct information and great service.

Ricks auto sucks over priced they tell you they will do a service then turn you away they charge way to much for service needed fast lube in Torrance is better prices better Customer service there located In Torrance on Pennsylvania Avenue and Sepulveda 0 stars for Rick's

Easy atmosphere, SUPER quick and no janky or hidden stuff to worry about. Was not hassled about recommended services, happened to come upon them when reviewing my receipt. As a woman, that was especially appreciated...as was the respectful way in which I was addressed even though some were my same age or a tad older.DEF Recommend.Service: Oil change

They were getting ready to close, but they took me in as the last client for the day. Came to get an oil change. Very fast service, finished the job in about 10 minutes. No up sells and very friendly. It would be nice if they had (like their Torrance location) complimentary coffee for customers. But no biggie, it was a quick visit anyways.

Brought my wife's 2010 Toyota Venza in for an oil chabge. They have been changing her car's oil for the last 3 years. Noticed a few days later that it was leaking oil on the driveway so I brought it back. I told them the car was leaking oil from the oil drain plug which they agreed so they replaced the plug.

Amazing guys my friend recommended me to go to Rick's because they are super honest after I couldn't drive my Tesla because a plastic piece that broke off was dragging on the road.In 10 minutes I was back on the road and they didn't even want to charge me.thank you very much

I always take my PT Cruiser here, The guys are all Awesome! Very professional! They always call and give you the estimate before they do all that s needed. I ve never had a problem with any of their work. I have been taking my vehicles to Rick's for the past 5 years and have always had excellent service. I take my vehicles in to get checked out before taking long trips and Alex is always helpful, accessible and more importantly honest. Costs for repairs and regular maintenance are very fair and reasonable, more so than taking my vehicles to the dealership. I highly recommend Rick and his team.

Ricks team is honest and reliable. Been coming here for years for standard maintenance and at times varios issues with my cars. They are great at diagnosing & fixing issues and providing helpfil information about anything that is covered under manufacturers warranty that i didnt even know about. I was there getting a smog check, they're good for a smog but I didn't particularly like how their makeshift office is in the middle of the auto work area. Customers should not have to walk thru the dirty garage work floor so make sure you wipe off your shoes when you get back home.

South Bay's best in my book. Quality service at a good fair price.Rick has the best guys in town looking out for your car.Josh and Alex and Ulysses run the computer and Joey and the other guy run the oil change pit.The 3 mechanics out back do quality work.Ricky stands behind his guys work.He has always done good work for me.For some reason a few of the local cops hang out there even though there is no free coffee!

I have been working with Rick's for about 10 years. Customer service 2nd to none. Will tell you exactly what you need to get done and what you can wait on. They won't try to make you get all of work done at once if not needed.

I've been taking my car here for years. Mainly just oil changes. If I'm having issues they will diagnose it, but never pressure me to let them do the work. It's hard to find an honest mechanic and I've been really happy with Rick's!

Dealt with the location s manager Alex, a very unprofessional, very impolite, & unhelpful person. Had visited this place twice & dealt with the same person s consistent bad dealing with me as a customer. Seen how he reprimanded his subordinates while trying to help me. This kind of person should not be working in a business like this, not capable of helping customers and managing his subordinates. Would like to speak to the owner to address my concerns. I won t recommend this place to people who are needing auto services. Felt bad for the owner s reputation and business.

Pleasant experience and the fastest I've ever had my oil changed ever. Great staff which are very polite and helpful, no strong arming people with a forceful up sale, just honest business. Also check out the visitors lounge they have a very unusual type of vending machine for sodas and snacks.

Great place, I take my own oil and filter and let them change it. Thanks to the guy with the majestic beard for letting me recycle the oil....usually I take it to O'Reilly, but the cap was missing to the container and I live walking distance.

BE CAREFUL, RUDE N SCAM FOR YOUR MONEY.GAVE OUR COUPON BUT WHEN WE PAID. THEY DIDNT USE OUR COUPON! SAYING ITS NOT THAT MUCH DIFFERENT!
