Great shop for getting your smog check done, they are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. Friendly as well. My car didnt pass the first time and they told me why and what to do in order for it to pass the 2nd time around. Went back 3-weeks later and my car passed within minutes, easy in and out before work. Honest work and service, making this my go-to place for my cars.

Called to get details of pricing and if an appointment is needed at 1030am. Plus, to check how long it is expected to get the test done. Answered quickly, efficiently, and respectful.Went in as a walk-in around 430pm and was in and out in about 10-15 minutes. Very professional and quick.I paid with a debit card and did not ask for other payment options.

Friendly and fast service! Great pricing as well. They had my smog certificate completed in less than 5 minutes from the time I got there to the time I left! Highly recommend for fast affordable smog certificates!

The reviews are accurate - this is a great place to get a smog check. I went to this location based on the other reviews I read. It is tucked back in a parking lot so can be a bit hard to find if you aren't looking for it. Service was fast and easy, but most importantly professional and friendly. I trusted the work, and even though there isn't much to differentiate between the actual product, I would recommend any of my family or friends to come here over some of the other places I've been to.Service: Smog certification

How could I have not known Paul has been here for 20 years??! Best smog experience I've had in that 20 years. There was someone ahead of me, but the wait was probably only about 5 minutes. When it was my turn, Paul was super courteous, super friendly, and the check itself was super fast! Maybe 10 mins? Everything was super! (Thanks for asking!) I look forward to coming back in 2 years. Seriously, don't give it a send thought. This is where you wanna come for your smog test.

Fast service, polite staff. Came in without an appointment and they saw me right away for a Smog Check. In and out in less than 15 minutss. 10/10 would test here again.Paul's is a bit hard to find from the road, but it is tucked in the back of a commercial center across the street from 24 Hour Fitness and IKEA. Great signage on the front directing you to the back parking lot where their garage is located.Service: Smog certification

In and out quickly. I'd just moved here from another state and Paul took the time to explain and answer my questions as he checked my 2 vehicles. The price was less than I paid back in the 90's when I used to live in California! He was fast, polite, and I will absolutely be taking my vehicles back when it's time to renew!When you come here you'll go through a gate, then look for the sign, like other reviewers have said. Maps navigated me there no problem.

I've been coming here for years to get both of my cars checked. They can only check one car at a time. It is a small place. But the employees here are always nice! They have the courtesy to check if you have an engine light on before they test you. I've never had a bad experience here, even when one of my cars failed. They give you advice on what to do, and don't hassle you. I like coming here, and will continue to do so. Thank you to the staff at Paul's Smog!

Small shop. Paul was great. Quick! Fast! In & out! Little hard to find because its in a industrial strip. It you go past Dominguez st you went to far! Just off the corner across from 24 hour and go through the gate. You'll see the sign then.

Probably the nicest person to do any kind of service for my car. Any time I need the smog checked, I'm coming here. No lie, I'd drive up to 30 miles for this dude.
