I heard a bit of grinding noise coming from my brakes. I called in and they said they could do a brake inspection as soon as I brought in my car . They inspected the brakes and took off the pads to show me how much wear. Their inspection was very thoughtful and thorough. I was very pleased with the service and honest advice. I will be back when I need service for this car and my other cars.Service: Brakes

The people at Midas are absolutely wonderful. We were in a real pickle and they saved us. Another shop messed up our vehicle right before we had to drive out to Denver. They were so kind and helpful. They let us know exactly what we should do and how to save us some money in the process. You could tell they really just cared about us getting home safely. These are trustworthy honest people. Please send all of your friends here for quality and honest work. WARNING: Don't get lost in those beautiful blue eyes at the front desk.

Jason was Awesome & Honest about the repairs needed for my 2011 Toyota Sienna. My baby is old but still in good condition. She needed some work but not all that was recommended to me by the dealership. I thought I needed a new car smh .I also spoke with Oscar and as a team my car was ready the same day with no appt. They were super friendly& helped me right away. They throughly explained what was going on with my brakes and they provided photos which was very helpful. I was also given coupons which was a plus. This place dont even deserve a 1 star it deserves a zero star. Took my car in for a alignment and a alignment only. They said it would be 1 hour I go back in a hour. For them to tell me so much other stuff that is irrelevant to what I needed done. To top it off the crew was lazy just standing around eating their breakfast. I asked why didn't you call me the man said ohh I guess I had the wrong number pretty much laughing when im the one who wrote it down. Places like this under new management no wonder. All they would like to do is scam money out of you.

This place is the best! Oscar, and his team are super awesome! I came in frustrated from the service I received from PEP BOYS in Carson and the team jump in my car and started working on it right away. They guys had to work extra hour to get to the work done, and Oscar and Jason s customer service are exceptional! Thank you guys so much! I can t thank you all enough! Great job guys! This Midas location in Carson street never disappoint!

I have to be honest being a woman I don't really trust mechanics but my experience at the Carson Midas changed my mind, The Owner is very friendly and helpful but it was the manager Oscar Garcia who earned my trust with his helpful expertise, honesty and excellent customer service, I am SO happy that my Check engine light is OFF and it was less expensive than I thought that it would be and also Quick work, I would absolutely recommend this shop and I will return also.

Went in for an oil change and staff was really friendly. I came in right before their lunch break and they were able to get all of it done before they left. Oscar at the front desk was very knowledgeable and hands on with explaining to me with great detail what other fixes my car needed along with also showing me. I don t often leave reviews but this Midas deserves one. Firstly, I called about 2 hours after closing because my radiator had sprung a leak on the road. Ben picked up and allowed me to drop off the car so that it could be looked at first thing the next morning, saving me the cost of getting it towed back home for the night. I was already looking to sell this car, so I wasn t pleased to hear that the repair was going to cost $1,000. The technician Oscar advised me to call around because some dealerships will buy broken cars, so I did that and it sold. He could have easily pushed the repair on me or at least not said anything, but instead helped me with my situation. I believe these employees genuinely have the customer s best interest in mind and I will be coming back.

My experience at this Midas was a memorable one thanks to the Gentleman BEN he has a glowing aura that uplifted my self esteem immediately. I've never experienced the amount of caring respect and genuine responses to my questions if I sound like I'm exaggerating I am you couldn't pay me to write this, well deserved! I have to acknowledge his customer support it wasn't a service but more than that I felt God's love not just with him but the other employees as well. Proud to honor his gracious personality and praise his humble soul. Superb perfect choice of grammar and positive vibes are rarely seen so much I enjoyed writing this review to share his accurate attention to details even I admire his tenacity just really detailed and felt good to have people that care about you and provide what few can as a business BEN is a 1 of 1 gem I wish my own family and friends had a molecule of his personality even I think I was blessed to have him allow me say a prayer in Jesus name his application to everything was superior his intelligence is angelic his responses to my irresponsibility as an adult made me smile and feel like family. The other employees also felt the positive vibes they know what they are doing and anyone who says different is a hater or just insecure about themselves as a human being. I felt uncomfortable being so comfortable with my problems and if you want to have the best money CAN'T buy you found your auto shop. I never in detail express such passionate words about a business but this was ironically not a coincidence maybe my phone service but I googled a pepboys forget pepboys this is the spot to venture especially for fast service & affordable payment plans my grumpy father even couldn't see the picture I saw. Ben and the rest of the Midas team displayed well manners and etiquette. Ben has superior humble charisma I am jealous because I wish I had especially his patience if you have any questions he is the person to ask. He made me smile and feel welcomed even had the patience to inform me of different options explained the process with precision even felt like I already knew the methods to check and repair vehicles everything about this establishment had spiritual positive and welcoming vibes. Surprisingly it exceeded my own expectations of good customer service and I have over 10 years experience from waiter to call centers, clinic accountant/receptionist to private security. In short but far from basic and generic the Genuineness is godlike he has gods touch not Midas AMEN!

Went in a few months ago for a brake job and the brakes were still grinding they told me to bring it in. Once I did they put my car up right away and replaced my brakes and everything for free. Haven t had a problem since. Appreciate you guy s highly recommended.

Don't fall for their traps!!! This business offered me a coupon for oil change (synthetic blend) and refused to honor it on the grounds that supposedly my 2010 Malibu only takes full synthetic oil. I'm the only owner of this car and not once have i used synthetic oil. They mentioned that it's what the recommended manufacturer suggests, and yet my owners manual doesn't recommend or makes any mention of synthetic oil only. Any sensible person will tell you oil is oil!!Service: Oil change

The man at the counter was super nice and have us a great deal! They changed the oil and put fluid in very wuickly, we are so greatful! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs vehicle services. I'd like to say that Dave provided great service and we couldn't be more happy with it.
