There's a wait only because they are SO popular. They are popular because their services is impeccable. My service advisor Christina is perfect in her communication. The rental agents/cashiers are diligent. And no one can dispute the workmanship.

Service advisors were really helpful just wouldn't recommend getting any services done here unless you can waste 4-5 hours of your day to patch up a single tire.

I made my appointment for Sunday at 8:00 am, and I was seen until 9:10 am. They didn't check if I had an appointment, that's not right

I m an optimistic person but this service department broke me. Never received a call back with the diagnosis of my Optima, then after 4 days of un-returned calls, had to go in person for an answer and it still took 30 minutes for them to even find my file. Then the cost estimate was ridiculous. Go Anywhere else if possible!!!

If I have something that needs to be fixed they fix it right the 1 time. & I have been going there for 4 yrs. They have used cars of all brands & the promotion cars , so from used to the top of their line. & free coffee & donut , parts dept.,

After dealing with them I am selling my car and never buying a Kia again. They do not do body work here, lied to my insurance and said they did, and instead out source. They lost My license plate frame and claim "I came to Kia with no covers" even tho I have pictures that say other wise.The biggest issue I have tho is them giving quotes on the phone only for me to come in and the price suddenly being DOUBLE the quoted. The people that work here are not honest and only run around tring to place blame on other people. I will never buy a Kia again because of this location.

Just FYI the hours on their website are not correct. I found two different times for closing on the website (for later in the day) and when I called to check what time they actually close they were already closed. This time was not listed anywhere on the website. Please update your info as leaving it overnight when that was not the plan is extremely inconvenient.

I have loved the service I have received this year with Cristina, Johnny and I don't remember the name of the other girl, but they have changed my opinion that I had of the service received with the previous advisorsMe ha encantado el servicio que he recibido en este a�o con Cristina, Johnny y no recuerdo el nombre de la otra chica, pero ellos han cambiado mi opini�n que ten�a del servicio recibido con los anteriores asesores
