I recently leased a Hyundai from Hyundai Carson and had an exceptional experience with Jon. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, Jon provided top-notch customer service. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles, patiently addressed all my inquiries, and guided me through the entire process with professionalism. Jon's friendly demeanor and genuine interest in helping me and made the experience enjoyable. The car is charged and washed, which is awesome. The negotiation process was transparent, and I felt confident in my decision. Yanet from finance department was very efficient and explained everything well. Overall, thanks to Jon and the team at Hyundai Carson, I am now a happy owner of a Hyundai Ioniq!

I had a fabulous experience at Hyundai of Carson. I was nearing the end of my 3-year lease of a 2021 Tucson. Rosy worked with me while I searched for a smaller vehicle but could not make up my mind. My daughter decided that she wanted to purchase the car. It had only been driven 11,000 miles in that time.Rosy helped us with some issues so we were able to work things out. We are so grateful to Rosy and Andrew for their tenacity in helping us make that purchase!

Jeffrey is an amazing salesman! He delivered an awesome purchasing experience. He listened to everything I wanted and provided a car that met my needs!! 10 out of 10 I recommend him for your sales experience!! His attention to detail is impeccable, extremely nice, thorough, all-around awesome experience. I've never had such a smooth car buying process, and he did just that for me. To begin on a positive note, we appreciated the initial assistance offered by the dealership, including the offer to pick us up from the Amtrak station in Anaheim. However, there were some logistical hiccups with coordinating our ride, which made the beginning of our visit slightly awkward.Regarding our True Car offer, we were pleased to receive the $10,000 rebate as promised. However, we encountered discrepancies regarding other aspects of the offer, particularly in relation to accessories listed. Despite our inquiries, we were told not to worry about them as they were supposedly included in the price of the car. Upon receiving the car, we discovered that these accessories were not listed on the price sheet, leading to confusion.As the day progressed, we encountered difficulties with the efficiency and communication of the sales team. There appeared to be poor delegation of tasks, and our salesman seemed to leave us without explanation during the leasing process. The overall process took much longer than anticipated, extending from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm. Additionally, we experienced delays in getting our car back, with no clear communication about the reasons for the wait. It turns out there is no fast charger at the dealership and our car was received at an 87% charge, not as expected. The car sticker indicates when received, it should have a full battery charge.Furthermore, we were disappointed to learn that an advertised offer, offered online and on a poster in the showroom, for a complimentary charger and installation had expired, despite it being a factor in our decision-making process. Nothing on the poster said the offer had expired. Neither Hyundai nor the dealership would assist us in this, even though it was clearly displayed in the showroom.Despite these challenges, we would like to commend Jeff, a salesperson who provided exemplary service towards the end of our visit. He took the time to explain the features of the car and assisted us with setting up necessary apps, which we greatly appreciated.

Five stars to Erick Ortega and Hyundai Carson! My husband and I were in the market to upgrade to a family car for our soon to be family of three. Erick listened to our needs and made the car buying process super easy! Erick is professional and super kind! I ve already recommended him and Hyundai Carson to my friends who are also in the market to buy a new car. I m so pleased with how quick the process was and how he actually listened to our wants. I had an incredible buying experience with the team at Carson Hyundai. Rosie was fast in answering questions over the phone and connecting me with someone for the test drive. The sale team, Kevin and his manager, was efficient and not pushy. Mostly appreciate that they focused on me, a woman, without once asking if I needed my husband s approval or him as a co-signer. Would return again!

Could not have asked for a better car buying experience. Truly like their email signature says, there are NO SHARKS at Hyundai Carson. Jon was incredible and helped me with every step of the process and was extremely, communicative, transparent, and genuinely a kind person. I will be recommending everyone I know to purchase their next vehicle from Hyundai Carson. I sound like a paid ad but truly I had the best experience with Jon and everyone on the lot, I can't help but share how awesome they are. Our family just got a 2024 Hyundai Kona Electric from Hyundai Carson and Nathaniel Deleon, our sales rep was awesome. He was attentive, knowledgeable and very helpful. He gave us options and worked really hard to get us our first EV. He was off at 3pm, but he stayed and met us at 530 to help us. That's top notch customer service. Our experience was seamless and very quick. I filled out the application online and got us approved and we got to the dealership, the car was ready for us to check out and once we were decided to get it, the deal was done and all we had to do was sign papers. If you are looking to get an EV or a new car, I highly recommend Hyundai Carson and go see Nate. He will take care of you. They have gained a customer for life!!!

We recently decided to upgrade our 2019 Tucson and I cannot recommend Rosy enough! Car dealerships can be very stressful and our experience back in 2019 wasn't the greatest. This place is under new ownership and I'm so happy we gave it another shot. Rosy listened to all of my requests from color, specs, and price range. She made it happen without us having to have that awkward and frustrating push back that often happens and I can't even begin to express how much I appreciate that. She took the time to answer all our questions and was very personable. I felt very comfortable and so so happy with my experience! We are now leasing the Santa Fe SEL and have zero complaints about our experience. Rosy, see you in 36 months!!! lol. Thank you for EVERYTHING and helping me feel like I don't have to dread a trip to the dealership! Definitely recommending friends to you!

Hyundai needs more dealers like this. This place just operates differently smoothest experience I ve ever had at a dealership.Here's what I appreciated most: Before my visit, Jon Ramos was clear and transparent about pricing, rebates, and fees. He gave me all the information I needed to evaluate their best offers and reach an agreement without having to come in person to work the details. During my visit, Jon greeted me and had everything ready for us to finalize the terms of our purchase in partnership with his sales manager Phil Kang. No back and forth. No surprises. Simply what we agreed to before my visit. Yanet Carranza from Finance walked us through the final steps of our purchase. Didn t push any service or warranty packages. After my visit, Jon reached out to confirm everything was going smoothly with our new car. Later, the service department scheduled a complementary 1-month check-up.This is the type of customer experience that other dealerships need to take note of. I'll happily drive ~2 hours round trip to have my car serviced at Hyundai Carson and look forward to doing business with them when we're ready for our next car.

Recently leased a 2024 Hyundai Kona from Carson Hyundai. I was greeted by Rosy whom was very understanding of my needs for a vehicle. Rosy talked me through which car would be best suited for my family and made the process stress free - was able to walk in and out of Carson Hyundai with a new vehicle in less than an hour. I never felt pushed to agree to a deal that wasn't right for me. Would definitely stick with Carson Hyundai in the future due to how stress free the entire process was. I recommend to my family and friends to visit Carson Hyundai for any future car needs.

This is absolutely the only dealership I will take my car to for service now and if I plan on getting a new car in the future I will absolutely consider buying from here as well now just because of the amazing customer service I receive. After non-stop problems with my car and constantly taking my car to be serviced at the South Bay Hyundai in Torrance because it is closer to my home, I had nothing but problems every time I went there. It was absolutely terrible there so I finally decided I would make the extra drive out of my way just to give the Carson Hyundai a shot at servicing my car instead and was SO impressed the first time I visited a few months back. This was now my second time there this morning and it was an even better experience than the first time. I did not have to wait too long for an oil change and customer service absolutely matters - this location has that down. Awesome employees but even bigger shout out to Adrian in service for fast service and helping me out most. I will continue to return to this location and highly recommend it to others.

Kevin LaGuardia was our sales person and he provided excellent service throughout the process. He walked through every feature of the car. Communication was timely and thorough, too. Pricing discussions were clear , he gave the same price what he agreed on phone unlike other dealerships. The whole process was really easy and we appreciated Kevin's help. He delivered the vehicle as promised and explained the features and answered all our questions. Finance Manager Yanet helped us get the fastest finance and explained all their products about warranties. Never tried to force us buy that we don't want.Thanks to Jose sales manager who followed up with us on emails throughout the process.Overall, smooth sales process by Hyundai Carson.

I came to Hyundai Carson with a pre approved car loan from my bank. I decided to pursue a vehicle from this location primarily they worked directly with the bank I was retrieving the loan from. I was unnecessary asked write down my social and other personal information in order to connect the loan .They ran an highly unnecessary hard inquiry on my credit, though I already had a loan.Extremely unsatisfied with my experience at this dealership. Please be aware the employees do not care about you outside of them earning a commission. They are Scammers.

Hyundai Carson has been stellar in every way. I was having a lot of issues with my car and they helped me through it all, but that was only the beginning of how well they treated me and how amazing the staff is from TOP to BOTTOM.The service team is beyond friendly and will do whatever they can to make your life easier. I can honestly not say enough about Andres and his team, special shout outs to Daniel and Gio!! Thank you for all of your help over the last few months!Now on to my purchase, I had the honor of working with Rosy during my shopping, she was basically an on call sales agent for 3 weeks with me. She was always available and had the answers to my questions even when they were not the answers I wanted. She worked very closely with me in my choice to get an Ioniq 6. The most important thing she does is make you feel like you matter and that she cares about what you want and need. I highly recommend working with her or her associate Jeff if you can as he will also go above and beyond to improve your day and experience!Matt in finance (Go Chiefs!!) is awesome. I had another item for him to take care of while we were doing paperwork and he was very helpful and informative as to what I needed to do for it to happen. Great experience all around.The management team was very friendly and understanding of the situation that I was in and handled everything with professionalism.I know I just got my car, but I look forward to getting my next one from this team and sending anyone that i can to them so that you can experience the difference a good hard working and caring team can bring to your car buying experience.

STAY CLEAR OF THESE GUYS!!! RUN, RUN, RUN DON'T WALK!THEY PRACTICE THE OLD "BAIT & SWITCH"!If I could give a negative 5 I would. I saw a wonderful price for a Hyundai Palisade for days ($27,075). When I arrived at the dealership (26Oct 2023), they claimed that there's a misprint on the online advertisement. They were happy to add a wopping $21,000 to the price. Needless to say, I left as quickly as possible.Let's see what the FTC has to say...

Our issue is with the service department but to be honest, our experience has caused us to want to avoid this dealership as a whole. We do not recommend this dealership to anybody. I would not consider buying a new car here in the future. My car was here for a little over 3 weeks. Granted, we did not have an appointment, but when we brought in our car for service we were given a timeline. If they had told us to just make an appointment and come back, it would have been okay, but we were told it could be done. We didn t mind how long it could take to work on the car. What we did mind was the lack of communication and transparency. Almost all of the updates we received were a result of us reaching out after a couple days of silence (whether it be having to constantly call or physically showing up to the dealership ourselves, which we had to do twice). We only ever received two calls and one of them was a call back since we had called multiple times that day. I don t even know how many times we called and were told our information would be given to our advisor and we would receive a call back and we didn t. At one point, the manager, Andres, even told us he would give us a call before he left for the day and did not. When we did get updates, they were inconclusive and vague. One day we got an update from the manager and the tech and they contradicted each other. At this point, they lost our trust and we wanted to pick up the car, but we could not because it was taken apart. Our advisor, Giovanni, did not seem to know anything about our car. We figured we d just wait for the diagnosis, there was nothing we could do. Finally, after almost three weeks, we got quoted a $900+ fix with a diagnosis that did not seem probable. At this point, we had already lost so much time, we did not want to lose money too. Again, this experience was awful and I would avoid this dealership altogether.
