Went in for a TPS Sensor that may have possibly gone out. However, the Price was a bit too much for diagnosing the issue. Moreover, the customer service was great.

Came in for an oil change for my Rav4 TRD first 10k miles; they were quick and efficient they didn t leave any oil marks on my car. I always read bad reviews for this place, but i guess they have made some changes with the whole Fletcher thing. Keep it up guys! Good job so far don t ruin that new rep. The oil was changed i checked it after it got serviced, transmission was not changed but thats okay your only supposed to changed it usually every 30-60k miles depending how much you drive. Good job guys

Expensive for an oil chance and unnecessary recommendations for repairs it cheaper to go to unknown shops for repairs and much better quality too

The worst placeBad experienceYesterday I went there for key programming for my Toyota priusStaff non professional after waiting more than one hour they gave me the key without the blade and said come back after 2 or 3 days, and after receiving the car from the staff I discovered that the car box the things inside scattered and precious things not there.Please take care if you to go there

It's one horrifying experience here. I usually refrain from putting out a bad review but this one had it coming.I booked an appointment for 9:30 am on a Saturday, afcourse there is a rush of vehicles but what's the point of an appointment if you are gonna make everyone (walk-ins) stand in the SAME line and wait?When asked an advisor about my appointment, I get a reply loaded with attitude "..so does everyone else, wait in the line" as if I am there for a free service. You cannot be expecting a customer to come back if you got service like that.Edit : got out after 5 hours for an oil change.

Get my oil change at 10,000 miles my appointment was 9am at 3pm finished 6 hours later just an oil change ridiculous never gonna come back here again

Was charged $5,000 for two repairs on my 99 4runner that only costs a couple hundred dollars for parts. I m a mechanic myself so I ll just fix it, just didn t have time over the weekend and I knew it would be quick. I couldn t justify that price, It s not a Ferrari, I bought the car for 6k so according to an insurance point of view it would be considered total. This dealership is hurting for money so bad that they would pull highway robbery on their customers, that s pretty sad.

Did a service to replace my access panel for my splash guard and they try to charge 551 for a 30 dollar part, what a joke and also they didn t give me the part number on the service diagnostics because they know they were trying to scam
