Of the few Nissan dealerships I have visited, Carson definitely is top notch in service, customer engagement, and quality assurance.The facilities are clean and well maintained.The coffee bar is A M A Z I N G!!!The machine is a little different, similar to a keurig but much better.I don t like coffee but I love espresso and this machine makes lattes that are great!!My service representative Osvaldo offered excellent customer service, I will be back again to this location for any of my Nissan maintenance or upgrades.Updates:: The full service Coffee bar now has a complimentary filtered water station.Bring your own Hydroflask or any water bottle, or even purchase a Nissan water bottle and fill up at the water station.For coffee latte s- select specialty , latte, and follow onscreen instructions. You will be using your choice of two of the coffee or one hot chocolates for your yummy latte while your service advisor takes care of your car needs.My service advisor Osvaldo always provides excellent customer service and takes time to explain what the mechanics find during maintenance checks to keep my vehicle running smoothly. I trust the team at Carson Nissan and will return with my water bottle ready!!

I had always been a Honda girl, so when my mother got her first Nissan, I wondered why. But I liked driving it. I liked the ride and the control. But I must admit, the service center made me a convert.Every time I have gone in, I have had a great experience. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, and everyone goes out of their way to keep me in the loop of what is going on with my car. The waiting area is very roomy and comfortable. There are a lot of seats, and the vending machines have a lot to offer.I highly recommend these guys. Whether or not they are more expensive than other places, I really don't care. Over and over again, they have taken care of me and my car. I trust them, and that's really all that matters to me.

Always a comfortable place to sit and wait for your car. I prefer to wait. I love the coffee and popcorn, always fresh. I must say my first Experience at Carson Nissan was 5 Star.. from my service advisor John to the three young ladies behind the sales counter .. Time wise was great waiting area great the explanation of servicing and servicing for the future great . I only hope that when I do return(which I will) all will be the same!!!!

The service manager is very knowledgeable in mechanics and customer service and they really did a great job topped off all my fluids and let me know what upcoming services I needed I feel safe now driving my car and would highly recommend this Nissan dealership John it's a great service manager and the mechanic who worked on my car did a great job I can see the difference already when driving thank you Nissan of Carson

The service agent John surpassed my expectation by fixing my car correctly and giving me good discount that I deserved. I always go to Carson Nissan because that's where I bought my car even though sometimes what I want is not being followed. I will still buy my vehicle at Carson Nissan and service it there. So please keep up the good work. I'm a busy person and you are convenient to me. I have used your dealership many, many times and by that you should know that I am a loyal costumer. I get service at Carson Nissan and Ozzie that works there is so helpful and has great customer service skills. He has been trustworthy thus far. Also the mechanics in the background are Awesome as well.

Staff (Osvaldo) was very understanding and nice. Moved my scheduled appointment up because I arrived much earlier. Understood my issues with the vehicle and will make it happen. Took a minute or two but thankfully they have a coffee machine, vending machines for snacks. Seating was comfy i even fell asleep.

The experience is usually great but this time I could have had some serious issues...the technician that did my service left his tool under my hood.I was on my way out of town and I kept hearing a noise so I pulled over and open my hood and this tool was right there...I was taken away...I did call and let the (manager ?) know what happened...I was transferred to the service department.3.75*

Received accurate quote for diagnostics and the service. Quoted as taking 4 hours of work for diagnostics. I had everything done in that time frame and they even washed the car. The employees went above and beyond from start to finish!

Great, I didn t have an appointment and the service on my car was still completed in a timely manner. I was offered a Uber ride home and back to Nissan, that was convenient. All recommendations were sent via text and I easily denied and approved all the services I agreed to receive on that day.

ad to wait until Monday to bring it back in and be told there s a leak from a broken hose that the previous mechanic had to have broken during a repair on another part. If that were the case that leak would ve been mentioned right? It wasn t. Of course there is no manager on site because I ve learned after 3pm nobody wants to be there to work. I leave a message and then speak to the assistant manager and he makes an appointment for the lead mechanic to look at. At which time when I come in the advisor still has a I told you so attitude about my return. To which he goes to tell the manager I m here and all about what has transpired from Saturday until today. They look at my car and still the same thing, to which I already know because I ve been told this already. And I ask to speak to manager and guess what he s gone for the day because it s 3:30pm. When I say this service department will messed up your car and make you think you did it yourself, I kid you not. Don t buy, trade, sell, not service your car at this business.

I've never had a bad experience here! Everyone is always friendly; greeting you and treating you with respect! As a woman, I feel comfortable that I'm not being taken advantage of; they explain everything thoroughly and answer all my questions. And the complimentary car wash aint bad either

Like the fact that the service advisors take the time to explain things . Have been a customer for many years and it s nice to see the friendly faces .
