My service advisor, Keith was excellent! From my first appointment where he walked me through every step that would happen in the repair process to the end where he walked me around the car to inspect the finished product. Keith contacted me throughout the repair process to keep me abreast of the cars progress. I haven t experienced this level of customer service in quite awhile. AND The interior and exterior were gleaming clean when the car was returned. 100% recommend!

I was very satisfied with the work that they' done on my car. I will recommend them to anybody And everybody customer service was wonderful theykept me updated With everything that was going on with my vehicle. I really appreciate them. Thank you so much for doing a great job on my Toyota Highlander.

I unfortunately was involved in an accident and had to have my vehicle repaired. I was sent to Caliber Collision for the repair and did not expect the level of customer service and communication that I received from my Service Advisor Keith Thompson. I never had to question what the progress of the repair was, as Keith called me every few days to keep me in the loop. Even after the repair was complete and I had questions regarding the rental that I had returned, he made a point to go to Enterprise to request that they call me. Truly appreciate the attentiveness to the customer at this shop. Thank you again Keith.

They handled everything so great to checking in, to letting you know how much, to how the process was going, to your car is ready!!! They made the process so easy to where I didn t have worry and right at Christmas time. Thanks caliber collision and Keith who kept me informed every step of the way.

Sloppy/careless work. I was reffered to Calliber through my insurance so i trusted they would do a good job. I am so disappointed with their work, more so with their customer service. Car was taken back for repair THREE times after being "repaired". Something as simple as placing the protective sticker on door handle was done so carelessly. Molding on the door was done very poorly it began to leak on rainy days. Matts were not used while car was being worked on it was returned with foot prints and dirt around the trim of the door entry way (Image attached). The manager, Diana Maldonado did not show any interest in helping with the issues brought to her attention. She hung up on me twice when asked for information and any time I called for updates she said she'd call me back but didn't. I was also billed 200 for the rental that was kept ONE day past its due date but on file car was returned 4 days late. I reached out to the Regional Manager and customer service on the website but no luck with a follow up.Service: Body & Trim

Staff Noe was very helpful throughout my entire repair process. He and the front desk were attentive to my needs and questions which made me feel a lot more comfortable about getting my car repaired. It took 1 month and a couple of days for my car to be repaired which was excellent as my entire left side of my car was damaged by a drunk driver. My car looked brand new when I picked it up and I could not be any happier! Definitely recommend this location for your repair needs.

The people were very friendly and kept me informed through out the process. They did take longer than I anticipated but they let me know why and all the updates. I did have to return my vehicle back but they fixed the issue in less than 20 min no big deal. They made the experience go very smoothly and didn't give me a hard time.

I highly recommend this place. Diana and Noe were very helpful from start to finish. Everyone in this place are friendly, very good customer service. I really appreciate all their hard works. A huge heart of gratitude and thanks to the amazing staff at Caliber Collision who went above and beyond to deliver superior service. They were able to complete all repairs before the estimated time, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Again thank you & I'll definitely be recommending you guys if the need arises, hopefully not but you never know and it's good to know they have you covered just in case, stellar.

This is a Geico approved auto body shop I took my vehicle there to get repaired because I was rear ended on the freeway by a driver insured by Geico long story short Geico totaled my car I was not informed by them or by Caliber Collision until I called them (poor communication skills) I was told to pick up my car because they were not a storage facility (understandable) once the workers found out my car was a total loss they started to take parts off my car which I had not released to them battery was not the battery I had in my car when I dropped it off gas was siphoned out Keith told me he would order the parts still haven't heard from him in 2 weeks this is a SHAME! (complete FAIL!) if there was a minus 5 stars this place would get it.

Caliber Collision,This is my SECOND experience with your services. My FIRST experience was pleasant.this experience was NOT!However, I would like to say, my service advisor was professional. Completed my car sooner than later.All, was great until I went in to meet with my advisor on the finished work to my car.I arrived, my advisor was notified.As I waited, I was given documents/invoice to sign and pay. I was feeling hesitant to sign because I still hadn t seen my car.but, this woman was standing in front of me with a hurry up look!I was trying to read what I was signing and i believe it didn t help the situation, she was looking annoyed with me.So, when she pulled out the debit/credit machine, I asked her Shouldn t I see the car before I make this $500.00 deductible payment? .She rolled her eyes as though I asked the wrong question.She took the documents and looked at the door and said go out and see your car .She asked the other customer if she cared for some water as she was dismissive with me.She practice no customer service skills. Exhibited Unprofessional incompetent behavior and minimal words were needed, as her demeanor was understood.I paid without seeing the car, I walked out, and made the comment Why is it so wrong to want to see your car before you sign and pay for work that you have not seen?My service advisor came out and at this time I was very upset with this woman attitude.I did mentioned to my service advisor what had taken place, and he did apologized for her behavior.I strongly recommend in the near future, prepare your front line person with a level of professionalism and respect.As respecting the felt experience of the client is important for a business as this.Service: Painting

This review is long over due. My car repair experience was an amazing experience. The manager Diana at this location helped me a lot and was knowledgable. Diana kept me informed about the status of my car and when it will be ready. The repair was also done at a timely manner. They took care of my car and so far so good. Also, Jacqueline was super helpful and sweet. Just everyone very nice. The best thing is that my car was ready in such a timely manner. I was updated as promised, my car repair was completed 1 day earlier than expected and my car looked impeccably clean when I arrived to pick it up. Thee WORST . Avoid yourself a headache and time wasted, choose another location. General Manager, Diana Maldonado is dismissive and lacks customers service. My vehicle was taken in for one thing and it came out worst. The following items were damaged upon pick up: back lights lights were not working, the trunk was not aligned and the paint didn t match. Maldonado will not return your phone calls and she will refuse corrective repairs (for damages caused by this shop) as if it s coming out her paycheck.

Car was in service for repairs after an accident. Poor painting job on interior side of door replaced, that moldings replaced because they spray painted them, than paint sprayed all over windows, than they chipped my windshield .Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

This shop has excellent customer service my car repairs were completed sooner than expected. They kept me informed every step of the way. I was having some challenges picking up the day it was ready and they offered to deliver car to me. Great experience totally recommend
