Sparkplugs were way overpriced,and when ask for the number you were out of stock, finally i want to Napa and was treated as a customer and not someone to up sale to,i am retired from automotive service,and we ordered are part's from you for delivery, I'm sure you have herd of Daniels tire service,so I know when I'm being played no star's for you

I was at this Auto Zone twice this week for windshield wipers and both times I was assisted by William, the parts manager and his customer service skills were amazing. He helped me figure out the reason my wiper blades were not making contact and how simple the fix was. He was so patient and friendly. Give this man a raise asap!!

Always good service but today it was above and beyond. Went in for a simple oil and filter but they didn't have the filter I usually get which is mobil 1. They did however have the toyota orginal filter which the associate recommended. Added a discount for a ding in the filter too! Didn't catch his name but definitely great knowledgeable service deserves to be rewarded.

Easy to find what I needed and the staff is always helpful. Good prices too. Only gave it 4 Stars though because their computer system/software needs to be updated. Went on three different registers before completing my transaction.

Andrew your sales representative did a great job in testing my battery right away and then told me my battery was bad. He then help me find a new battery & replaced/installed it in my car. He was very friendly & got me on my way quickly. Thank you.

Don't even bother take your business elsewhere. Went today to get a part. I was excited there was no one in line. There where two employees on the floor. Both on the phone. One was for commercial and there other for us regular folks Waited for 5 minutes to get acknowledged. The wanna be blond chick was on hold and kept looking at the line. Another customer & i asked if anyone else can't assist us. She said no it's only them two and one in the back with an attitude. The line got longer and still no help while Mrs. Attitude was still on the phone on hold. I waited for 15 minutes then decided to go to pepboys. I thought the one on Carson & near Denker was bad. This one takes the cakes. I'll go drop my $$ elsewhere.

I love this store! They have the most friendly and helpful associates. The young man helped me install the battery I purchased, I wish I can remember his name, but I think he is a Hispanic young guy and the supervisor that helped him was extremely helpful. If you need good service this is the place!

Came with my mother to get some advice on what our car may need and an associate by the name of Raynold K. exceeded our expectations! I ve been to many other auto shops and never experienced such outstanding customer service. He was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Thank you for the great experience!

Did you all know that Auto Zone has a no return or exchange policy if the product purchased and used doesn't work? I didn't. I needed glass cleaner that doesn't streak form car. The sales associate told me which ones didn't work, and couldn't recommend one that did. I made my selection (fingers crossed it would work). At the register I asked if I could return my selection if it didn't work or exchange it. He said, "No. Once purchased and used, I was stuck with it." Needless to say, I changed my mind about the purchase, drove to Pep Boys, but they were closed.

Should have went to pep boys.. always long lines, not knowledgeable to small questions- it seems 2/3 employees have to answer 1 question, Supervisor always known for being in the restroom for long times of period, Hardly ever have change in registers or only 1 is open out of 4 and have to wait for spvr. New management needs to do some secret shopping. Lastly, a certain employee didnt realize my party and I was able to translate flirtation rather then a good sale. Nice job on the pick up while on the clock!!

It seems like the employees here are very difficult to deal with. They don't like their job and the manager is not nice at all. Very disrespectful! Auto zone needs to bring corporate in on this place!! Very bad customer service!

As I went to the register there was this one Latino young guy, I asked him a question for a difference of opinion, if the car covers that I wanted to purchase, would fit for my car H3 hummer, because in the past I bought a universal one that was supposed to fit, but didn't. So I ask him to come outside to look at my seat for his opinion, well I was so surprised, and embarrassed because he said he's not a mechanic, so I guess the windshield wipers, diagnostic of my engine is not either, in fact I had done last time. I have been a long time customer for autozone, and I don't appreciate his tone, or the way he was talking to me, in front of nMy wife, and not even giving me eye to eye contact, like he did not like the color of my skin or, something I don't know what it was, but it was a very bad vibe, and he was very unprofessional, the way that he did business today, please address this, and let me know your solution to this matter,thank you in advance...Mr Mitchell

I don't usually post reviews but I find it very fitting since customer service is what I specialize in. I brought my battery at this specific location for a charge. A nice gentleman in grey took my battery and informed me to come back in an hour. Probably one of the managers there. I come back in an hour and was helped by another associate in gray...probably another manager. It took her a while to find my battery, then asked what kind of battery it was even though she entered the invoice number in. After about 10 minutes, she had informed me that my battery "doesnt hold a charge". I said that it can't be right because I removed the terminals while I was away. I just haven't started the car in 3 months. Another associate on the side backed her up and said that if I leave my battery out for that long, I would need a "trickle charge" just to be safe. Very well, I accepted that and moved on. I take my battery, proceeded to another autozone for a second opinion. Long story short, it holds a charge! And in about 5 minutes, the associate in the new location even showed me that it was at 11% charged. Associates ESPECIALLY managers should be held accountable for their expertise. That's why they work there. It's more than a red or grey shirt or a paycheck. They are trained in this basic type of duty to provide their knowledge and customer service. They should exhaust all measures to help a customer out to ensure they leave informed and satisfied.

My experience at this store has always been positive. Today I went in for a new battery. Raynold helped me with out hesitation. I had called another store in torrance and they didn't want to help me install my battery. Raynold was such a life saver.

What I love about Auto Zones, especially my neighborhood location, is that they help you from start to finish. You tell them what you are there for and they not only help you find it, they offer to assist you with your car issue if you need (of course, this is if they are not busy or under staffed) The customer service staff are great. Thank you to the staff

Use this location frequently for their loaner tools. A very convenient service. Store is clean, orderly and well stocked. The only shortfall is the long lines and what seems to be slow or too few counter staff.

I needed some hoses and clips for my car, the associate was able to place the order quickly and I'll have it before the appointment with my mechanic. I left there happy that I got what I wanted.

I came in to Auto zone and needed a new air filter for my kia soul S 2020 which was hard to find because it's a newer model and Alicia gaspar was able to located it with ease and she gave me very good customer service I'm glad Autozone has employeesLike her that go above and beyond for their customersThank you

5 workers 20 min wait. That's rediculous. At making u wait they decide to have others cut in front of u for their "speacil" needs. What a joke.Went there a second time same thing. Wait while workers are chatting eith each other and one person at register. They must have a powerful union here. Lol

Wow, it took 25-30 rings on a weekday to get someone to answer the phone. Then after specifying the parts I needed, I was told they would put BOTH rear brake cylinders on hold for 3 hours.I arrived within 20 minutes, and waited 20 minutes in line, (2 cashiers on a busy day) only to discover they had ONE of the needed parts, not both.I got the part to the car, removed the wheel, disassembled the brakes, and removed the wheel cylinder only to discover THEIR OEM PART DOES NOT FIT. Nice work auto zone. Thanks for nothing.

They were very helpful. The book to look at the oil filter I needed was gone. They not only looked it up for me but went and got it. That is good service to me and how I want to be treated!!!

Horrible. Unknowledgeable staff. Not a help at all. I just needed the right tools to get a damn battery out. The guy with the tattoos said I needed to buy tools but was no help in suggestions. Ugh

If you drive a hoopty, you know this store well. I got 2 hoopties; these people regularly take my money and for the most part they're pretty friendly about it.

Oh my gosh this place is so slow. So confusing in there, there's like 5 registers and some you can purchase stuff at and the other ones are for taking in your battery to be charged or checked. Another one is for ordering parts. Some people were in the wrong line so they had to get out and get back in another one. Just annoying!!
