I know when quality service is offered. Just by talking to Joe, looking at all the work at hand in his shop and learning about his work ethics and policies, you are guaranteed of an honest and superb service to the max. The shop being so organized and how he manages his employees are all signs of a business that prides of its years of success. More power to 3R s Auto Diagnosis and Repair more power to Joe Bucad and staff!

Very honest guy and helped in small ways beyond what he had to do for example, he connected my bumper back to my car do due tabs being broken and added oil. Was also cheaper than others around in the area for the work and changed out my shifter cables within a couple hours. When I picked up the car I still couldn't shift into my reverse so I took the car back and he adjusted the problem free of charge within 15 minutes and I appreciated fixing the mistake in a timely manner.

Did an absolutely great job. Caught everything on my to-do list (wihout me telling them) when I just went in to get my battery terminals fixed. Didn't fix anything that wasn't needed. They were even able to help me with my step father's car. They fixed my terminals quick and got my car running again. Will definitely come back.

DID AN ABSOLUTE GREAT JOB ON MY CAR AROUND 7 MONTHS AGO. NEEDED NEW BRAKES, AND EVEN ADDED MORE OIL FREE OF CHARGE. ABSOLUTELY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES TOO, GOT A FREE ADVISE THAT MY CAR NEEDED TIRE ROTATION UNFORTUNATELY THEY DO NOT DO TIRE ROTATION SO I HAD TO GO TO THE DEALER. BUT OTHERWISE AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK FOR SURE...

Very unprofessional especially with their customer service I was only asking for their services and was hanged up cause he doesn t want customers to know the depth to which they do auto servicing and maintenance. Huge red flag. You re not getting my money. Save your time, folks.
