Really good service. I've taken my car here multiple times, they've fixed my brakes, my shocks, replaced tires, head lights and tail lights. Everyone is always pleasant and the prices are competitive. Would definitely recommend this business.

I went to big O for my tire alignment on my bmw z3. They are very knowledgeable and checked my car very carefully. The service there was so great and quick. And the manager is a honest and decent man. Definitely will come back next time.

Please just save your time and sanity, all the negative reviews are very accurate representation. Initially called, got a quote from Julio for 4 brand new Falken tires, told him my tire sensor was out for $450. Showed up the next day (Wednesday), an hour into waiting I get a call from manager Gilbert, stating he didn t have the Falken in stock that I would have to wait an additional hour for them to go pick it up. But instead, I could have KumHo tires that were better quality at the same price. Who I ve been a red flag for bait and switch scam. Turns out they didn t have the tire sensor in stock so I would have to come the next day (Thursday), but charged me an additional $120 on my card for it already. Minor inconvenience, but it happens whatever. I checked my tires before I leave on the first day (waited 2.5 hours got there at 8am) everything seems to be fine. The next day, I call Gilbert to see if the part came, he s like no can you come the next day (Friday). Fine, I m a flexible person so whatever. So it s Friday, I wait another hour or so, so they can fix my tire sensors which should ve been done the days I got new tires. So now Gilbert has enlighten me while my car was on the lift about about how my struts/shocks need to be changed and would charge me 365 each. But, I m like nah maybe next time, because quite honestly, I don t know what I m looking at and don t want to be taken advantage of because I m a girl. So they put my tire sensor, but I made a mistake of not looking at my tires/wheel before leaving. I drive home, haven t gone out for a few days. Now it s Monday, I noticed that they broke my Studs on my car & NO ONE had the audacity to tell me! So I m driving in a car that is not properly screwed in. If they would ve told me, I wouldn t have been as mad, as discovering myself that a stud was broken. So I drive up to the tire place again (3rd time) to show Gilbert. He was so non chalant, casually saying yeah we broke it, no one told you, don t worry I ordered the parts from Toyota come back tomorrow I ll fix it for free at this point i asked for it in writing, Gilbert stated I had his word. So I m like okay, I come back Wednesday, just so they can t have an excuse to why they don t have the part since they supposedly ordered it Friday when they broke my stud and supposedly planned on fixing it for me. I never received a phone call about when this part came in either. I believe that they never planned on telling me or fixing it for me. So how it s Wednesday the NEXT week, they fix my studs with supposedly Toyota parts, but I m waiting there and I see a girl from O Reilly s auto parts drop off a screw and a stud. So before I leave i just quickly checked to see if i had all 5 screws. My mistake the bolt doesn t even match. At this point, I m just DONE. I have a dumb looking tire now with one different bolt.Between driving and waiting and the run around I wasted about 8 hours. Getting tires shouldn t be this difficult.No one is wearing a mask by the way, they also have an ant infestation.So I don t live nearby, I only came to this shop since they had a decent price and my friend who lives locally also was looking to get new tires. We took it as an opportunity to be an adult, get some errands done and hang out. They supposedly did an alignment to her car, but it drifts to the left. She came back and they were reluctant to put it on the machine.TLDR version: tires not in stock, swapped out different tires, sensors not in stock, charged for service waited for days. Broke a stud, didn t say anything. Claimed to use genuine parts, but used parts from o rielys bolt doesn t match.

These guys are the only guys I trust when buying new wheels, getting tire service and repairs. They have also switched new shocks on my truck when I needed it and they did a clean and professional job! Highly appreciate these guys and I know they are always going to get the job done right. They are also very courteous when it comes to helping you choose some new tires. They go based off your budget and needs and also give you there recommendations. If they do not have the tire your looking for in stock, they can get it ordered same day! They are not pushy so it really gives off a comfortable buying experience. Love these guys!

I called in the morning to Gilbert the shop manager , he gave me a very good deal!!!!! on the wheels and tires instalation , alignment as well.Very good service reliable shop and friendly people.Thank you Gilbert.

I will never understand the 3. whatever stars on here Julio and Junior are the guys you want to have work on your car. They fixed an issue that another mechanic had completely messed up and saved me money and what could have been a very bad day. I have great respect for this place and the workers in specific. Thank you 17five and those guys in particular for helping me. The photo that was posted was them finishing up the job. Honest and true workers.

Mann where do I start? I was on my way to South Bay coming from West La and my low pro tire gave out on me. I was lucky enough to be close to this shop where Gilbert and his team were very quick and attentive and upon inspection noticed that I had a crack in my wheel so they weren t able to put a new tire on for me. Gilbert suggested I get the rim fixed prior to putting on another new tire. He allowed me to leave my vehicle over night as I had the wheel repaired elsewhere and I was able to bring back the rim the following day so they could put the tire on for me. Shoutout to ya ll for the help!!

Every time I come to this location the service and quality of service is amazing!! I bought all four of my tires a year ago and still to this day all tires are in perfect running condition. Prices are very affordable plus they offer warranty on the new tires you buy. Gilbert always makes sure I m satisfied with the condition of my car before leaving. And he always provides superior customer service to ensure I m happy with everything. I definitely recommend coming to this location.

Horrible! I bought a Groupon 6month all wheels alignment for SUV or trucks @ $46. When I got there they wanted $30 more. I reluctantly paid. The guy who serviced me put the money in his back pocket??? wth? When I left my car was shaking worse than when I came in. Worst service ever. My car sat in the garage 30 mins doing nothing and then they pulled it out and said, "It's done!" Crooks!!!

I brought my Audi in for a Oil change and the gentlemen advised me to go to the dealership and have it changed because it would void my warranty now if it was someone else they would have just taken my money thank you guys for your kindness Honesty and integrity God bless always

They don t honor the Groupon. When I got there they were arguing with customers. They have a bunch of kids working on cars. They don t treat those kids very good. They have zero customer service skills. Avoid this place at all costs. There s many other reputable service nearby.

Solid place to get your car worked on. Found this place by chance because I work near the area and needed an oil change one day, and I've been a customer ever since. The manager Gilbert is always nice and helps me out if I can't get a service right away. They've done my shocks and struts, as well as replaced my air compressor when it went out. Every time I've been here I've gotten honest and great service.

They are awesome simply put. They are willing to work with you and everything. Especially my man Gilbert he ll definitely work with you and very helpful. Affordable prices. This is not your ordinary shop they are legit, fast, thorough, and will not I repeat will not play any game with you. They are someone you can count on. If you looking for a very affordable mechanics go to them I promise you, you won t regret it. Julio and Gilberto were very nice, welcoming, and professional. Provided fast and great service. Took my vehicle to a different shop to try to get my tire repair. I was told they couldn't repair and needed new tire. Therefore, I took it to 17 Five tires to buy new tires and I was told they were able to fix and new tire was absolutely not necessary. This definitely showed 17Five tires is a legitbusiness. They are definitely about helping people and not ripping people off for money

I wanted a rim package for my SUV, I chose he gave me a price I paid upfront. He said that he would have them in by next week and I could come in on Saturday. I went in on Saturday and no rims, said they don't come in the size I need. Then he tried to get me to take something I didn't like. I gave him a chance and I found the rims I liked, he said he could not find. At that point I just wanted my money back he said he would refund on Monday and it would be in my account by Wednesday. I didn't receive then I went in again and he said his boss was not answering and he would take care of by Monday here it is Thursday and still nothing. Be careful here don't pay upfront for anything. I am know going to have to get my attorney involved.

Friendly staff and customer service. Came to get an alignment for my car and all went well til I felt a vibration while driving on the freeway. My lug nuts in the rear weren t torqued down properly and one was extremely loose. Who knows what could ve happened. Make sure you check your lug nuts after if you get serviced here.

Stay Away from this business ! They will try to scam you and give you the run around if you catch on to their scheme! You pay for one type of tires, and they will install a cheaper brand , hoping you don't notice ! Gilbert is a con artist ! He even has the audacity to act like someone else on the phone when you're fighting for your refund . Best advise go to a "known," (exp: American Tires) tire shop . Read all lowest reviews! They've changed their name 3 times for a reason.*****STAY AWAY!!*** Thank me later !

Might be a good place for new tires, but they will tell you numerous things that may or may not need to be replaced in your vehicle in addition to the new tires you need. And if you re broke they ll have no problem signing you up for a loan that will more than double what you actually owe them. Bottom line: I do not trust these guys except to rip me off again.

I WOULD GIVE 100 STARS IF I COULD! If you want and honest reliable work and fair prices this is your place. Gilbert delivered outstanding service. My husband's vehicle needed major work . After starting the job he realized one of the parts were still good. He told us and refunded our money! Who does that? I will never take our vehicles any place else. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!
