Guy is great with fixing flats, BUT I bought a new set of heavy duty tires for my camper and I got a damaged truck, an hour of me on Donner trying to get going again. Outdated Tires!Brand new but old manufacturing date,Nice! Tried to talk to him about it and totally got the runaround. Also had a problem with the Suburban I had him switch wheels on, Classic overtightened lugs that strip as you try to loosen. Thanks Bud! I used to like this place.

They did get us good pricing initially but when we got a flat tire a few months later, the warranty they said we had suddenly did not apply. They said they would offer me a "discount" on a new tire. I contacted the manufacturer and they said that the company has to cover it because it is covered under the manufacturers warranty and that they know that they have to cover it. United tires and wheels did not want to cover it and I had to fight them to get them to do their job. They said they will cover it but he acted like he's doing me a favor, when in reality they aren't. I wouldn't waste your money on this place when they don't care about doing what they are supposed to!

No complaints, I went here to check my tire pressure and possibly change out my tire that has a nail in it. I was greeted fast and the service was Satisfactory. I got 2 used tires put on for 100$ out the door. Not bad. Although the tires are the cheapest ones they had probably. They informed me of a caliper leak and that was informative and needed. I would go back and possibly recommend a friend/family.

I had a flat tire before work last week. After putting on the spare, I came in and told them my problem. They filled up my spare that morning, told me they could get my tires by that afternoon, and then quickly changed my tires when I came back. They were very helpful to me on a day that started out really stressful. Afterwards, I felt relieved. Thank you for helping.

They sold me horrible used tires. One had a nail in it, the others don't hold air & they won't make it right. Yet they sold it to me anyway. DO NOT GO HERE, unless you want to get ripped off & have a flat by morning. They will sale you y tires & they don't care. Then when you take the tire back the same day, they don't make it right. All they'll say is it's a bad tire. Yet they just sold it to me in that shape.

Came in with a flat tire - nail got itself into the tire. Within 15 minutes I was out again and the wallet was still pretty full. Super fast, great service and no mucking about. I'm super impressed and will go again

I normally don't write a review for simple valve stem/ flat tire repair but I think it's called for. The worker provide a complete exam of all tires and valve stems. The tire with the leak was removed and vale stem replace new then installed. The shop appeared to organized and the workers were understanding and nice. I say its a great place for a lady to go get tires. As for returning to their shop YES. Stop by and give United Tires & Wheels a fair opportunity to earn your business, then drive away smiling!

Don't go here if you have a hybrid car. Honestly, just don't go here. They will mess up your brakes because they don't seem to know, in a professional capacity, how to do a simple tire swap and check for compatibility. Now I have to pay more for someone else to fix what they did. The only positive was the quickness, I won't deny them that, just not at the expense of safety and quality of work.

My tire went completely flat. The leak was possibly coming from a plug in the tire. Great service my mother recommended them. $15.00 new plug inserted

Person was rude on the phone I tried asking if they had my tire size with the correct speed rating and he tried to tell me it didn t matter. Taking my business elsewhere.

Got a brand new set of Toyo's put on my Acura. Staff was really kind and fun to talk to. 1000% recommend going hereThey also do lift kits and stuff and from what my friends tell me they are the place to go

Great service friendly people that work here. Quick service and price is real good but not as good as south sac of course but for being in a good area I would say this is a good place to come for tires used or new

Called up for flat repair and got it done (patched, couldn't plug) for a reasonable price while I waited
