WARNING!!!! Scam artists! They hooked up 2 12 kickers, 2 amps and kickers in the front, and supposedly alpine speakers in the back. I had to bring it back to them 4 or 5 times because the bass was staying on constantly and wasn't balancing out. They tore one of my cords when they reinstalled my seat by drilling right in to it. They said they couldn't find out what was wrong but that I might need a new stereo but they couldn't be for sure. They don't know what they're doing and really unprofessional dumpUPDATE: I took my car to another shop and they said that the speakers I payed for are not the ones they said they installed. This store is a scam be careful what you're getting because they'll scam you!!!!

Highly recommend Stereo City Pros! I brought in all of the materials needed to install a double DIN stereo in my daughter's car. They were able to get the dash kit to work with her in-dash nav screen even though the kit said it had to be removed. They stuck to their original price quote and their work is clean. I will be returning for a sub amplifier and install. Thanks again!

Exceeded all my expectations. Had a Sony double din installed in my Mercedes and the quality of the sound just blew me away. Price was definitely fair and owner hooked me up. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

Best stereo shop in Sacramento best prices that guy Rick will always give you a good deal and Isaiah as well. Make sure you stop by and get your work done. They always back up their word great customer, service and warranty.

This is the best shop around hands down! Not only do they have the best prices in the state but their staff knows what they are doing. I take every vehicle I have here and they have always treated me like one of the family!! My car is bumpin now and I saved some cash!! Thanks again Stereo City!! You guys are amazing!!!!

1st impressions walking in they were quick to help no waiting , and broke the prices down based on what I said I wanted and even gave me a good deal , I am very happy with the install they did. Overall they were as good as I'd hoped and didn't try to oversell me . 5 stars easy

Amazing team of folks that truly care about the customer!!! Kevin is the bomb,!!! He hooked me up with a good deal and a fantastic stereo system for my 1999 Pontiac Firebird!!! The installers were very nice and very professional and above all they know what they're doing. Stereo systems are not cheap but it's worth it when you have somebody who is knowledgeable, knows how to treat a customer, and are not trying to gouge you for every dime that you have in your in your pocket.... Stereo City truly are PROS

Went here today, 4/24/23, just three hours before they closed. All I did was call to let them know the problem I was having with my radio and they got me in and fixed in less than 2 hours!! One guy recommended me a simple fix (not trying to bait me into more money), and also gave me other options that would cost more if that was something I wanted to do, too. I went with installing a whole new stereo and the job was done so clean and the audio sounds sooo good. I wish I could recommend more stars lmao

It's a good thing you chose to go to Stereo City Pros. Most car stereo installations are problem free. But once in a while something happens. That's when you need a shop that stands behind their product and their installation. Stereo City Pros is that shop with fair prices and quick installation.

Excellent customer service. I walked in not sure of what I wanted. The staff kindly listened to my needs and made recommendations based on my input. They gave me a great deal and were able to install my new equipment on the spot. 3 hours after walking in, I walked out satisfied and extremely happy with the sound of my new system. I went here after 4 other shops and felt right about spending my money with them. The installer even got in the truck with me and showed me how to use the controls and adjust the sound. Awesome, awesome job guys. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing!! These guys are honest and up front in the products they sell, the service they offer, and the prices they have, as I just came in there earlier today to get an installation done and the guy I worked with, Rick, was very solid in showing me what they needed to do to my car, and then explained how they were going to do it and spelled out how much it would cost from the start. After about an hour or so, the installation was done and I was good to go. These guys did not try to up-charge or up-sell me on anything I didn t want, and it was nice to go to a place where you are literally able to just go in, get what you need, and then get out with only that product or service and nothing else. I was very happy with these guys and will return again!! Please ask for Rick if you go, as he was a very positive and professional guy who knew his stuff.

This is the place if you want your stereo fix and for a fair price. They are kind, trustworthy and best of all they get the job done. Please check out this place if you guys have any issues with your stereos or wanna install one

I ve been coming here for 18 months. Throughout the time I have known the staff at SCP they have always provided quick services, fair pricing and their helpfulness. Waqar and the team are amazing! After my installation was done the staff explained how everything worked and gave me a quick demonstration. I would recommend Stereo City Pros to everyone!

Went in last week and was greeted by Rick for some suggestions for my 2017 Chevy Malibu and after going to a couple shops I got to say Rick didn t try to over sell me on anything and took his time explaining what I was getting and actually listened to what I wanted. I will definitely recommend Stereo city.

Very Professional job with installing my alarm and keeping me up to date with any issues they find. Price was very fair and quick. Rick made sure my car was well taking care of and gave me a great price for the alarm and labor. Rick is the man you want to talk to for great price.

Rick and Anthony hooked my car up!! Prices are the best youll find around i brought my own equipment but Rick helped me get the proper equipment to hook it all up. Customer service was excellent i didnt have to wait too long and the sound i have now was worth it. Dont take your car anywhere else for installations and if youre just buying equipment do it here too. They dont rip you off and theyre very helpful. If i could give 10 stars i would!!!
