I showed up at 9:00 9:02 p.m. because I needed headlights and I just got off of work a little later than expected but I guess they close at 9:00 now but the dude I locked the gate on me as I was walking up. I've been told him I was paying with a card so he wouldn't even have to deal with the register even if he knew how to count but whatever. And I go in there all the time.

Pablo was great and helped me with figuring out why my check engine light came on. They are very friendly and told me what was going on with my car in a way for someone who knows nothing about cars to understand. I left knowing what to do and felt like they listened and were patient. Thank you guys so much!

Great customer service! Needed new windshield wippers and they had them and was happy to install then! When you are 87 this is the service you need!

Service guys kept getting the wrong parts. Tried to argue with me about the part be correct went to O'Reilly's across the street in and out within 5mins all parts fit didn't have to go back my advice to the longer hair and employee with glasses STAY OFF THE DRUGS clearly isn't working for you guys.Abautos LLC-Owner

I stopped in to get a new pair of windshield wipers and Timothy helped me. He was AWESOME! He was able to identify the correct type of wipers for my vehicle, and he even put them on for me! I can t stress enough how great Timothy s customer service was, he made the whole process super easy and he was SO polite & helpful. What a stellar employee!

Let me point out that I would usually never give any O'Reilly's location anything but 5 stars. Until last night. The hours online show it closes each day at 10pm. I call and I'm told they're open until 10pm. So I go and make the long trip (walking over 5 miles since car has issues) to go and return an item that didn't fit my vehicle. Which was recommended by the employee here so as you could imagine I'm already not too happy. I show up at 9:05pm and they're locking up. Guy says we're closed. So I explain to him why I thought it'd be open til 10. To which I got no response as the man just walked away got in his vehicle and left. Pathetic. It's even posted that their hours are until 10pm at least it was before the man changed it to 9 to cover his own butt. Sad to see an O'Reilly's employee behave in that manner.

Russ was awesome. He provided excellent customer services in assisting me to find the proper serpentine belt size for my high power alternator. He took the time to measure the belts I had brought in as reference. Thank you Russ!!

Super friendly staff! I always feel intimated when entering an auto parts store but not this one! Every single staff member I spoke with or came across was very friendly. I had the pleasure of having Eon as my tech/helper today. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in layman s terms. He did a battery check and helped me purchase a new one and installed it for me as well. I had failed my smog earlier and Eon let me know what I need to do before going back in getting that retested. I ll definitely be recommending you guys to friends. Thank you again for all your help! And thank you again to Eon as well, I appreciate you very much! :)

Way cool place. I had a code pop up and needed a quick verification. Bought some oil also. Price on oil was really good. I am a Veteran and they offer us a discount which is really cool. Tiara used the scanner to read the code and gave me advice on what to check to fix it. She was very knowledgeable and a great asset to O'Reilly's. I was impressed - would definitely go back when I am in the area.

Brian is great. Has a ton of patience and doesn t mind assisting where needed. As a woman it s challenging working on my vehicle however, it makes it better when along the way you experience great people like SOME of those here at this Oriely.

Amazing store, and great employees. Eon, one of the employees went above and beyond with his service and helped me diagnose and issue with my car and got me the exact part I needed, THIS MAN DESERVES A RAISE. Also the store was the nicest, cleanest, and organized o'reillys I have seen.

Purchased the battery 4 months ago and it s dead now. Went there to change my battery on warranty and lady on the counter (didn t check the name) refused to change it since SHE THOUGHT it s an alternator problem. After that I went to several car services and all of them confirmed dead battery. Still that lady refused to change it and told me that I have to buy a new one(and alternator too since she mentioned that issue in alternator). Do you really think this is a great customer service? Shame. Didn t event tried to help me in my situation. Went to another oreilly store and they ve changed my battery without any questions.

Went in to find a replacement sunscreen for my vehicle's windshield, and the sales clerk allowed me to take any options I selected outside to test the fit before purchase. I found one that fit, and was of high quality, and well made. Great customer service!

Girl rang me up for more expensive tiered brake pads than I had ever used. Got back to my jeep and after I looked at the receipt she had also charged me in advance for a part she ordered. I have never had to pay upfront for a part to be ordered at any autopart store, even at other orielys. I prefer orielys over autozone and have been a customer since they were Kragen. I've always been presented with all tiers of products when asking for a part except for today. It's like selling me synthetic oil when I just asked for oil. Idk i guess these guys have a sales goal bc there is no reason I shouldn't have been presented with all the toer options especially when it was in stock. Autozone is across the street, just go there or avoid this neighborhood all together.

This place has the best customer service! Tonight I came in for a new headlight bulb. Kevin helped me find the ones I needed and Tyler offered to replace it for me. While Tyler was replacing my headlight he mentioned I needed new hood springs. I ve honestly never looked into replacing them because I figured they would be really expensive and not really necessary. I mean a stick could hold up the hood of my car. He told me they are only $22 each, so I purchased them. Tyler also installed the the hood hinges and showed me how easy they are to install. I tried to give Tyler a tip for helping me tonight but he refused. This is the kind of service I always get when I come here. Everyone is so willing and helpful. This is the only auto parts store I will come too.

With my car stuck in the garage (unable to start), the guy at O'Reilly gave me prices over the phone for a new battery. Luckily, I was able to jump my car and get to the auto parts store. Tyler was so helpful, he removed the old battery (which was not looking so good) and installed the new one in a very short time. I'm so grateful for such quality service!

Staff is extremely helpful, kind, willing to help and they work well together. Store was busy when i went in today but i watched the staff work together to help everyone with their needs and they kept the line moving quickly all while providing above and beyond service to all customers while in the store as well as out front helping people with wiper blades, battery checks etc.

They were cool they put on my windshield wipers that I bought at another O'Reilly's that they didn't have enough staff to put them on for me so these guys here did for me and it was very nice didn't even in the rain in the dark at night

I have been shopping at this O'Reilly for over 15 years. I now drive past two other auto parts stores to go here. This is mostly due to the customer service and friendliness of the employees. They always ha e great deals, with cash back, and double points if you are a rewards member (more on that below) on oil and filters.Their exchange process for warranty items is quick and easy, and you don't have to have your receipt, as they keep a digital copy (again for rewards members)They also will price match local competition, and there are times they would match or discount an item if I found it cheaper online as well. I will always shop, and even pay a little more to buy locally. These local companies are the ones giving back to their communities, through donations and taxes. O'Reilly has many times donated to an auction or other non profit/school event.They also offer free oil and filter recycling, taking the biggest pain out of changing your own oil.They have my business for life.Regarding their rewards program, it is worth it. The coupons they email are actually worth it, unlike the junk a lot of companies send. For every $100 you spend, you get a $5 off coupon for a future visit. Plus all your recipes are kept electronically, it is all very convenient.

I wanted to give a shout out to the guys at O'Reilly Auto Parts Store in Carmichael. This is the only auto parts store I ever go to. I'm not a mechanic so I don't need auto parts very often, but when I do need anything... this is where I go.The the sales associates are more than just sales associates they're extremely helpful and knowledgeable and go out of their way to help me every time. I can always count on them to steer me in the right direction.I realized tonight that I had a headlight out. I stopped at the O'Reilly's on Fair Oaks Blvd in Carmichael to get a new bulb. Not that I had any idea what I needed or how to put it on my car, because I was clueless. They greeted me as I came in with a friendly smile. I told him what kind of car I have and what I needed. They had a price for me and the bulb I needed within a couple minutes. While I was paying for the bulb, the nice man that worked there was outside installing the new bulb for me at no cost. This isn't the first time they've helped me actually put the part that I bought in my vehicle.With people like this that are so helpful and knowledgeable... Why would I go anywhere else?I've probably been to this location at least 10 times over the years and have always had an excellent experience.

Wow O'Riley has done it again the customer service at this location is great I use to go to AutoZone rite across the street but one day AutoZone didn't have my part so I went across the street to O'Riley and what a difference in customer service they are so helpful and polite they go a step further then the other parts stores for sure so if you have any auto parts needs go see the guys and gals at O'Riley in Carmichael there awesome THANKS AGAIN O'RILEY

Evan and Mike helped me for about an hour and a half with issues regarding my vehicle s head and break lights. They stood out in the cold and took care of all the manual labor involved with the process while still teaching me how to handle the problem in the future. They were both extremely professional but still super fun to talk to. Definitely going to these guys next time I need something done right!

Tyler(hope the name is right or Kyle LOL) is a life saver!!! My tire went flat last night after I hit a pot hole..he put air in my tire & found a hole in my tire so he put my spare tire on for me. Definitely not his job to do i had just got off work from a long day & just wanted to go home!! Thank you so much I appreciate the help. He s a great guy!!! No complaints here & I ve been here a few times everyone s been a help.
