I ve brought my car to Midas for quite a few years now. The workers are always pleasant and scheduling has been a breeze. They also do a wonderful job taking care of my car needs! I ve never had an issue with any service provided by Midas. The only place I plan to take my car for oil changes!

My heater stopped working and my car wasn t holding coolant. I brought it in to this shop and Kurt and his team did an amazing job repairing the cooling system! They were efficient and friendly the entire experience! Their prices are more than reasonable and the work is 5 star. I will definitely be returning for any service I need in the future!

Midas in Carmichael is hands down the best mechanic shop in the Sacramento area. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to explain the repairs needed for my car. The service was prompt, and they kept me informed every step of the way. The quality of their work was exceptional, and my car has been running smoothly ever since. I highly recommend Midas in Carmichael to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy auto repair services.

Ray, the new manager, was super great! He was very helpful and reassuring. Definitely felt like we were in good hands. The car runs great after the repairs, too. We've been coming to this Midas since we moved to Carmichael and we'll definitely keep coming back.

The manager, Ray, took really care of me. Was nice and kept me updated on my car while it was being worked on. Everyone in the shop was great and got my car done quickly for an oil change and headlight replacement (which on my car requires the full removal of the bumper). Would recommend 10/10. They will get all my business going forward.

Ray called me quickly after an appointment request and was able to get me in the same day. He went above and beyond what I expected to help me get my brakes changed and fix some parts that had broken. He was knowledgeable and explained what was wrong and the options for fixing it. He worked to get the parts quickly and was transparent about timeline and prices the whole time. He did his best to get me the best price possible. This Midas does great honest work and I would highly recommend their services.

The best car experience I've ever had. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and have a great sense of humor. Very open and honest throughout the whole process. They do their utmost to get you the best deal and don't overcharge or cut corners. I'll put it this way..... I'd send my Grandma and yours here.

I took my car in, well had it towed in. They worked on it for 3 day's. Tried everything they could to find the problem. In the end it was my engine, well a bad thing for me. Because it was nothing I could do. But the men that put in all the work ( I'm sorry that I don't remember your names) but thank you so much for all your work and kindness. Just for being human and understanding. Made this bad thing not so bad. Thank you so much, to the men at this shop.

These guys are awesome! The first time I visited, I asked for an oil change, tire rotation and a new air filter. Halfway through the visit, they told me I didn't need a new air filter yet and that's when the solidified our relationship. I'd been going to my dealership for years and they NEVER would've told me I didn't need something yet. Now I save time, money and headaches by keeping it local. The guys at this Midas are fair, honest and good at communicating. I cannot recommend them enough.

I don t recall having been to this location before for their services, but I want to give 5 stars for their signage alone. Always makes my day seeing whatever fun, cute, creative or sentimental spin they put out there. Whoever they have for marketing/advertising, keep it up and don t lose them!

As always we are very happy with the service that we received at Midas Carmichael . Went in for an oil change and possibly front and back breaks. We only nodded front. We'll be back when it's time for our next oil change. Thank you

Kurt and Ray took Great care of me! I was able to get everything I needed done for a much better price than the other places I looked. The service was fast and friendly all definitely be back.

I changed brake pads at Midas on Manzanita Ave. about 3 weeks ago and still makes squeaking sound, so I took it back for check up and they said I have to pay $67 for inspection. I told them never mind because I didn't want to pay $67 and I took it to American Tires next to Midas and they said they'll check it and don't charge inspection fee. I didn't understand why I had to pay inspection fee if I had the service there already and rechecking it. I'll never gonna go back to that store. And never to any Midas.

I was skeptical of Midas due to an awful experience I had at another location. Upon calling in to this location, I spoke with Aaron who was very nice and helpful. I decided to my car in for brakes and was greeted by Adam (?) upon my arrival. He was AWESOME! He explained everything they were going to do to and make sure it was cost effective for me. I called a bit later and asked if they could plug my tire that had a nail in it and again spoke with Aaron. He assured me they'd check it out and if they could plug it, they would. My car was ready same day and when I went to pick it up, I met Kurt who is the owner. To say these guys were great is an understatement. I hope they know how much it means to me that they took care such great care of me and my car. Service like this is hard to come by these days. Thank you Aaron, Adam, Kurt and the whole crew at Midas. I found my new shop!Service: Brakes

I ve been taking my cars to Carmichael Midas for nearly 30 years. Even under a change of ownership last year, the service at this location never disappoints! Many of the mechanics have worked there for years and know their customers well. The staff understand that clients time has value too and I was pleasantly surprised recently to have a no-charge alignment after I had to return the day after new tires were put on - but the alignment machine was busy and I didn t want to wait. That was an expected courtesy and illustrates that Carmichael Midas staff care about their customers and want them to have a good experience.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Honest and Trustworthy! The manager is upfront and honest about any issues and their crew is very thorough. Always trust them for maintenance and repairs especially since my car has to come and go cross country every few months. 1000% recommend.

Had a great experience at this location today typically go to Les Schwab but was wanting a second opinion and am glad I did. They got me in same day, finished quickly, and the owner (who rang me up) even threw in a complimentary oil change. I called & they Kurt got me to ght in, after Firestone was horrible service. I needed my rear brakes done. I got the best deal here & the Best customer service ever. Cant beat that!!Kurt & Adam are the best people to work with. They will help you with all your needs & go the extra mile for you. I highly recommend them. Brought my car because my thermostat would stop working intermittently and I was having other issues which caused the engine light to come on. They took the time to listen to what I had to say. They made notes, and were able to troubleshoot my problem and relay to me what they discovered and what the next steps would be to fix the problems. I appreciate the clear communication. My car was ready when they said it would be and it drives so much better now. I m very happy with their work as well as the staffs friendliness and knowledge.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brakes needed some attention. Team found it was time for front pads, they were able to save my rotors. The technician threw in a tire rotation, just cause it was needed. Saved me time and built confidence with one kind act. Thanks fellas.

Last week my check engine light came on, and I thought for sure it was going to be an expensive hassle. But I called Midas and they let me drop off my car right away, saying they'd try their best to look at it the same day. They were able to diagnose the issue and order the necessary hose that day. The car was fixed and ready for pickup within 24 hours. They did an excellent job communicating and setting expectations, and I'm beyond happy with my service.
