Ken and John's have always gone out of their way to do a great job for me and my vehicles. I have been bringing my cars to them for 17 plus years, as a woman who doesn't know much about mechanics I have never felt I have been taken advantage of. I trust in their service.

I absolutely recommend this business to anyone who wants great service a fair price $120 for a vehicle diagnostic for overheating problem I was in an emergency called the business can answered right away I pulled in and he immediately got to working on my vehicle as soon as possible was very professional helping out customers before me and after me I was impressed by Lisa's teamwork she arrived and immediately started helping Ken and assisting him in the office. If you have a Dodge do not take it to this location. I ve spent thousands of dollars and it s still broke. They just want money they don t care about the customers. Waste of money and time. I stopped by to set up an appointment to get my wife s car fixed and while they were looking at it to see what all it would Need they fixed it .(but wait there s more) when I wanted to pay them he said just bring it by when it needs smog. And this isn t my only experience there. They re my one stop/first stop auto shop

This is simply the best shop I have ever dealt with. I am rebuilding (read: I m paying Ken and John s to do the work) an old GMC pickup. The time they have spent explaining things to me and the advice Ken has given me has saved me thousands. Literally. They are honest timely and straight forward. I can t recommend them enough.I have gone back several times since my first review and the service, knowledge and professionalism remain top notch. I highly recommend them.

I sincerely enjoyed my experience at this amazing shop. I went in for a smog. While I was waiting for it to be finished, ken let me use a loaner vehicle so I could go and get something to eat. I felt like I was first class. The pricing on the smog was an amazing price. I was greeted with a smile and I left smiling myself. I'd recommend this shop to anyone who is craving for a friendly, and high class service. They deserve 6 stars!!!!!

I would not hesitate to use Ken and John's Services again. They have taken care of both my car and my daughters. And they are Timely, professional, and have competitive pricing. Most recently, I took my car in and dropped it off at 9 a.m. and they diagnose the problem, ordered and installed the part, and I received a call that afternoon that my car was ready for pickup. And during that time I was provided with a loaner car. It is comforting having a repair shop that you know and can trust. Dennis C.

My car had been sitting for many years and I didnt know where to start with it. K&J's helped me put the pieces in order and get my car on the road again. The level of service I have received from this shop is unmeasurable. I highly recommend them and would trust them working on anything as small as a door handle to a transmission- I have!

I came in for a pre-purchased car inspection and was very, very disappointed. The inspection was very quick - 20 mins. I think the person who inspected the car knew more about the car than the person who had reviewed and consulted the results with me, Ken - the co-owner of this shop (?). This is my second time getting a car inspected and my first time at this shop, so the difference in service was big. For a $120 car inspection, I expected more during the consultation than just "the cars are worn out" - as written on the report. No engaging or thorough conversation about the details from the report. So, so disappointing. I don't think the fee reflects the service and do not recommend their service.

Went In For A Smog Frankie Took Care Of Me Right Away Lisa Always Friendly. Overall Very Positive Experience. Have Been Going To Ken John's Over 20 Years Wouldn't Go Anywhere Else. Can Be Trusted For Job Well Done. Thank You To Everyone.

Talked to Ken on the phone for 20 mins as he guided me through some problems I have been having with my car. Its hard to find help from shops nowadays because they're so busy and want to get paid. This guy never knew if I was going to take my car in but he still spent the time researching my problem then explaining it to me through and through. I like this shop and recommend just giving them a call and hearing that they are genuine.

I started coming here after another garage botched my repairs simply because they were fed-up with servicing my vehicle... my final straw was an invoice accidentally given to me for an $8.00 part I was charged $65.00 for (not including labor). Moral of the story; there's always light at the end of the tunnel and fortunately Ken and John's were there too.*Maintenance often and avoid costly repairs later*Thanks guys!

I got a few other quotes around town, but this place offered me the best deal, saving me several hundred dollars. They took me first thing in the morning and I was out of there in one hour. I am glad to support a local family business. The only thing that's missing is a nice place to wait, but I suppose most people don't wait and have a ride there and back.

I'm very pleased with their service. They never try to sell me something I don't need but let me know when a part is showing wear and should be replaced. As a single 'senior' lady I appreciate not being treated as though I'm either a moron or senile.

These guys are family owned old school professionals. Expert freindly service and they were 200 dollars under the nearest competition!! Thanks guys I will definitely be back again. Super refreshing to deal with honest mechanics!

These guys and girl do an excellent job every time I never have had a mechanic that doesn t rip me off but these guys are always a square deal and square dealing I would recommend at least checking it out before going anywhere else
