Fast service clean waiting area no fuss in and out. With their coupon they are also the best deal you're going to find. I realized I forgot to write a review and I'm taking the time two weeks later to do so cause they deserve the 5 stars.

Sucked! Customer service at this location was remedial at best. I called and asked for a wait time, person said no what time I drive over there and the person working didn't even acknowledge me while I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes. Anyway I left since they couldn't greet me or give me a "we'll be with you in a minute". I figure this place will be closed sooner than later.

Went through the process to get the coupon, for some reason wasn t honored because of the fine print. Not sure what that was about. No big deal had to get it done. Tech seemed like he really didn t want to be there and only changed his attitude slightly when I was very polite and courteous.Service: Smog certificationService: Smog certification

BEWARE, not worth saving $10. They will ignore you, lie to you, and put you off. This company is committing fraud, failing cars that pass per CARB handbook. The manager (Jay) is incompetent, telling me that a hose between the manifold and intercooler is a "modified turbo" and I don't have a clue. I explained I am a mechanic and this is not a turbo modification, rather an intake connection, and Jay insisted I wasn't a mechanic and i have no idea what im talking about. I have asked for him over the phone after he said my call would be returned and it's been over a week with followups. They have no integrity and are trying to get a quick buck. Go anywhere else

Horrible customer service I showed up with the company van and was asked to take my own engine cover off and then with refused service after I couldn't

Amazing experience! I went at 1pm on a Wednesday and was the only customer, so I was seen right away. The guy who helped me was very nice, even pointed out that some wires in my engine were stripped and in need to be repaired. I spent about 30 minutes total in and out, and best of all, it was affordable! $38 with a coupon. I will definitely be back!

Horizon Smog has a $37 special smog inspection. Plus $10 if you pass but compared to most in the area that want $70-90 dollars. I was pleased I wish they had AC seating but I was in and out before I could complain.Maurice/Mo was friendly and forthcoming with Information and he made the process simple as possible. This is the best bang for your buck and close to Carmichael DMV.Service: Smog certification
