Dude runs this place on his own, but he's got it down perfect! A quick, efficient, fair, professional, honest, reliable, well oiled machine of smog testin' yo shhh. I found him on accident (dumb luck) cuz my reg guy wasn't open when I needed to get it done. For 50 bucks out the door, he got me tested, passed and on my way in less than an hour... and there were THREE people in front of me when I got there!-Super Affordable-Top Tier Service-Highly Recommended

This place was really great, there was only a 5 min wait time., And took about 10 min. So it was fast, convenient because it's in Carmichael and the price was average.I will definitely bring car here again.

Fast and friendly gentleman helped and was even willing to stay late after hours to help make sure I got my smog done glad I went here and not some over priced shop that is looking to fail your smog just so they can charge you again for retest. Definitely recommend you go here for your next smog.

Been taking my car and many friends cars to this guy. Very friendly and all business. Good pricing and discount coupons. Usually there 20min. He is helpful if there is any problem if car doesn't pass . I been going to him for.8 years with no problems.great place

I went in today and the guy didn't even acknowledge me. That's not good customer service. Needless to say, I left there and went to VIP Smog. I was greeted right away!

The man that runs it is very thorough. My car passed, but he'll give a free retest if the car does not pass.There was only 1 person ahead of me, so there may have been a 15 minute wait. He was very gentlemanly, which I like. He also helped me by giving me information on how to follow up with DMV after the SMOG, so very helpful!The fee was reasonable.It is not easy to find because it is behind another business.

The inspector was fast and courteous. He was very polite and upfront about cost. I knew exactly how much I was going to pay before he started work. I have a 2001 Nissan Xterra and he told me exactly how much it was going to be. Only took about 15 minutes. There were two cars ahead of me. He was finishing the first one up as I arrived, and the second car pulled in as I was filling out my paperwork. Honestly it didn't seem to take very long at all. I pulled in at 10:30(ish) and was out before 11:00.Very professional, very friendly, very courteous, would recommend.Five stars.

This shop made an error on VIN, 2 letters were wrong. I had to come back since DMV would not take certificate. Owner did test again for free, but declined comparison for my time and hassle. Will use other vendor next time.

Found this place through my mechanic and gave them a shot. Supper polite and easy going experience. I was in and out in 15 minutes at most with my certificate. They offer free retesting.It's tucked away and not easy to spot from the Boulevard but it's worth the service.

My truck didn't pass smog the first time, free retest the following week then it passed. The owner was friendly and helpful with why my truck didn't pass smog.

He was $27 lower than the business I last used for Smogging. No wait. Smooth transaction. A little hard to find as not visible from the street. It is tucked behind a building on Fair Oaks Blvd. Worth looking for. He gave a coupon for next time. It was great. I didn't have an appointment but only had to wait maybe 8 minutes for the car in front of me to get finished. Really nice guy, I come back every time for smog. And it was fast, maybe 15 min for my car test, I was in and out in about 25, and that's with someone in front of me

what is bad-----------------ran smog first but failed with communication error with car OBD/computer and smog machine ($40)i went to a auto repair, he ran tests and found OBD with no problem (paid 30 min charge of $55)went next day to do smog re-test, communication problem again but this time, he replaced the connecting cable with another and pressed ends, it worked !!I lost my $55 for no use.the owner/manager kept blaming the carhe has no manners and short temperedwhats good----------------quick service, in 30 min , you are out but better know some facts other wise you will be wastingyour time and money going to repair shops

Old guy trying to take advantage of people that don't follow through with their work. Tried this guy for the first time than my normal guy since I moved he said won't pass but I know it does yelled at me like I'm his kid held my keys ransom until I paid than lied to to me said I would get my money back if I got second opinion and I did and my truck passed no problem and guess what he didn't want to give my money back with proof. Taking it up with better business and my bank money not the issue it's all about respect
