Toyota Carlsbad has the "WoW" factor, which it is so efficient and so helpful that it's a perfectly oiled clock! They're the nicest people in business today! I live in LA Mesa, I could have bought my truck from any East County toyota dealers, I go out of my way because I know they're the best!!!

On April 22, my 2022 Sienna hybrid engine light came on and the car shook. When I came here, I was first informed that the inspection fee was 90 dollars, and about two hours later, I was informed that I needed an in-depth inspection, and the inspection fee was 420 dollars, but it took a day. I agreed with the result. I was informed on the next Monday, April 25th, that the fuel injector was broken, and the price was $1,700 for all, which would take about a week to repair. I also agreed. A day later, I was informed that the fuel injector did not work, because the head gasket was broken, and they needed to contact Toyota for solutions. Two days later, I was informed that Toyota would compensate me, and I still paid $1,700, but it took another week to pick up the car. On April 1, I contacted Toyota again to ask can I get my car back this week. They replied that they would repair it as soon as possible, and informed me on Thursday, April 4, that I could not pick up the car until another week. Until today, April 8, I received another phone call from Toyota, informing me that there was a problem with the cylinder head again, and I need to pay up to 4100 dollars to fix it! My car has been repaired for 17 days now, each time they told I can pick it up next week, each time they told there is a new problem. So what exactly did I find out when I paid $420 for the initial in-depth examination? How can I be sure that the other problems with the car are not the result of your maintenance? My car has 68,000 miles on it, and I know it's more than 60,000 miles warranty on the Toyota, is an extra 8,000 miles going to cause so much damage to the engine? All my maintenance records were done at Toyota. Why didn't you find any problems before? I told Toyota a long time ago that my car wouldn't get more than 30 miles per gallon as advertised. My car only got 28 miles per gallon, but every time I got the answer that the car was fine. Isn't it funny now? Our child is not yet a year old, I am a delivery driver, my family income is in this car. I agreed to the $420 in-depth examination in the hope that the problem can be found and fixed as soon as possible so that I can continue to earn money for my family as soon as possible. If they had been told on the first day that this car would take so long I would have figured out a way to fix it instead of putting it off week by week! Now I am out of work for half a month, and I have to pay $4,100 in maintenance fees, and I don't know is that the final price, and I don't know when I can get my car back!

Ken McDonald & David Wade did an outstanding job in getting our car repaired as soon as possible. There were a few issues but they took care of them and made arrangements for me to have a loaner bc it took about 9 days for all the repairs to be completed. 5 stars for each of these gentlemen.Thank you for a job well done.Annabelle Andrews

What a wonderful experience. Everyone I interacted with at the Toyota Carlsbad Service department was so kind and helpful. They quickly troubleshooted and fixed a rattling noise my new RAV4 was making (loose heat shield under passenger side) and let me use a loaner car while they worked on mine. I will definitely come back to this location for all my Toyota vehicle service needs.

Toyota Carlsbad is like a well-oiled machine, but with a friendly personality. It was quick and easy to get an appointment at a convenient time. When I arrived a few minutes early, I was promptly checked in and given an explanation of service and an estimated time frame for completion. I also received text and email messages throughout the process. The waiting lounge is totally comfortable and has clean bathrooms, wifi, coffee and snacks. There is even a shuttle bus over to the outlet mall. My vehicle's maintenance was completed in less than an hour. It is worth the drive from Orange County to get such great, professional and friendly service.

I had the 5,000 mile service done closer to my house in Irvine. I was not happy with their service or communication. I decided to drive the 45 minutes south to Carlsbad. I purchased my van here and decided to get my 10,000. Everyone I encountered at Carlsbad, person who checked me in, my service advisor, Alexis and even the cashier I purchased touch up paint from were all very helpful, personable and kind. I love seeing the video of my engine, brakes and undercarriage of car. Driving the extra miles was totally worth it. It was supposed to take 3 hoursbecause I was picking up my second key, but it was less than an hour! Alexis had to come out to waiting room to find me because I didn't hear my phone. He went over the paper work and what I may need to do at the next service. I will be returning for the 15,000 service. Thank you!

My experience is excellent.Five star experience because:1. Check in was fast, easy and simple.2. Ms Corina was very helpful, friendly and kind.3. Multiple Vehicle inspection was accurate.4. Service Team was great! I had scheduled an appointment and ended up getting there late. Teresa Almeda, my service advisor, was very accommodating in lieu of my tardiness. In addition, my ride home couldn't make it, so she was able to provide me a ride home. She definitely provided excellent customer service, as well as the driver and service team. Excellent experience at this Service Center from initial call to picking up the vehicle. Everything was straightforward and the service center was kind enough to fit me in as I was passing through the area. Special kudos to Pete, my Service Advisor. Everything as advertised and explained throughout the process went smoothly, and appreciated the check-ins from him along the promised timelines. $2000 in labor alone for removing the dash this does not include any work -- just to look I've been coming here for well over 20 years, but no more. I'm not paying that kind of money for a 10-year-old car with 286k miles. Picked up my jaw from my lap then the car, from the dealership, and went straight to a local mechanic specializing in Japanese cars near me, with great reviews $650 for the same service. I realize it s time for me and my old but reliable car to stop getting dealer service.

Made an appointment and added a comment for something else to be checked in addition to my oil change which never made it to the service advisor. When I brought it to their attention at the service center I was told to call next time as opposed to doing my appointment online. Understood but should you not fix the online appointment system as well. Just saying. Service is usually very helpful and upfront when it comes to costs outside of warranty service.

This place is super busy but they still made me feel like a valued customer. The wait was 3 hours for an oil change. I don t drink coffee but they have two fancy Starbucks coffee machines and they had some pastries early in the morning which I didn t eat either but is nice for someone who eats pastries. It would be nice to see healthier options for their employees and customers. They have a couple vending machines as well. The facility was clean and everyone seemed like they liked working there. They did try to upsell which I m not to fond of and already had it written in my paperwork which I didn t appreciate without asking me first. Overall, I had a good experience. Prices are reasonable compared to other places and I definitely appreciate it. When I paid the cashier she gave me a free car wash pass at their car wash center. I thought this was a nice touch Ty

Thanks be to God for competent and efficient, effective men at work at Carlsbad Toyota! About 2pm this afternoon Monday 1/08/24 I pulled up with no appointment and the accommodating Toyota team was able to change oil and complete routine maintenance on my Prius-it was important-I had long road trip coming up this holiday weekend!If you do an unannounced visit as I did, please be patient and treat all Toyota personnel because your kindness goes a long way!It is a blessing and satisfying to see people trying to do their best!With gratitude and appreciation, I am wishing you all a very happy 2024!To Jesus through Mary,God s blessing to everybody!

Daniel was very friendly and helpful with a better coupon than what I had.Phone person did not clearly say the price of service so that should be corrected in the future.One of the techs damaged my car phone holder but Daniel said he can try to pay for it. 4 EV miles and 2 actual miles were used on my car just from a simple oil change so I don't know why the car was driven that far. Engine was plenty warm already. Overall good experience.

The best. Quick check in, big lounge area to wait, shuttles to the outlets, and little shopping area to buy Toyota accessories. Starbucks coffee machine. Free wash coupon for their new car wash. Excellent. Great communication along the whole way too, including inspection video texted to us. I look forward to service visits.

Awesome location for Toyota servicing and repairs I ve been here several times for routine checkups. I was helped by Adam recently, who was very friendly and transparent with what would be done to my car. Every other staff member I interacted with was kind and sociable as well. The last maintenance check was done much faster than expected (as per usual), with a full report being sent out afterward. Prices are fair, and they do not charge the customer on anything that isn t necessary.

Allen Marquez was absolutely amazing! He was very knowledgeable and gave me great tips. He seemed very honest and tried to save me money. Alan was also very communicative with me about any issues I had. Changed my outlook on getting my vehicle. Serviced at Toyota!
