I hit a deer on a drive down from Oregon. It was traumatic and extremely frustrating trying to get any help from my insurance company. By far the smoothest part of the experience was working with Justin. He was very communicative, understanding, offered great advice and went above and beyond to help me and my car make it safely back to Oregon. I am very grateful for his support and service during an incredibly stressful time.

Special shoutout to Justin Williams who provided me with the best customer service I've ever received from anywhere. Since this was my first time getting a car fixed, the whole experience was initially daunting. However, Justin made me feel secure and comfortable as he patiently guided me through the entire process, explaining all expectations, answering all of my questions, and accommodating all my needs. He was always friendly, helpful, and professional.In the end, the whole Toyota Carlsbad Collision Center team did an amazing job on fixing my car. It was ready when they said it would be and they made my 10+ year old car look brand new. The quality of service provided here was more than anything I could have expected or desired. Y'all rock!

Very professional, courteous, detail-oriented and patient. It was a white-glove experience, they coordinated with the rental car team to have me on my way. Pickup was just as easy. Folks at the front desk were great, Mark the service writer ran everything to ground and went out of his way. The vehicle was returned cleaner than it went in which was absolutely terrific. The work performed was flawless. Great job!

Really upset in regards to the communication.Scheduled to drop off my vehicle on Monday with a rental, called twice the week prior to ensure a rental was scheduled and called the morning of the drop off. I was assured multiple times that my appointment and rental was ready to go.Later the day, I arrived to the location and there was no rentals available. Front desk did not want to assist on finding me a car to get back home. They just apologized and informed me there was no rentals, which apologies were not going to find me a way home. After the back and forth conversation they finally stated they would reach out to enterprise to find a rental for us. It was an hour just sitting there and figuring out the rental that Toyota had already confirmed it would be reserved for me.

I heard great things about this business so I drove over an hour away to make sure my car was repaired here. Zack was so helpful and an amazing asset to have. Especially when your insurance company tries to be cheap. Zack was there to fight to get me the certified parts for my car. I ll absolutely recommend this company & be coming back here if I need any work down in the future.

Easy process from start to finish! Justin Williams was awesome and kept me informed every step of the way. I really liked the fact Toyota works closely with Enterprise as that made it also seemless to get me between places and get my car rented for the duration. My Rav 4 came out looking like brand new and I couldn't be happier, so thank you Toyota! Loyal customer since 1982!

I had a wonderful experience with Toyota Carlsbad Collision. I received a call first and was told to bring in my Corolla and contact Aloha. The original paint had started pealing off. It's a 2016 Corolla and I thought it was too late to bring it in for a repaint. Well when I arrived the application was 1 page long. I didn't even have time to finish my coffee. The lobby was comfortable and clean. I greeted Jose and handed him my keys. Then I was told to go next door to pick up my rental. Three weeks later I came back to pick up my beautiful clean, freshly painted car. I'm just too happy with the job Jose did and Aloha was so nice over the phone.

Great service from day 1 to pickup! Zack was in charge of my case and was great. My car was even dropped off at work and the rental was taken back by Toyota collision. Amazing service!

My guy Hoon was very detailed oriented person, very helpful and great to work with. He is very transparent and an honest guy. You guys are very lucky to have an employee like Hoon.Overall, I am VERY SATISFIED AND HAPPY ABOUT THE TOTAL WORK YOUVE DONE IN MY CAR. Not to mentioned the lifetime warranty.GREAT SERVICE! 5

The estimate was reasonable, the completion date was earlier than expected, the repair looks like new, getting the rental car was easy, and Justin kept me informed and was a delight to work with.

Justin was super helpful throughout the entire process of getting my car repaired. Not only that but Justin helped me navigate through the insurance process, he was on top of everything! My RAV 4 was hit by a truck and the car sustained a significant amount of internal damages in rear end. Maria the associate I worked with provided outstanding service, from the communication to the actual repairs the process could not have been more smooth, due to Maria. She was clear, responsive and so kind to me. I couldn t be more grateful for Toyota collision center and the ease at which I went through this process. These guys are seriously the best auto body and paint shop ever. You cannot even tell my car was hit. Curtis our adjuster is amazing and kept up current throughout the entire process. I cannot say enough good things about this shop!! I have been hit 3 times in the past 1.5 years and they have taken such great care of us. Toyota Carlsbad provides exemplary service and repair. The receptionists have great customer service skills and are very professional. Zachary supported us throughout our claim and he has consistent and clear communication. His follow-up was superb and he really advocates for his customers as they navigate through the insurance process. I don t want to have to bring my car back for obvious reasons; but if I needed to, I would definitely come here. Very pleased and very grateful. I had my toyota Avalon paint job here. The paint job was excellent. Color matched, my car looks new. Because my car was unfortunate the paint peeling and it is under manufacture warranty.The only thing that my headliner came off at the edge when I brought my car back. I knew it was not from me.They also offered me a two weeks car rental as well. The paint job costs a large sum of money, but I was covered by Toyota Corporation.I am still waiting for them to reach back to me to fix my headliner.Thank you Mr Morris and Yours staffs so much! I would come back in the future if I need aesthetic work for my car! Great work! everything just like new ! I would recommend to my family and friends.Service: Painting

Zach Thompson, our estimator/advisor, was champion! Kept constant contact with me and made sure my Lexus got the OEM part and calibrations it needed. He was professional and very accommodating. Front office staff very pleasant and professional as well. Hope I don t have to visit the collision center too often but if I do, I will bring my beh back here!Service: Body & Trim

Curtis did a fabulous job as the service writer. My 2006 Toyota tundra had collision damage on the front and back. When I got my truck back the paint matching and bodywork was perfect! The alignment of the bumpers and panels were perfect. My trucks exterior look new again! If bodywork is ever needed again, I will definitely bring my truck back. The Toyota Carlsbad collision Center is a shop that one can trust.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Parts from Japan took 6 months to arrive. Once parts arrived to repair rear end collision on relatively new Lexus, the repair was done in a reasonable time frame, and the car looks and functions like a spanking new vehicle! If you own a Lexus and need collision repair then this is the shop for you. I brought my 2019 IS 350 for a repair and was more than satisfied with the results.The staff is always friendly and professional; Mr. Curtis Elliott was thorough when explaining the entire repair process. Mr. Elliott kept in touch throughout the length of the repair and he always answered all of my questions - his knowledge and attention to detail are unmatched.When I first saw my vehicle after the repair was complete I was glad to see that it had been restored to like-factory conditioning once again. The paint job was immaculate, installation of parts was perfect, and the vehicle was thoroughly cleaned.Again, if you re in the North County area I highly recommend Toyota Carlsbad Collision Center.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

My son s car was in an accident rendering the vehicle undrivable. Our Lexus Service Advisor recommended the place after being unable to find a shop that could take the car due to backlogs and extended wait times. One call and the car was on its way to Carlsbad Toyota Collision Center. They took care of everything from working with our insurance, our rental car and providing us with regular updates. Mark was our guy from day one. He really made a great impression from the first call until the day we picked up the car. You knew with every call that the car was in good hands. Amazing job! The level of service and communication by Mark was top notch . After the intake process, he treated my car just like it was his own. When the work was complete, it looked like it did the day I drove it off the dealership lot.

Everyone was pleasant and very professional, including Carl and Mark who dealt with me first hand on my repair that was needed due to a minor collision. The quality of the repair is excellent, and the job was completed days earlier than I imagined. Neither Carl nor Mark was available the day/time I picked up my car. Therefore I asked another employee to walk me through the repairs that were done. My only suggestion would be to make sure someone is available to do that final inspection. It's not absolutely required, but is a nice touch for the client. I will definitely recommend Toyota Carlsbad again, especially if the client is an AAA member like me.Service: Body & Trim
