I just finished having my Porsche Macan serviced. Kassie Kinsey was my service agent. Extremely knowledgeable about all that was done and future services. Friendly, easy to talk to. Highly recommend! Thank you. My car feels like it s brand new!

My car needed regular maintenance and new brake pads so I scheduled service with David to have this done. He was incredibly helpful from the time I dropped off my car, to checking me in, keeping me posted on updates and having my car dropped off after service was done.What often feels like a black box where I don t understand what has been done to my vehicle and service charges adding up to insanely high amounts was all made transparent and easy to understand.He also worked with me to get a loaner when there wasn t one available and really went above and beyond to ensure my service experience was the best. I am beyond impressed with him and the Carlsbad Porsche brand.

I had an issue with the interior lining drooping on my cayman and took it to the dealership to get it fixed.My service rep, Kassy Kinsey was such a pleasure to work with.When I arrived she had all the paper work ready. And mentioned given my car was in good standing with Porsche (consistent service, official parts, etc ) she would explore if Porsche could cover a portion of the cost. Not only was she able to help get Porsche to cover the cost, but they covered 100% to get my issues resolved. This speaks highly that this location continues to take care of their loyal customers.Thank you Porsche Carlsbad and Kassy for your awesome service!

Kassy provided excellent service from the start to finish. She is nice, helpful and knowledgeable - a pleasure to work with. Everything went well and was exactly as I would hope EXCEPT I would expect my car to be washed after spending over Seven Thousand Dollars at the dealership. Other than that it was perfect.

Excellent customer service with a welcoming and comfortable waiting area with snacks and a coffee bar! Or they offer fantastic loaners so you can run errands while they fix up your car with a courtesy wash. I actually look forward to getting my car serviced here!

Took my Macan in for the known issue of the leather shrinking and separating from the dashboard and they were able to perform a goodwill warranty with a brand new dash - I only had to pay for the labor! Mind you, this is a very expensive repair, so we re very happy with the outcome and will be returning for future services/parts. Jeff, our Service Advisor was very helpful and professional. Thank you!

Nobody likes having to have their car worked on. However, Porsche Carlsbad makes the experience as painless as possible. First class the whole way. Extremely professional, great communication, they go above and beyond. We live over an hour away from the dealership but it s worth it in order to get this kind of service and have the peace of mind to know the job is being done right. If you need your Porsche serviced or anything, Porsche related do not hesitate to make Porsche Carlsbad your first and only stop.

I just want to thank Porsche Carlsbad for an effortless car buying experience. Kyle Raftery was the salesperson who helped me. Kyle did an excellent job of answering questions and explaining the differences in the 718 s I was looking at. There was never any pressure to make an immediate decision.I would also like to take a moment to thank James Wheeler who accompanied Kyle to my home and had the garage door code entered into the car within seconds. James also helped enter some individual settings and was of great assistance.I highly recommend Porsche Carlsbad and the whole team. Thank you all!

We managed to blow two back tires on our new Cayenne in one week! Kassy worked with us on both occasions and did everything she could to help us get the tire changed. In the first case she helped me get a loaner until they got the tire. She gets 5 stars, and so do the mechanics who helped us get on our way.

From the moment I arrived to drop off my vehicle, the process was seamless. They provided me with a loaner car, which significantly eased my transportation concerns. Additionally, kassy displayed remarkable patience as I took the time to remove my toddler's car seat from the car - a small but meaningful gesture that did not go unnoticed.The team promised to fix my car on time, and they delivered exactly that. Great service this time! Exactly what I would expect of a Porsche dealership.I got my car in for service in one week, they gave me a loaner car, and they even brought me my garage opener via Lyft when I needed it! Thank you! I will definitely bring my car back for the next service!Just thought I d add another positive experience with this dealership! David was my service representative and was terrific! Great positive and happy attitude. I got my oil changed and new brakes finished quickly and the stylish loaner car made me think about trading in my car for a different Porsche!!

Recently my wife and I have purchased a Porsche Macan from Porsche Carlsbad. We both agree that it was the best experience that we have had while buying a vehicle. Kyle Raftery was extremely professional and understanding. After this experience it will be hard for me to shop any where else for a vehicle. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchases a Porsche vehicle to go and meet with Kyle or anyone at Porsche Carlsbad. The entire staff is nice and professional and willing to help with any question. They definitely deserve 5 stars.

Customer service at Porsche Carlsbad is beyond excellent! I ve only had my Cayenne since December but the couple times I ve needed to bring it in, I ve gotten quick appointments and thorough, constant communication while they had my vehicle. The video inspection report is next level and I love it! Kyle is who I worked with in buying my Cayenne and Niki and Kassy are the service advisors I ve worked with. They are all SO GREAT and I m looking forward to continuing at great relationship with them all! Thank you Porsche Carlsbad for being incredible and amazing!

If you want to buy a Porsche in California, you should start and end here. I was sent to Santiago Sierra through a casual conversation with a 911 owner all the way up in Santa Maria, and I am thankful for it. Santiago was the only sales associate I encountered that actively worked with me through my process of ordering a car, rather than just putting me "on a list" and treating me like another nobody, as most dealers do. He is passionate about the cars and put forth an honest effort to get me my allocation in a reasonable amount of time.Working with Santiago and the dealership was a painless process without the nuisances from other organizations. Agreed-upon pricing, no BS, no bait and switch, no pushing for additional things I didn't want. And put cherries on top when it came time to pick it up. I love my new car and will absolutely start here when I buy my next Porsche.

Routine service appointment, but the execution was way beyond "routine." Loaner was ready to when we dropped off, service completed in less time than promised, car ready for pick-up with paperwork and key on the service advisor's desk when we arrived. Excellent service and precision execution - kinda like a Porsche!

I just wanted say my experience with Carlsbad Porsche was Great. The service was supposed to be completed while I waited. But it ran into the next day as there were some recall issues that needed to be resolved and took more time. A loaner vehicle was provided to take home. Thank you so much. The next day when I returned to pick up my car it was washed and ready to go except for one little problem. I had asked Braie if it was possible to have the inside of my wheels to be cleaned of the brake dust and he told they could do it when it was up on the rack. When I check it hadn t been done and Braie was not there. I had been dealing with Kase Loso picking up my car and informed him that it hadn t been done. He immediately told me that he would get it done in 15 minutes so I would have to wait much longer. The car was brought back in less than 15 minutes he looked at the wheels and wasn t totally happy with the way they looked. He went and got a rag and went over them again. I also had some programming issues with my car when I picked it up and James Wheeler came to my aid and did an excellent job with reprogramming my car. I just wanted to let you know that I feel that all three of these people are OUTSTANDING. These are the caliber of people I like dealing with and the reason I ll continue to be a Loyal Carlsbad Porsche customer.

Always a good experience. But of course very expensive. However appt.9AM Thursday for an annual service (aka oil change) and check up, and for some reason didn t get to the vehicle until Friday. I ve never heard of leaving a car overnight for an oil change. Wasn t a last minute thing either. Made the appt over a week earlier.Big picture it really didn t matter to me but just seems weird. Also I didn t take a loaner because I figured I could live without the car for the day. If I knew it would be 2 days I might ve thought differently.Truth be told I like getting service at the dealer and am willing to pay more. A small inconvenience this time but not really a big deal. Just telling the way it is. Only because you asked for comment.

I have never had a smoother or more professional car buying experience than the one I had at Porsche Carlsbad. From the moment I set foot on the lot I was treated with respect by everyone I encountered. My salesman, Kyle, was easy to work with, never pushy or salesy, and incredibly well informed about the car I ended up purchasing. Buying a 911 was a 20+ year dream of mine and Porsche carlsbad did everything they could to make that dream become a seamless reality. This won t be my last P car and the first place I ll look when the time comes is here. Thank you all.

I am very impressed with the wonderful service I received. I came in for an overdue service appointment and was greeted immediately as I drove up by David with a welcoming smile and a gentle, curtious manner.From start to finish, I needed to ask no questions because he explained accurately the estimated cost, what service would entail, estimated pickup time etc.I was even kept informed via phone video step by step of the service done, received my car back, freshly washed & vacuumed earlier than expected. Everything was done to perfection!I highly recommend HOEHN Porsche because of their personal, old fashioned customer service (which, unfortunately is rare these days!) thank you David & team,Anna B.
