I called in the morning and Able and Raul showed up on time and went above and beyond what most wouldn't even do. Gave me a quote and did a Perfect job so I was able to make it to work this afternoon. Quality 100%

Able set up next day appt. Showed up on time, replaced the windshield on my Lexus IS in about 30 minutes and it looks great. Friendly and professional. I would recommend this company. I just want to say what a great experience I had working with Gabriel from North Coast Auto Glass today. After having my car broken into yesterday, I was jarred and needed to get my window fixed asap. My car insurance recommended a national company, who did not have same day availability. I called my car dealer and they couldn't get the part in for weeks. Gabriel answered my call right away, was able to fix my window quickly same day, and for far less than the first two companies. Now I know who to call if I need service in the future. He was kind and explained everything in detail, and I felt like he did a great job. I had a great experience with Emmanuel and North Coast Auto Glass. I put in a quote request yesterday afternoon and he got back to me quickly with an all-inclusive rate that was lower than any other rates I had seen. It was literally half of the price that one of the big-name companies quoted me. He was able to come the next morning at the earliest time I was available.This morning, he and his brother arrived on time and ready to go. They quickly replaced the windshield in the timeframe I had between meetings and did a great job. It was done perfectly and I cannot tell the difference from the previous windshield. He even cleaned my other windows for me. The price came out exactly as quoted and he was able to take a credit card.Emmanuel was very courteous and professional throughout the entire experience. As an added bonus, he offers a lifetime warranty and claims that he will repair future chips and small cracks in the windshield for free.I would absolutely use North Coast Auto Glass again and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends. It's really great to find a small local company that does excellent work for less than the big national companies.

Emanuel was great! I requested an estimate and he emailed me back immediately with the cost and made an appointment for that day! Came to my work and repaired my windshield in less than 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend North Coast Auto Glass to my friends and family if they are unfortunate enough to need them.

I had a broken back window on my 2011 Honda Crosstour. This happened at 8pm on a Thursday evening. I tried to get quotes from 3 different companies and Emmanuel was the ONLY one to respond and he did within minutes of me requesting a quote - I felt like he was very interested in getting my business!!His price was best in town and he was able to come to my house on Friday morning (the next day) to repair my window!!Overall - awesome responsiveness, great price and incredible service!!Thanks Emmanuel!

Excellent service and work! I would definitely use them in the future and refer them to friends and family. Very polite, considerate, and prompt. I called them on a Friday and they were willing to come out to my residence the next day for mobile service. Emmanuel and his brother Abel were really professional and kind. They also offer free window crack repairs with their windshield replacement service which I though was a conveneient plus considering that's what caused my winshield to crack in the first place. Great experience with this company. Got a quote that was way less than Safelite and a few other big companies. Called to make an appointment and they could see me first thing the next day. Wow, I had Emmanuel and Raul come out and replace my front windshield today. What a nice way to start the day.. How often , in this s day and age , do you come across a business going out of their way to build a reputation based on honesty, , integrity, fairness, and reliability. They arrived exactly when they said they would (charged no fee for mileage on mobile service), very prompt, skilled, efficient , polite and priced MUCH lower than any comps I found. Too good to be true (BUT TRUE) service. Thanks so much guys for a great job and for putting me in a great mood.

Over the last 18 months we have replaced 2 car windshields and have repaired a 3rd with multiple dings. North Coast Auto Glass estimates have always been the most economical with the highest level of customer service. Friendly, timely, professional, and reasonable.

North Coast Auto Glass is the place to go for any glass repair or replacement! I took my 2016 Dodge Charger for a windshield replacement and they had Great customer Service! Quality work! And best of all the best prices in town! I highly recommend North Coast Auto Glass!

Called them at 10 am on a Saturday. Windshield was fixed at my house by 3 pm same day. Guys were prompt, clean, friendly, and fixed a small issue with the windshield wipers. I watched them the entire time and they were very diligent to not damage the paint or parts that needed to be reused. All this for 226 to replace a Ford Explorer windshield. Will definitely use these guys again.

This company was great! I got a quick response to my email with a quote that was lower than all the other places. They came out to my driveway a couple hours later and replaced my windshield quickly. Excellent service and very pleasant people.

I needed a windshield replacement for my Mercedes-Benz S 550 due to a rock hitting my windshield on the freeway. It started as a small crack so I wasn't really in hurry to fix it, but when I awoke the next morning I saw that it had spread severly across my entire windshield. A buddy of mine had mentioned getting a good deal on his windshield from North Coast Auto Glass. So I gave them a call after getting a few other quotes, and to my surprise they offered me the BEST deal. Some places wanted twice as much as for the same original windshield. I was a bit sceptic as first because it was almost to good to be true, but when Emannuel arrived he was exactly on time and allowed me to watch as he worked. He was extremely professional and fast paced. He even vaccumed my car and cleaned all my car Windows at no extra cost. The best part was that he gave me a life time warranty of free rock chip repairs. I feel I made a right choice in picking North Coast Auto glass for the job and will refer them to all of my family and friends.Thanks once again Emannuel.

A few days ago my new car got busted into :( and whoever broke into it stole everything (stupid me for leaving it in the first place). Anyway as you can imagine it was a horrible way to start the week. I did some researching on line and called around a few places trying to find an affordable price. I came across North Coast Auto Glass. I spoke with Emmanuel who quickly assured me he could come to my work and fix it that day!!! NOT only did he come last minute to my work and install a new window he also vacuumed out my car which had glass pieces ALL OVER the place. My car looked like it had been detailed inside; I was not expecting that :). I then asked him if he knew anyone who tinted windows. he hooked me up with a great contact who came the very next day to my work and installed the tint. After this amazing service my week which had started so crapy was turned around, thanks to Emmanuel and his TOP NOTCH service. Going forward I will only contact North Coast Auto Glass for a window fix. (Hopefully I won t have too lol).

I've used North Coast Auto Glass twice now. Once to replace a broken window, and once to fix a cracked windshield. They have always been prompt, courteous, and professional. Emmanuel's experience shows. After these 2 experiences, I won't even look at other competitors in the future. Two big thumbs up from me!

After being turned down by four other glass shops, I found these guys after filling up my gas tank at 76/Benet! What a find! I pull in and within five seconds, he says "sure we can do it! When can you leave it for a couple of hours"? Mine was not a simple windshield repair but rather a more difficult chore in that all four shops prior told me I had a 50-50 chance they'd break the window. I have a low mileage 2001 BMW and the old aluminum molding around the windshield had cracked so badly I could hear wind noise on the inside! I was looking for a shop to remove the old molding and glass and install a new molding on the old glass and these guys were up for the job! They also went to the BMW dealer and got the part! I am very pleased and will refer them to everyone I know.Thank you!!! Shannon & Steve

Sooooooo, I'm the guy that others call to work on their cars, homes, computers, motorcycles etc....well, I have a friend who has been driving with a cracked windshield for way to long. And she and her husband do so much for others I decided , with the help of my roommate, to bless them by fixing it myself. (I've never done a windshield before) but after watching YouTube videos I felt confident enough to move forward with replacing it my self, well after struggling with trying to get the cracked windshield out....four hours later, I gave up and called these guys....Able came right over and was the total professional, he had my mess cleaned up with new glass installed in under 45 minutes!! Totally saving me. I highly recommend these guys . Thanks again .....

Emmanuel, the owner, was extremely professional and fast. I broke the windshield of my friends car when I went to visit him , I do not live in California so, to be able to find someone that fixed my mess up and make it easy for me was great!! I fully recommend Emmanuel and North Coast Auto Glass.

Great experience! We were on vacation and just passing through stopping at Legoland. Are windshield had to be changed and they were willing to come and do it at the Legoland parking lot so that we didn't miss our day at Legoland. All at a great price highly recommended!

Couldn't be happier!!! They beat Safelite's price by over $100. Plus they came the same day. Safelite couldn't come for 3 days. They were incredibly nice too. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Needed a rock chip repaired on very short notice as we passed through on vacation. Everyone we dealt with was professional, pleasant, and the repair was done with care. Definitely recommend, wish we had service like this where we live.

Same day service. Everything was not 100% after the first time so they came back the next day without question. There were a few small marks on the paint from the install otherwise it would have been 5 starts. I would still use them again.
