I had planed on surprising my husband when he gets home with window tint and detail. Holy guacamole these guys were absolutely amazing. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they were willing to help me out with me getting a ride back home till my car was finished. They truly love what they do and are compassionate beyond belief. I plan on bringing in my car to do the same thing!

Mach 1 is awesome. I ve tried other detailers before, but Mach 1 does an outstanding job with, attention to detail and quality. As a lifeguard I had some sunscreen build up on the seats that I ve tried cleaning myself, but after this service my seats now look and smell amazing. Excellent costumer service, Fernando was very helpful and did a great job on the car! I definitely will be recommending and returning.

I ve tried a number of hand wash places in the area. No one compares. I take my laptop and sit in the lobby, where you can get WiFi, coffee & water. I barely get situated and they are done with a fabulous job well done.

Outstanding location to get your windows tinted or your car detailed! Did an amazing job on both for my 2022 Honda Accord! Went to the warehouse location vs mobile visit. My friends were impressed with the detailing and said it looked better than brand new! Thanks again! Choose Mach 1 for all your detailing or window tinting needs!

Just go and get the detail package. My car looks brand new! I dropped my car off (it was very easy to find by the way with Google maps) and they spent 5 hrs on my car 1 hour per tire and made my 20+ year car look brand new. Just pay it you will not be sorry. Thank you F1 team I am in love with my car again.

I like the personal hands-on job! But they sometimes need to give a little more attention to details. My last visit, they didn't clean windshield and dash.

Edgar was amazing to work with. I have a very busy schedule. Being able to get my truck in to have the windows tinted and glue removed from an old clear bra on a Sunday was amazing customer service. They also washed and buffed the truck to get some scratches out. I had a few paint chips. Edgar told me to pick up a touch-up pen, and he would touch them up for me. The truck came out perfect. I have used many different detail companies over the years, and they never do what they say they are going to do. Not the case here. If you are looking for someone who does an amazing job and a great guy, I would highly recommend calling Edgar.Thank you. See you soon

I first would like to say Tsune who helped seemed nice but I did experience some miscommunication. I just wished that the workers were more educated on the service they are providing. When I was asking questions about the tint I felt like instead of getting the correct information I was getting whatever you want replies. My back windows are exactly what I asked for but my front windows I'm not sure what happened. First I tried several times to reach someone at the number listed online and even went to the location and was not able to get in contact with someone until the day of my appointment. We discussed how dark I wanted the tint in my windows. After discussing the tint I was told my front windows would be slightly lighter than my back windows and you would not be able to see through then. I even made sure to take my other car which is also tinted to help explain as well as show what exactly I wanted and was told no problem. I even added a tint to my front window in return I was told would keep the sun out and I wouldn't have to pull down my visor. When I went to pick my car up I was told the windows needed time to set and would be even darker once set. Well you could imagine my surprise after a week and half and is no change. Also noticed that my rug on my driver side a hole in it and there was a huge strain on a towel I had folded in my passenger seat. In return I called the number on the site to speak with someone regarding my concerns with no luck. Lastly in the top right hand corner of my front window I had a reminder sticker of when my next oil change was due and that was gone. I'm now thinking what was happening. Decided to choose this place because I used to work in that area and after speaking with a couple of the guys there wanted to support a local business. I now left trying to figure out when my next oil change is as well another location to get the tint I wanted.Hopefully since I was unable to reach someone over the phone someone reach out through this review.

Went here to get my windows tinted on my hatchback about two months ago. I got the ceramic tint with 70% on the windshield and 35% on all other 9 windows. Wonderful experience with these guys. We've had two cars tinted with them, and both have turned out perfectly. They were very communicative about when the cars would be ready for pickup, as well as leaving themselves available to fix any imperfections that may have shown up on the windows after a few weeks. They knew we were coming back for another car tint and gave us a gift card for the next one, which was awesome!One major thing I appreciated was their customer service. They made sure to always call us by our names, even when it had been over a month since our last tint. Very impressive from these guys, and it made the whole process feel more like a friend doing a favor than a company charging for a service.If you're considering getting your windows tinted these guys are the way to go. Even if you're on the fence, they aren't trying to push a sale on you and would be happy to explain the different degrees of tint, costs, etc. If we need tint in the future it'll definitely be getting done here.

Fernando and his team did an amazing job on our car. My wife and I both agree that we've never seen it so shiny...I mean it was shinier than when we bought it. They removed the hard water stains and buffed the headlight covers. Of course they're going to try to upsell you, but they're only offering additional services that would benefit your car...that's how business works. So thanks guys. I brought my 2013 Audi S5 to F1 Detail to get a carwash and wax and I am extremely happy with the quality. These guys have steady hands and patients they take pride in what they do and the quality proved it in the tint and the service i loved there attitudes and I could trust them with my car It did take them a few hours longer than I expected but it was way worth the wait these guys are on point and they even taxi service me while I was waiting for my car to be finished I ll definitely be coming back for a car detail soon
