The site is very user friendly! I was able to easily look up the lift supports by part number, or length and lift weight. I ordered the parts on Saturday and they arrived on Tuesday with normal delivery! This was a great ordering experience and the vast knowledge that Lift Supports Depot has in this field makes me feel confident that I will receive the correct parts in future orders. I highly recommend this business! A+++++

Fast, friendly service! Ordered through Amazon but received incorrect parts. Talked to front desk, they allowed me to come right to their office to swap out for the correct parts. Amazing and friendly, and .correct product was easy to install.

I have been a customer of Lift Support for at least 15 years. They have an excellent product and superior customer service. I have used the struts for a simple Z3 trunk strut to the heavy duty back lid support on my Excursion. I was even directed to the ones that add 2" to the lift. Great head knocker prevention!! When I contacted Customer Support, they volunteered info about the warranty! Who does that? The product is so good, I would purchase more struts even without the warranty. I highly recommend them for great pricing and a solid strut!!

Ordered from their website and delivered the next day. Very good customer service and the email included came with instructional video about the installation process. Product is stronger than oem and definitely holds my trunk in place

I called to ask the difference between the two types of lift supports and the answer I was given was honest and straightforward. Shipping was extremely fast and the email updates were accurate. There was a day delay, but I think that was FedEx and not the company. Part was a perfect fit and easy to install with very good instructions included. Very happy with the service.

These guys have what you are looking for!!Diana was fantastic over the phone and had the right products sent to me in two days!!! Who else does this??The money I saved by NOT going to the car dealer was very significant and totally worth it. I also got free shipping.Installation in my Lexus RX350, took about five minutes for both of the rear lift gate lifts AND the two hood lifts combined.Easy installation is super simple. Lift the retaining clip and pull the lift off the ball. Repeat for the other end.Take the new lift which is pre-lubed in the ball and snap it in, your done. All four of these work the same way. I had one person hold the hood while I did this and then the rear lift gate. DONE!!!It took longer to read this, than it takes to replace all four of these lifts.Did I mention the super customer service?Once you shop here, you will never want to go elsewhere . Thank you!!

Just ordered lift supports from this company first time.Their website was easy to navigate and telephone support personnel were helpful for finalizing details to place the order. this company feels like a good place to do business initially.No Vet discount, no teacher discount, no first responder discount and no discount for shipping cost if the order is will called.Telephone support was initially unwilling to change shipping address (different than billing) to mitigate sales tax (savings of 2.5%)had to argue to get them to do it. There was approx $10 in shipping cost (will call order) and an additional $4 in sales tax that could have been passed on to the customer in savings, total about $14 about 8% of order amount.I would have given 5 stars if any discount was available, a nominal credit for minimum shipping cost and sales tax where item was purchased was/were applied instead of the billing address of the credit card.Everyone in business today can get better at what they do by keying into reasonable customer accommodations. Any of the above items would have cost this online retailer very little as compared to the goodwill it would have generated. i hope they find these comments useful.

I have made several purchases from Lift Supports Depot over the last few months and they have all been online. Each order arrived accurately and on time. I did have one issue where one of the supports was faulty so I called them up and they immediately sent me a replacement at no charge and with no questions. It was this interaction that caused me to rate this 5 stars, because even when I presented them with an issue they immediately offered me a best-case-scenario option to resolve the problem. Thank you for your great service!

Thank you to Lift Supports Depot for the support during my Lexus GX470 rear door gas strut modification. I ran into multiple issues with this mod and you guys helped me out not once but twice. I am overly impressed with your commitment to satisfy your customers and recommend anyone to get your struts from this place! These guys know their business. Ordered hatch struts from these folks via Amazon. Showed that the pair would fit my year, make, model, trim and features. Arrived in two days. Parts didn t fit. So glad I decided to call them directly and was met by a customer support lady who was clear, kind and efficient in solving the problem, getting the right parts shipped (right then) and providing return shipping for the unused parts. Great, great job!

UPDATE: They have shipped replacements within two hours of my review. So that may have helped? I'll update this when the replacements arrive!.At first things went as expected. I received the back ordered Strong Arm 4129 lifts. Put them on my trunk and found out that the lifts were way over charged and they about ripped my trunk off my car. I've been trying to contact Lift Support Depot and they have not returned a single call, they never answer the phone, and it feels like I'm getting the run around right now. My lifts were made in Turkey and they thought they sent me ones made in the USA. So someone at Lift Support please call me ASAP! I would give them no stars if that were possible!

We have a Nissan Quest with power lift gate. Dealer Lift support replacements are over $100 each. Other aftermarket ones either did not fit or did not have the correct pressure to support the weight of the door as advertised. After trying 4-5 other companies/brands I called Toni in customer service at Lift Depot. She found me exactly what I needed the 1st time. I highly recommend their products and customer service.

I'm Paul Matthews, Marilyn ordered a pair of new lift supports for our 2008 Ford Taurus. We received them a few days after we ordered just for the model and year of the car, we didn't measure the length of the supports, which is important to do, so got the wrong supports for our particular car.I called and the lady in customer service checked and sent the right ones out and I sent the others back, they paid all the shipping.Got the new ones and popped them right on, just as easy as in the video.Now the trunk lid pops right up and it's easy to lift and close.Customer service is great and the struts work perfectly, could not be happier, so five stars.

We have purchased here a few times as we all know gas shocks need to be replaced. When we updated our C6 Z06 with after market Aero, we were ok using a modified method holding up our hatch. I was amazed to see this company was ahead of the game and offered a perfect solution as an option on their website. Our Hatch is like original now with the APR wing as if it wasn t there. Way to support the car market

I needed a new set of lift support shocks for the trunk on our 2005 Ls 430 Lexus. The dealer gets $200.00+ for this replacement. I ordered two from Lift Support Depot for $42 and followed the very simple instructions to install, total time for removal and install of the new units was about 10 minutes. Be sure you brace the trunk lid with a board or broomstick so it stays up! They fit perfectly and seem twice as strong as the OEM units. If I need any other lift replacements it will be purchased from Lift Support Depot, fast delivery, good instructions and great product.Bill HadleyTequesta,Fl/Hartsel, Co.

Ordered a replacement gas strut for a biometric safe on Friday night, had it in my hands the following Tuesday afternoon. Doesn't get any better than that! HIGHLY recommend these guys for any and all gas strut replacement needs. Will definitely be back to do business with these guys again.

Ordered from Amazon. Paid for express shipping. Never arrived that date. Called Amazon to cancel. Said the company processed order. So I could not cancel. Bur never shipped. I was told by Amazon that it would be delivered by Saturday. Then get a message it would be delivered by Sunday. Now I hpt another message it would be delivered mon or Tuesday. Called Amazon. Amazon said they have not shipped it. This is a shady company. Stay away.

Found these people on the internet. (EBAY). Had a question about the rear window lifts for my jeep , so I called and found that the items were correct. I then ordered through the phone. Delivery was very quick and the supports are awesome. They also emailed a video on how to install. If I had other issues with lifts in other vehicles this is my go to place.

Totally recommend this place . I called on a Tuesday morning the person whom answered phone was very professional and polite and within a couple minutes helped me with my order and by Thursday I had my new shocks delivered by ups .they work excellent and high quality made in usa I m very happy with the level of customer service and knowledgeable team they employ .

Very poor at Lift Support for customer service. In response to their web saying how they had expertise to help one order, I sent an email at 326a and had not gotten a call back by 120p Time is important to my order. And when I called I got no one with the company except an answering service in 3 calls. And the answering service had the audacity to want my question in detail when I had told them I sent an email at 326a and again at 123p with full details on lifts I was looking for. So their answering service only knows to follow a script, not to actually listen to a caller.

Right parts. great customer service. May not ever need gas charged lifts again but if I do, I will absolutely do business with them again.
