As always they are all nice and very comfortable to stay and waiting for my car get service done.Comparing with Convoy service center, they never force me to do anything.All Convoy service center starts should come and visit what they are doing in here.Even cashiers are so nice and kind.It was so fast and clean finish today!Thank you, Bernardo!RX 450H black

I called 4 times, tried to use their online chat, spent about 30 minutes on their website - all to simply find a price for an oil change. If it is this difficult to get an answer on such a simple process, can't imagine what it would be like to try to have work done. I will go to my neighborhood shop which is about half the price anyway. Very dissappointed.

I seriously can t believe what just happened. Am I being Punk d? I called to schedule an appointment just now to drop my Lexus off to get the bumper replaced. The representative put me on hold and when she came back on she apologized for the wait and said, the earliest we can get you in for an estimate is Jan 5th. I replied, I don t need an estimate I just want to drop the car off and have the bumper replaced. She replied, well we have to get you in for and estimate first. I replied, I ll just go somewhere else. I don t know what just happened but I know I m not dreaming because i just punched myself and I felt it.

Still trying to get Lexus Carlsbad to answer a phone call -today - it s now 1230 PST so they must have minimal staffing at their call center - it s over 10 minutes and still no answer The call center concept has saved them $$ but customer service has suffered Thanks for holding - you are the next caller - someone will be with you momentarily, I ve heard 10 times

Great thorough, knowledgeable although expensive And with Lexus, you get what you pay for and this dealership was of no exception

Oil change service. Very friendly staff and a beautiful lounge with drinks and snacks while you wait.
