Absolutely stellar customer service experience. The gal who helped us (I'm that guy who forgets names, my bad. I wanna say Jennifer or Melissa but kinda hope that's way off and they know who it is because it's only one person I could be talking about) provided the best dealership service experience I've ever, well, you guessed it, experienced. Go there, not Kearney Mesa or Chula Vista (made us wait two hours for a safety recall part they didn't have in stock and then never called us afterward. They literally just held our car for 2 hours)

I have been going to this service center for years and always found the service to be good. However, as of my last visit 12/29, they have started charging a 3% fee for using a credit card. There was no warning there had been a change in policy, and Henry confirmed that they only started doing this 4 weeks prior to my appointment. Absurd. It cost $8 just to use my card. Unless they get rid of this, they ve lost a long term customer.

I really appreciate the ways the Service Advisor, Elizabeth Casey, advocated for us. She is the knowledgeable, efficient, easy to talk to and answered all my questions. She is reason we are coming back.

The service center never answers the phone. I have owned my car for 4 months and had to take it into the dealer 4 times. The last time the car was there they damaged the backup camera and have been doing everything in their power to ignore the issue. I would not recommend Kia of Carlsbad, which is a real shame, because Kia of Escondido is worse.

I've been coming to this Kia for several years. Everyone at this kia from the sales To Natalie in the service department pretty much everyone in service. Everyone in services, friendly and kind.This is our third Kia we purchased.Highly recommended.

Service with a professional smile. I appreciate the proactive calls and loaner car. Took a while as KIA corporate had techline hacked. Again appreciated the loaner. Elizabeth deserves a raise!!!

An airbag on my kia got recalled , so i had to come in to get it serviced. It was my first time going to the kia service center , so i had a bit of trouble navigating exactly where to go. I live thirty minutes away , and this was the closest service center i could get an appointment to . I went into the repair offices to try to get some help , but i walked into an empty office , and walked out and saw a worker in another office who i thought could help me. i was waving at him , trying to get his attention and instead i was greeted with looks of disgust and him pretending like i wasn t there . i even waited outside , three feet away from him with just a window separating us , waited for a minute to see if he could come around and he didn t. eventually i just left because i do not want my car to be handled under unwelcoming , rude circumstances. i tried to get ahold of someone to bring this issue up and the lady i spoke to on the phone said that this didn t sound like them . I even tried to speak to a sales person i saw on the lot and they just looked the other way. I was going to even look at options to upgrade from while my car was getting serviced. Wasted an hour of my time driving there and back , and wasted gas for no reason . take your car to get serviced and buy a car elsewhere . :(

Natalie has been taking Great care of me and my Kia Soul! She was there for me through my engine replacement and is always so friendly, kind and professional! I highly recommend stopping in and seeing her for all your car servicing needs!

I have been taking my Kia Optima here for years for regular maintenance. Not once were they ever able to tell me that the car had any issues. Their "full multipoint inspection" literally does nothing. I just took it in for an oil change 2 months ago and they said it was running great and everything checked out fine. Its had multiple recalls and everytime i brought it it in they said everything was fine. They weren't able to schedule any full diagnostics for weeks and said that if the check engine light ever went on THEN they would look at immediately. Low and behold! The check engine never went on until the car literally stopped running. Check engine light then went on and was BLINKING which a quick Google search said is due to engine misfire. I had it towed to a local shop instead of Kia since they were such a hassle to deal with and charge a ridiculous amount JUST to run diagnostics. Sure enough the engine is DONE and needs to be completely replaced at only 86k miles.Even other resale dealerships won't purchase Kias right now because THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE with Kia and they have a bad reputation for faulty engines.Save yourself and your wallet!!! Stay away from Kias!

Violet in the service department is so helpful and amazing and so sweet I could go on about how great she is!! The whole service dept is also so helpful haven't had one bad experience in almost 2 years!! Thank you :)

Very bad service, it took 15 days to carry out a routine diagnosis. The reason has not yet been found to cost. No matter how I call or don t go to them, they always tell me only lies. I will never contact this center. If someone values their time and nerves, do not contact this Kia center , 15 . . . .
