Just bought a 2023 F250 from Rafael BallesterosI called in Sunday and picked it up Monday morning. You can t beat this level of service and dedication to customer care. This was definitely the best car buying experience I ve had.

Simply the best Ford dealership around. Don't even waste your time going to any other Ford dealer, go ask for Kurt and he'll make your experience the best you've ever had. We couldn't be happier with the service and professional dedication to the Ford brand.

I buy a lot of cars. My experience with this dealership has been less than average. Typically, showing up with a good down payment and a willingness to finance through the dealership has provided me with a fair price and a happy purchase experience. Not here. They set the price and refused to budge and for some reason had no influence over the interest rate either. This is the first time in years I had to walk away from a dealership. I'm going to have to recommend Mossy Ford in San Diego over this dealership as they seem to have more control over the inventory and the ability to finance. It's odd, because this dealership is so much larger. Maybe they need to control their employees because they are too large? I don't know just speculating because the interaction was so strange. Happy car buying

Wow...the service department is extremely shady in my opinion. I came in due to my 2013 Ford Fusion hybrid rattling and driving very rough. Thinking it was a transmission issue I was relieved to hear it was a coil. I was told the coil and plug needed to be replaced along with a "tune-up" for $820. I was surprised to see how little work was done in the"tune-up for my "$820". Just to double check I called around to three local shops and North County ford, the highest quote I got was under $300....it was really $260. Stephen at Ken Grody explained to me it required 5.3 hrs of labor. at $117/hr and their normal rate was $180/hr. No other repair shop gave me a quote for more then 1hr. Stephen claimed it took them 1.5 hrs to diagnose the issue.....should have been a simple computer diagnostic but even adding that in it's way off. 2.5hrs to replace the spark plugs, 1 hr for injector flush. I was even told when I dropped it off that the $100 would be applied to the bill.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Kept breathing down my neck and wouldn t let me just look at cars. Told them multiple times to politely back off and they kept coming like vultures. Ended up buying a Dodge because of this.

They suck. 2020 Ford escape driver door needs to be recalled faulty hindge and bolts in door causing door to almost fall off. Please report to NTSA to get recall investigated and done! In the meantime Ken Grody Ford just does nothing if out of warranty on something that obviously us die to manufacture defect!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.My fianc� brought her truck here for an oil change and tie rotation. When they gave it back to her, the truck was squeaking loud with every move. Keep in mind, this is a young truck with only about 30k miles. This squeaking was not present prior to bringing it in. When she brought it back, they said she needs to replace her lower control arm. How does that make sense?? Lower control arms will last about 100k miles and the issue with squeaking did not exist before brining it in. After getting the truck back, the alignment is also now messed up.How can a car dealership mess up this bad on a simple oil change and tire rotation?

Great service department, been taking my vehicles there for years. Just glad too have a great service Advisor Mr. Chad Larson. He's the go to guy when you need anything done in a long or short period of time. He will always keep the owner informed on the status of your vehicle.

Turned my truck in on a Tuesday morning, service advisor (Kal) said requested service/diagnostic (overheating and check engine light) would take a day and a half. Never called me. On the third day I called and they hadn t even looked at what I asked them to but they would check with the service advisor in the morning. The next day, no one called me, I had to call three times. Service advisor kept forgetting about me but I finally got out of him that it was a faulty thermostat and it was going to be $600+ and it "might" be done on Monday. Told him don t worry about it, I d come pick it up. Get there to pick it up Saturday morning and had to wait 40 minutes for them to bring my truck out after I had to remind them I was still there. Asked for the service advisor...not there. Ask for the service director...not there. Got a sales manager, a business card, and the response that "sorry", sometimes the service department screws things up. This place need a serious customer service overhaul.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

There was a recall on my vehicle. Yes, it's older. However, I made an appt 2 weeks ago for a reason. So they could order the part. 2 weeks. Dropped it off and they said that had to "order" the part. We all knew that the part needed to be ordered. Hence the appt that was made 2 weeks. Anyways, the sloppiness of how this was handled blows my mind. Very disorganized. Definitely disappointed how this was handled.

There's a lot of waste occurring at the Service Area. You have a Tech to greet you, another one to drive it maybe 10 feet, and yet another Tech to put paper on the seat and floor board to drive it into the Service Area. I only noticed this because it took them 45 min to bring my truck out. No one came out to check on me and keep me updated. Time to become more efficient Ken Grody Ford.

Criminals! Plain and simple. Criminal behavior on two different visits! I can prove this but it is best not to waste time fighting criminals. Save your money and sanity and just avoid them!
