I have been coming to this dealership for years. Each time has been a great experience. However, this most recent trip was by far the best. Sergie was absolutely amazing. He was able to help me find the perfect car and helped me get a great deal on it. Not only that, when I was loading up my new car, he even helped with my car seat. I recently purchased a 2024 FORD Ken Grody Ford in Carlsbad, and the experience had a few issues but all were resolved and we are pleased with the purchase in the end. Amanda Reel our Finance Manger went above and beyond to resolve the issues all while being friendly and helpful. That likely weren't even her issues to deal with. What she stated and promised was held up and we didn t get the run around from her, she held to her word. It didn t go unnoticed or unappreciated. Lastly, Rambo who delivered the vehicle to my home the following day after the issues had been resolved was a delight and was beyond helpful. Both Amanda and Rambo turned the purchase around for us. And I m beyond pleased with my beautiful vehicle.

I love my new bronco raptor .. Francisco on the admin side was very helpful knowledgeable and explained everything in detail . My hat goes goes off to both of them . My wife was searching for her new car and had a specific car in mind. She found it at Ken Grody and it looked great in the pictures. How ever, we live in Florida, so going for a test drive was out of the question. I contacted the dealer online and Saleem got right back to me. I asked if he could inspect the car for and also tell me the out the door price. He got back to me same day with details of the cars condition. To my surprise, it was only added $85 to the listing price. We agreed on price. Next day, I received all documents to be signed online and I wired the funds. Saleem was following up with me on the progress and confirmation that funds had been received. He got a tag on the car, included a oil change and a full tank of gas. Less that week later, my wife's new car arrived in Florida. Everything was just exact as Saleem had described.Thank you Saleem for the great service you provided and and with a very professional experience attitude.Can highly recommend Ken Grody and Saleem for your next car or truck purchase.

My new f250 sprung a massive diesel leak under the driver side. Had to get it towed to the dealer. Ken grody fixed it. Thanks, but I requested to have the diesel leak that coated the undercarriage cleaned, it was not cleaned when I picked it up. Had to go back the second time, then they finally cleaned the underside of the truck and the smell was finally gone. Great service, but in this situation common sense was not there.I still like this dealership and highly recommend them after buying my raptor there and also a used Nissan. Great staff

Sergie and the entire team at Ken Grody Ford were motivated and excited to help my family and me purchase a truck. Extremally professional and great customer service. We originally came there to buy a used truck I found online. However, I asked about the F150 Hybrid Power Boost and eventually drove away with that. What I like about the entire experience at Ken Grody is Sergie didn't try to push me to buy the new truck and even offered another vehicle with better incentives. The only reason I chose not to go with the better incentives was the difference in packages between the 2 trucks. I typically hate going to any dealerships and wasting hours of my life with people I feel care more about the sale than taking care of the customer. But the staff here are extremely professional, and friendly did their best to get my family the best deal. However, the only challenge I did experience was with a service rep who spent his time talking with someone rather than getting me checked in. But eventually, I was helped and the service was great. One last thing, I drove from Chula Vista to Ken Grody Ford because my telephone call with Sergie was great and the experience and lack of customer service and not-so-friendly folks here in the Chula Vista area drove me to choose Ken Grody Ford. I am grateful for Sergie and his team at Ken Grody Ford. No surprise they are the #1 Ford Dealer in San Diego. Thank you Sergie

Recently purchased a 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E from Ken Grody Ford Carlsbad and had an excellent experience. Mach-E. The Sales Manager Gregg knocked it out of the park in getting our deal done. Couldn't be any more appreciative and grateful for his hard work and tenacity. Angel at the walk through couldn't have been any nicer , accommodating and informative in explaining how the car operates.
