I have bought 5 cars here at this dealership in the last 15 year span. They take the best care of me , over the top. Since I bought my first car there, it has been extraordinary, so, I give them my business because they are honest, friendly staff and do excellent work on our cars. I went to them for an inspection on a used Acrua I wanted to buy. They were very thorough with the inspection, Edwin went over everything they had found, which I had suspected had to be done due to the cars age. He was very transparent about everything including the prices. Overall the car was in good condition and once I address his findings it will be as good as new. I am so glad I took it to them, now I know exactly what I m buying!!! What a relief that is, no more guessing.

My vehicle had engine trouble that required a visit to the dealership. Ryan and the team at Hoehn Acura Carlsbad delivered excellent service the entire time. The engine issues were explained in detail and Ryan kept me informed with updates and additional options regularly. When the repairs were completed, my vehicle drove like new. Thank you Hoehn Acura!

Renee in the service department and the guys in the shop were spectacular. We were in an accident and all of our back up sensors were destroyed and we were getting warnings on the dashboard. Renee got us right in, did a diagnostic, told us what was wrong, and what repairs would be needed. Very polite and helpful. Thank you for the pleasant experience after a stressful day.

It would be helpful to have a written quote when it has already been quoted verbally prior to the appointment. Also, I was not told what time the Service Department closed. Stressful day. Quoted one thing and then told if I wanted the service it would be several hundred dollars more.

fast drop off service and my advisor was very thorough. Shocked oil change price was almost 40$ less than a non dealer location. I was happy with my visit and I will definitely come back !

When I arrived, I was expecting someone to come out to the drive, to meet me. That didn t happen. I had to go inside the office to let someone know I had arrived for my appointment. Once I let them know, I was helped properly. My concerns were addressed and my vehicle was completed in the time promised.

Purchasing my Acura RDX A-spec Advanced was the best buying experience I have ever encountered, hands down. From the first chat about the RDX line with Sales, negotiating the price, and breezing through Finance (in less than 20 minutes) with no hard up sell pressures, this dealer and team were the best. Even better than my experiences with CARMAX and FAR better than any other franchise dealer. I am not a paid endorser, just a buyer who thinks this is worth sharing.

Basic services are expensive without quality. When rotating tires they do not check for balance. Prices are not clearly displayed or provided anywhere. The business model of relying on the Acura brand is just lazy for a service department that can and should be doing more.

Hoehn Acura has been servicing my 2012 TL for over a year now. I recently purchased a 2023 Acura MDX from them. Per my experience, Hoehn Acura is an honest and competent auto dealer. They do not push unneeded auto repairs on your used vehicle, and when buying a new car they do not add extra fees after agreeing on a sell price. I highly applaud such ethical business practices and encourage others support such businesses.

Wait times are low. People who work at the service center are professionals. I don't have much experience with their sales team but the people who work at service center know what they're doing. They don't try to upsell there. would recommend.

While I've had good service experiences at this dealership in the past, my recent interaction with a sales representative left much to be desired. I visited on a day when the service department was unexpectedly closed. When I mentioned I was deciding between a major service and purchasing a new vehicle, the salesperson did not seem interested in discussing my options.When I asked about capabilities of the new RDX models, I was harshly corrected after admitting I was misinformed on certain details. Rather than politely providing accurate information, I felt lectured and batted down. Further inquiries about generational differences were dismissed with "nothing has changed between years."Overall, this interaction demonstrated a lack of patience and desire to inform. In today's market with high interest rates and economic uncertainty, gently guiding and educating customers is essential to fostering relationships and repeat business. While I hope my future service experiences remain positive, I will not be bringing any new sales business to this dealership.

Tim at Acura Hoehn did an excellent job from start to finish. He told me all sorts of things about the TLX I was interested in and he helped me get money for my trade in. I can happily say I got a good price! He was a good listener when I inquired about some of the littlest things and he knew his cars. Not only will I come back in the future, I think everyone should go see Tim at the Acura dealership in Carlsbad.
