They deserve negative stars. Brought the car for an oil change. The cover that is underneath the oil pan was not installed properly. Next thing I know, the cover is dragging on the road, and I found out they never secured it with the bolts. I am not sure how many bolts secure the cover, but there were 4 missing. I brought it up to their attention, and they didn't seem to care or didn't show any concerns. I had to use duct tape to make it to my mechanic. Don't go there, if you do good luck!!Service: Oil change

Today I had some very urgent work done. Miguel and his team were so friendly and they helped me where it was so adorable and within my budget. I wouldn t had found anyone cheaper. They completed the work in a timely manner. I couldn t have asked for more. I am very satisfied with the work that was completed and I plan on going back. They are now my go-2. Thank you Miguel and the team. You helped me when I was very stressed and now I m stress free.

Took a chance on these guys, since they do not state in their website anyplace how much the oil changes are. I got 5 quarts of regular oil and filter for $39.99. He tried to talk me into synthetic but I passed, no pressure. After I paid in the gas station/store, the guy at the register stamped my receipt so it was good for a free car wash. Looked like rain so I passed on that too. Altogether, I guess $40 for oil change and car wash is not too bad a deal.

I was desperately in need of an oil change and couldn't have had a better experience. Tomas greeted my right away, was kind and professional. The service was thorough and quick. Bonus free car wash at the end. Will be a repeat customer.

I was in a hurry, needed an oil change, and this was the closest service center. The man at the counter asked me what year my car was. When I said 2015 he said "oh new car? that's nice..." He walked around my car once, came back and said "So...it's gonna run you about $128.00. You need the synthetic blend and we gotta put a lotta oil in it."My mouth dropped to the floor. My 'new' car has had 3-4 oil changes already and they were no where near this price. I said "No thanks, I'll find somewhere else" and left. I was furious. Was it my new car? Was it because we were in Carlsbad? Did he think I was a dumb woman who wouldn't question the price?Guess what? The next day my husband called them on the phone and asked what the cost was for an oil change. Gave them the make / model of my car. Even with the synthetic blend and extra 3 quarts, the total was $83.00. Then they said he could have a 10$ discount, plus a 10$ off rebate. So, $63.00.That is a $65.00 difference!! WHY DID THEY TELL ME $128.00????I am extremely upset by this. I'm leaving this review in the hopes Castrol sees it and makes some changes at this location. I do not want this to happen to another person.

The staff was very rude and they are over priced. The sign says 29.99 but for a Nissan sentra they wanted to charge me $90. Jiffy lube down the road did the job for less than $50 including tax and I was in and out in 15minutes. Don't waste your time.

Have come many times to dispose of peanut oil to this place. Came another time and was refused to dispose of oil because the accociate thought it wasn t oil. I have the case and everything that it came in. Then when I tried to ask about it he just walked away. Extremely unprofessional, and would rate worse than one star if could.

Called to make an appointment Saturday afternoon, but Shell said they'd closed and would open Sunday 8-6pm. Stopped by at 1:30 Sunday and they were closed.

They were great in and out in as about 20 min and they gave me a free car wash and Tomas was really helpful

Went here yesterday, I am convinced the guy at the counter makes up his own price for walk-ins and pockets the spare money for himself. Did not stay.
