I could not be more pleased with the level of customer service, technical expertise, and the way my car looks. Flo and his team took amazing care of me. I knew immediately that I was in good hands with him and the communication throughout the process really made it easy and stress free to get my car fixed. My car actually looks much better now than it did even before the accident. I highly recommend Carlsbad Collision Center and putting your trust in Flo. Thank you for making my car look like new!

Im giving this review because this the third time I have to take my car back for repairs for the same issues. They do not have quality professional workmanship. Chose a different collision center for repairs. Customer service is good but how many times must one come back.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I have a 2008 Honda S2000 that needed to get a window replaced. Flo and his team were able to procure an OEM window and installed that same day. The ladies up front were phenomenal as well making my customer experience that much better!! Thank You Carlsbad Collision!!

I did not have any services done here. But from an outsiders point of view the setting is very welcoming. I needed assistance and the reps did not hesitate.Very professional. Despite the few negatives, personally i will bring my Dodge Ram here. I had schooling on autobody and restoration and the best advice i could give is (if your at fault) be more cautious next time. After all you can not make a damaged automobile look brand new again but, be reassured that no matter where you choose to take it they will try their best to do so.

I ve been in business for a long time, but my experience with Carlsbad Collision Center was one of my best and most impressive ever!I don t remember ever being treated with such courtesy and integrity as I experienced there.Alfonso Hernandez was the most knowledgeable estimator I have ever Known!Everyone there was an absolute delight, and a pleasure to work with!I cannot more highly recommend California collision!Ken K

Carlsbad Collision did a great job. My Lexus got a door ding right in the middle of the passenger side. I knew the rich blue would be a hard color to match. But you can t see tell that it was ever repaired. Beautiful work!!! Thanks.

Recently got rear ended. So devasted for obvious reasons- especially because I only had my car for less than two years. Worst part, insurance policy won t allow original part because my car has over 24000 miles. To me that s bogus, regardless of the mileage, my car is under two years and it is not my fault. Their client rear ended me while stopped. Took my to research for a reliable repair shop. Found that Carlsbad Caliber collision has the highest reviews, I carefully read all the reviews, made contact, originally with Mr. Alfonso and he assured me that his can help restore my car to its original state. I live far from Carlsbad but it s worth it to have my car in good hands. I brought my car there and Mr. Florencio (Aka..Flo) took over the rest of the process, made contact with the responsible insurance company to coordinate and negotiate for me to get original part for my car. He also arranged rental car for me. Flo was amazing, very patient and listen to my concerns, keep active communication in regard to the progress. My car repair was completed within two weeks, looks amazing like nothing ever happened. I am so happy i chose Carlsbad Caliber Collision Center, their whole team was very pleasant to work with, not just Flo, my awesome repair rep but front staff as well. Thank you to the entire team for taking great care of me. Take your car there, you regret!

Absolutely, without a doubt, avoid this place if you can! My repairs took weeks, then upon receiving my car back there was new damage to a different area of my vehicle. They repaired it, again having it for a few days, but to this day there still is an evident glue swipe on the black part of my window. And when I got my car back, there was an ANT infestation. Literally crawling on me while I was driving!

Carlsbad Collision exceeded my expectations! Not only were they timely with the work: they were always courteous, did a great job on the exterior body work: and even left the car interior cleaner than when I dropped it off! I would recommend them any day! :-)

Involved in accident in early December with lots of damage to the front left side of Santa Fe. Ray handled our car and provided updates to the repair at least once daily and then weekly. Awesome service and professional updates along the way. Floored at the speed of service!

The team at Carlsbad Collision is spectacular. I had my F250 for about two weeks before a Jeep backed into my truck denting my driver side door . The truck was one of my first major purchases and the accident was stressful. Everyone from the clerks at the desk, the estimator , to the mechanic were reassuring and kept me informed on the maintenance . The maintenance was speedy and they did a great job restoring the driver side door. I appreciate how they communicated during the difference phases of maintenance and their ability to meet the deadline. When I picked up my truck Adrianna did an amazing job handling my truck and even gave me reassurance by explaining how the lifetime warranty worked, ensuring that I retained the proper documentation should I find myself in a similar situation. I enthusiastically recommend Carlsbad Collision .

Wow my experience at CCC was absolutely amazing , it was seemless from the time I showed up to the time I cam and picked it up. The staff was so helpful polite and knowledgeable. My guy was Flo but his whole staff was lights out. You guys did such a good job. I would recommend this place to anyone , the work was impeccable. If ur looking to get ur vehicle repaired look no further. Highly recommend Carlsbad Collision Center...

I had the pleasure of working with Abi for two damaged cars. He was very professional and kept me informed along the way. I had a bad experience when Geico referred me to Caliber Collision and I'm so happy that I was able to take my car to Carlsbad Collision Center instead. Much more knowledgable staff. Better service and a better team overall. Thank you Abi for getting these cars taken care of with such professionalism. Much appreciated.

After an initial delay receiving a key body part from the manufacturer, Carlsbad Collision gave us excellent repair work with timely communication and updates. The worst customer service. They didn t communicate with one another when they called me that my car was ready with no deductible. I will never go here again. They were almost all rude people . And they took longer than a month fixing my car. That still doesn t make you guys any more nice. My insurance has nothing to do with how you communicated with me.

We needed a minor repair after being rear ended and the estimator stated this would be a 3 day job. Look at the picture below. I actually thought 3 days was a long time for such minor repairs. Well 3 days turned into 3 weeks. What was most disappointing was the attitude of our representative and his supervisor. Neither would even discuss how they could have provided such an inaccurate time estimate, nor did it even seem to cross their minds to apologize (even halfheartedly). If we ever need an auto body repair in the future I know exactly where we WON T be going.

Alfonso at Carslbad Collision Center is the best! This is the second time I take my car to Carlsbad Collision Center and it's because Alfonso and his team are great at communicating the progress of the repair and meet or exceed the approximate completion time of the repair. Utmost professionalism and courtesy. They take care of dealing with the insurance companies and make the process as simple as possible. I'm completely satisfied with my experience at Carlsbad Collision Center.

My car was brought here due to a collision accident. Their employee took two days to file my paperwork to start working on the car stating he never knew I signed them. Which is funny because I called to verify after I sent the paperwork in that they received it. To which he stated yes I did thank you. But then never filled it correctly until I called for an update on the car. It took over a month to fix a bumper and after calling multiple times and leaving multiple messages someone finally either answered or called me back. Their communication is poor and you will never get a straight answer. They do not seem to communicate within the company or to their customers. If you would like to know what is happening with your vehicle this is not the place for you. If you would like you vehicle fixed in a timely fashion this is also not the place for you. If you enjoy micromanaging a company to make sure they are doing their job then by all means pick this place.

Highly recommend using Carlsbad Collision Center as they are professional and staff is always friendly. Flo Alcala is your go to estimator! I went in this afternoon just before 3pm because my door open warning light has been lit up for a week or two- and i also noticed that when I locked my car remotely with my key fob- my horn was no longer working. I googled the warning light, and also why my key fob was locking but no longer honking so I d be confident I have locked it. The estimator came out heard my story of what was going on, and asked if he could drive it to the back where an experienced Nissan tech was. BTW i have a 2018 Nissan Versa Note I purchased used from a car rental company a few years ago. I have about 71,000 miles on it now. He drove off and i went to the waiting area.He was back within 10 minutes and the problem was solved. The driver seat belt doesn t recoil fast enough and the door was hitting the frame funny so my impatience had created a situation where I repeatedly tried to slam the door for a while with a metal part of the seatbelt was making it impossible to close because it was not hitting the sensor. The tech here hit the metal near the sensor a couple times and that s all it took to fix it - and now that i know what was causing it will make me pay more attention to be sure it doesn t happen again- at least not without my misguided careless contribution. I was in and out in 10 minutes! He restored my faith in the collision industry by his helpfulness

I got my Tesla Model X repaired here (driver side rear quarter panel).Alfonso gave me an accurate estimate quickly and in writing. I was told how long they would have my car before I dropped it off and that estimate was accurate. When I got my car back it looked great. I had a minor issue they offered to fix on the spot (taking an hour or two) or let me take in at my convenience.

Damage to the front right bumper needed repairand painting. From picking up a rental car to dropping off my car was handled efficiently with full service options. Picking up my repaired car in just a few days and retuning the rental was quick and efficient. Repair work was outstanding and a quick turn around.
