Had a great experience with Caliber in Carlsbad, Manuel was the service advisor on my vehicle and he was great with communication. He managed to find some special parts that came on my car from the factory, and got it looking as good as the day it rolled out of the factory.I was in an accident where I got hit on the front end, and after the repairs it looks just as good if not better than before. If you need body work done, I wouldn t recommend another shop higher than this one! Thanks guys!

Had one of the best experiences at a car dealership or automotive repair shop. I had the opportunity to work with Peter Salib. He communicated with me along the way. Peter and his team did an amazing job working on my car. The location also communicated via the website/text. Which is a great way for people to be informed. The car was completed very quickly and in amazing shape. This location even detailed the car. Wow. An added bonus. Thank you Peter for the best service and help to get our car repaired in a timely manner

I was extremely impressed with the customer service I received from Caliber Collision. They proactively kept me apprised of my vehicle repairs. It was refreshing in these times to experience customer service of this high standard. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of repair work on their vehicle.

Someone had keyed my car in a parking lot (both sides!) and Caliber Collision did a PERFECT job on the paint repair! I literally look like a have a new car and couple he happier! I went to this Caliber because Geico asked me to go to this place after my car was rare ended. The attached photo was taken from the accident scene, but the license plate was photoshop'ed. It is a big mistake. I dropped off my car in Sept 13th. The service manager looked at my car and told me it should cost about $2000 and be ready in 29th, and he would call me after he took it down and update me with an estimation. However, this phone call never happened. The repair process took four weeks and cost more than double of what I was told, but the service manager has never called me once during the process. Not even after I went there to pick up my car in the 29th but he told me the car was not ready yet. I got very annoyed about the lack of information, so I called him in the last week asking if he could do his job and kept me updated. To my surprise, when I went to pick up my car, I found the service contract says the manager called me twice to get my approval before they worked on my car. THEY LIED! I showed them my phone record, which shows such phone call has never happened. They DID NOT get my approval before they worked on my car as they said on the service contract. I did not know what was going on with my car during the whole time. I picked up my car because I just wanted it done, and Geico will pay for the $5,000 repair cost. However, if you are looking for a place to fix your car using your own money, please think twice before you drive to this place. Ask yourself if you want to let them do whatever on your car and charge you without telling you first, and if you are ready to pay for a bill with a surprising amount.

Caliber Collision took care of every repair detail, including matching the paint perfectly. Olivia, my contact at Caliber, was outstanding, she kept me informed through the entire process and even personally delivered my car to me when the job was complete. I'm very happy!!

Aside from a young, ill-experienced receptionist, things were great. Olivia took charge and got the job done.Perhaps the gal at the front doesn't understand customer service, sales, or that we could go to any shop we wish. And when lots of customers start doing that, Caliber will no longer be on top.

Repairs look great, like there was never an accident. We were updated throughout the entire process, which was helpful and reassuring. Repairs completed earlier than expected. They even delivered our car back to our home. Highly recommend Caliber Collision!

I was visiting San Diego for the weekend and I started having problems with my car. Since I had a long drive home I took it to Caliber Collision in Carlsbad and they were amazing. My car is running great and no noise. Not only did they do a great job the customer service was excellent!!! I've had a great experience here. This last time, Chris worked on my car. Service writer was helpful too. Chris made my car look new again and I can tell he took his time to make it look good. If they let you... ask for Chris to be your bodyman when taking your car in.

Above and Beyond Performance!!! These guys are awesome!!!I got in an accident in my Lexus NX 200 which was on a lease that was less than a month away from its term date. This was my first time dealing with an accident that involved my insurance.Nate and his team did an incredible job of walking me step by step through the process to make sure I had all the information and reassured me every step of the way. Nate was diligent in keeping me updated on the progress with text messages. Oh, and I forgot to mention this all happened in November of 2019 so right before the holidays. Nate was able to make the repairs in a timely fashion and even got it done ahead of schedule!!!! I think this is a true five star quality facility because they went above and beyond in meeting my needs of getting my car ready prior to having to turn in my keys on my lease which helped avoid late fees and so on.The photos might be hard to see but it was front right corner damage that impacted several panels so it was a lot of work! I don't have any pictures from after but it literally looked good as new!!Keep up the good work!

The employees at this location are nice people. The quality of work is great. The only issue I have is that two different repairs have happened for me and both times I ve had to make multiple trips back to have everything complete. The first time I was given my car back but the drivers window would not operate properly. I had to bring my vehicle back two more times to have the problem resolved. The second time something was not put back together completely when they returned the car to me. When I called back to report that the item was missing, the service advisor said that the technician told him that the part was never even on my car in the first place. Which wasn t true. They did decide to order the part and put it on my car, but I then had to return to the shop and get that handled.Like I said, the people are nice but it would be great to have everything handled before picking up my vehicle and coming back repeatedly. Just a big inconvenience to make arrangements to be there during business hours.

I can t say enough good things about this place! Every time I ve used them to fix a vehicle they ve done expert work!Last visit the other day, after hitting a piece of wood on the freeway, I reluctantly went to this place figuring I d pay thousands.Customer service guy Joe came out to look at my car. He made few suggestions, got a rag w thinner and one w rubbing compound. In minutes he was able to remove the black scratches and make my car look great again!Service: Body & Trim

Not much can sink your stomach quite like an automotive collision and in my case, a collision with a deer was no exception. Caliber Collision was able to ensure a top quality experience throughout the entire repair process and I couldn t be more satisfied. Andy was exceptionally helpful and always made communicating new information a priority. He was able to work closely with my insurance company and made the entire process seamless and easy.
