BMW of Carlsbad never disappoints. By far the best BMW service in San Diego County and its not even close. Beautiful new facility. I took my car in for brakes pads and rotors and an oil change. They had it done in 2 hours! I just did some work in their amazing lounge and was back on the road before lunch in a clean washed car. Michelle was my service advisor (made my appt 24 hours before), and she is amazing! Five stars across the board!

Really friendly staff, very mindful and helpful. My service advisor Michelle, was working with me and helping me find the best things to do with my car. She was explaining everything every step of the way while providing assistance. She is also very mindful of people who have a budget, she does her best to stay in those lines. She even provided me with a loaner car while my car was getting serviced. I would 100% recommend speaking with her for your next visit to the service department.

I recently bought a used car at BMW Carlsbad and had a very positive experience. The staff treated me fairly throughout the entire process, and there were no unnecessary complications or drama. They even provided me with a loaner car for a couple of days while they addressed an issue with the car I purchased. Overall, I was impressed with the level of service and attention to customer satisfaction. It's no wonder this dealership has almost a 5-star rating; they truly prioritize taking care of their customers.

Excellent service from start to finish. The new facility is amazing, & impeccably clean.Our service advisor, Kristopher was great, professional, friendly and answered all my queries with a smile. Everyone was helpful & welcoming. It s a busy place but they get it done. They really take good care of you & your vehicle.

I'm not a big fan of this new facility. I felt the communication from my service writer was lacking. Between his days off and the days off taken by the technician working on my car, it took almost a week to get the repair finished (although they did give me a loaner after I requested one). I had to request the video walk through and the estimate to be sent to me since they did not automatically send it to me. When I finally received it, there was a $2000 recommended repair on the estimate that wasn't discussed in the video walk through. Also, I was charged $180 for analysis of my problem on top of the labor to do the repair (even though they advertised a "free" inspection of my vehicle. I emailed my service writer to question this charge. So far, it's been 5 days and there has been no response from him. Finally, their labor rates are very high. If you have a BMW that needs a repair, I recommend German Autowerke on Oceanside Blvd...honest, reasonable and very nice people.

All good. My car was taken care of immediately. The service provider Brian, was friendly, explained everything clearly and made sure my service was finished quickly. The waiting area is lovely, coffee delicious and I especially enjoyed being able to watch my car being serviced. The text showing me what was done was an added touch. I m definitely returning for future service.

Went in for brake service on my 2017 i3. Formerly a Vista client, the new Carlsbad location is huge and very accommodating. Was greeted quickly, a SA assigned. SA was informative. Suggested my brake job might require new rotors, was later notified new rotors were not necessary - that's impressive, as usually we assume services will be added on! Dealer service is probably always pricier than independent shops, but for convenience and comfort, this was an excellent experience.

Johnny Roman was a wonderful service advisor. He went out of his way to ensure that my experience was positive. Additionally, he was able to provide me with a bulletin from BMW USA that I was able to share with the dealer I purchased the vehicle from to support a request for them to update my vehicle or provide a purchase credit due to the lack of technology functionality. I very much appreciate his assistance. Thank you.

My service experience was excellent. It was my first time at the new Carlsbad location, previously I have used both Encinitas and and Vista based on where I live but this place is amazing.The new service center makes things very easy for drop off and pickup, I was provided a Lift to my home after drop off and my wife dropped me the next morning for pickup. The coffee was hot, and the lounge was relaxing as I showed up a little early. The staff is easy to work with, and the process is smooth from beginning to the end. I was pleased with my experience and impressed with the new facility.

My tire pressure sensor sent a warning sign so I drove to the Carlsbad BMW dealer. A quick inspection revealed my four year old tires needed to be changed.A quote was presented for four new tires, an alignment, and a loaner vehicle (no charge). The quoted price was very reasonable when compared against a local competitor, and that competitor would not have offered a loaner vehicle.

Recently had the pleasure of visiting the Carlsbad BMW dealership/service center. I have been to several other BMW service center over the years, but I have to admit, this was the best experience I've had so far. My service rep was Keith Sherman and he was a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions, often before I even asked, he described what would happen and what I could expect as a time of completion and made sure I had no further questions before I left. The service Technician sent me a Video of the inspection of my car and described in detail what was found!! This was the first time I had seen that level of transparency and detail at any dealer! In short it was a great experience, and they have a wonderful staff!

Service Dept still developing in this busy place.Good service but taken aback when I was quoted high price for four new tires, immediately got quote from my regular tire shop that was $375 less. told service Rep the quote and he dropped tire price $250. I do not play such games - give me good quote first time.

The staff were professional and welcoming from the moment I drove up until the car was ready for pickup. I especially appreciated the Lyft ride home and back as a courtesy of BMW Carlsbad. The associate assigned to me, Kristopher, helped me understand what they recommended for servicing and went the extra mile to provide me with a loaner when it was decided that my car would need to stay for at least another day . Thank you for making my visit a pleasant one and for giving me confidence that my car was now in great shape.

I have an X3 and a 540i that I regularly take to the service center at BMW Carlsbad for anything that comes up. Not only have they provided great service and a personal experience. They have always been honest and helpful. I've personally worked with Stefano, Bjern, and the manager Mike on a few problems that came up with my 540i and they've taken great care of me.The new facility is huge and a really cool place to spend some time in the lounge if it's necessary. Fantastic service. My range rover was having some faults listed on the dashboard, Arafat quickly helped me through the process and I had my car back in days not weeks! Not only was the service above my expectations but the speed at which they fixed my car was impressive. I will continue to use BMW of Carlsbad as my number one choice for for service due to their quality and speedy service.

My wife and I own four BMWs. We always purchase our new vehicles from BMW of Carlsbad. We also always choose to BMW of Carlsbad to provide their World Class Customer Service from their Service department for all work required on our vehicles. Specifically, Stefano in the service department and Larry in the parts department are absolutely the best!! I receive messages from Stefano even if he is not at the dealership regarding status of the service appointment and scheduling. Clearly, Stefano goes above and beyond to ensure the best experience. There are four BMW dealerships closer in proximity to our house in San Diego. But, we always choose BMW of Carlsbad. I highly recommend BMW of Carlsbad for Sales, Service, and parts. David

Manuel is my service rep.. I continue to get my SUV serviced at BMW Carlsbad because of him. He is great with customer service.Manuel is knowledgeable about service repairs and continues to do a good job explaining what s needed. I never feel rushed when asking questions. He also responds timely to phone calls and text which makes a difference with my busy day.Next time visiting BMW Carlsbad for repairs ask for Manuel to have a great BMW experience.

I have had issues. I brought my car in for a transmission issue. They kept the car for two days, explained that all the car needed was a software update. They performed the update. When I picked the car up it was very obvious (abnormal drive engagement) that the problem had not been fixed. I brought the car in 12 days ago for another looked. The service rep indicated that there was a clear problem and that a part needed to be ordered and the repair would be made. No problem. Fortunately, I was out of town and didn't need the vehicle. Now that I have returned, after more than a week the car has not been repaired, I have not received any updates, and the arrival of the part is not known. Most frustratingly, I am the one who always has to call to find out what is going on. I am not a very demanding person and always want to give people the benefit of the doubt. That being said, the communication and customer service for this Service Center is substandard. Perhaps they are busy enough such that customer satisfaction is not a driving factor for the service center but honestly I'd expect more from BMW. Additionally, this is not the first time I've encountered these communication issues (having to call in to find out what's going on, etc). I experienced these issues when they were BMW Encinitas and it seems like these problems have followed them. Clearly there is a management issue...successful leadership must come from the top!

Review is not for BMW as a whole, it is only for my service advisor, Omar Arafat. Omar is the worst service advisor I have ever had the unfortunate to effort come in contact with. I have owned BMWs for years and years, so I know what a good professional service advisor should be like. Omar is the most unmotivated, lack of desire to help, never answers the phone or makes an update phone call service advisor I have ever met. thank God I only work a couple of blocks from the dealership. I had to physically go down there every day pacifically get an update on what s going on with my car. Even the days that my car was finished at the end of the day, and he never called me to tell me that it was finished .

I bought a used 2017 X3 and had to have radiator replaced. The service guy did not ask me about my warranty and when I picked up my car, the bill was over $2000.00!!! Keith Sherman in service was gracious enough to call and find out if my warranty covered the radiator replacement and it did so my bill was drastically less ($700.00) which made me very happy. thanks Keith!!

Brought my car in with tire damage from running over pot hole on Mira Mesa Blvd. Roadside assistance arranged tow truck to BMW Carlsbad. Tire was replaced, car was inspected for possible damages, and wheel alignment done. Service advisor Ramon Ventura arranged Uber to bring us home. He was very helpful and friendly. Picked up my car the next day. Very happy to have my car back confident that inspection was done right and car is safe to drive.
