I just recently purchased a beautiful BMW 428i from BMW of Carlsbad , Michael Torres my sales guy and the sales staff were wonderful. Michael was super awesome with the 428i. But Melanie the finance manager was great and very patient with me. She took the time to go over all the numbers and odd and ends over coverage and helping seal a great interest rate through BMW . I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend going to BMW of Carlsbad to purchase a BMW, new or used they treat all customers with great service !! Thank you Melanie for making this happen.

Stopped by BMW Carlsbad on my way home from SD back to LA just to look if they had any manual transmission options. Freddie was so helpful and just an overall lovely person. He took me right to a manual M2 they happened to have in the showroom! Didn t plan on driving back from brunch in a different car, but Matt got me such a great deal, ended up trading in my 2018 Audi A4 manual for the M2 manual. Mark was super helpful going over the finance details/packages. Ugo was so knowledgeable teaching me the fancies of the workings of the system.Felt no pressure and walked away happy. Thanks, guys!

Where do I start Demetrio was attentive, knowledgeable, engaging and very helpful. He was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to sit with me and explain the many features on the car. I called him twice today with questions and he answered my questions quickly with him being a BMW GENIUS he was the only salesman that didn't have to go to a computer screen to get the answer. Then miss Stacy in finance was equally attentive, knowledgeable and kind. She explained the extra packages I purchased and took the time to reassure me that what I chose were beneficial to me and my car in the future...Thanks to them for welcoming me to the BMW family.

Great experience selecting the right BMW at this dealership. I chose a 2021 X5 and Freddy was my sales guy. He had infinite patience with my decision making process (not easy) and then once I made my decision, Dean on the finance team made everything simple and very fast in comparison to other experiences I ve had. My only feedback would be I wish they had better coffee at the dealership. A Nexpresso would have been better. Thanks guys for such a great customer experience and Matt, you run an awesome team.

Don t normally make reviews but this is truly an amazing dealership with a wide selection of cars. Josh and Melanie made the buying process super easy. Could not be happier with the car and the customer service. Will definitely be a returning customer.

We just made a purchase here and the experience was great. Wrote them ahead of time and got a manager and then met with Freddie who was easy to work with, fun and tried to expedite the process. The dealership is brand new with a great location and selection. We are very happy with our new ride- thank you again Freddie!

The vehicle arrived from California to Florida this past Sunday night. After looking the vehicle over the following morning, we are very pleased with the condition. Minor flaws were disclosed accurately, and we received the vehicle as described. We were pleased with the pricing, I think that it was a fair deal in comparison with other similar X5 s at different BMW dealerships.I can only say that the car itself and the price were the only two positives about this transaction.There seemed to be a lot of confusion between the sales and finance departments in the process of the purchase. At one point, Joaquin told my wife that he thought we had backed out of the deal when at the same time the car was already paid paid in full. I was asked by your dealership how I was enjoying my new purchase when, in fact, the X5 was still in your parking lot. Communication during the process was at an all-time low. When we asked for updates or the status of the deal, people were non responsive and unavailable. Our experience left us with the impression that responsible staff members were not properly trained or equipped to handle an out of state transaction. Even the local notary acknowledged the lack of attention to detail and missing information and had to come back a second time to finalize the paperwork.The whole transaction seemed to drag on way too long The first point of contact was initiated by me on 1-8 as I made an inquiry of availability. After confirming that the X5 was still available for sale, we moved forward to purchase the car. Our check was cashed on 1-24. Despite having paid in full, the title had not shipped until 2-2. Once we were informed that the title was on the way, we found out that it was sent to the wrong address, leaving us to pick it up at the local FedEx distribution center.We have made multiple out of state vehicle purchases with dealerships in the past, and none of them were like the unfortunate experience we had with BMW of Carlsbad. #bmwusa @bmwusaUPDATE: Of course, the dealer is not responding to my review. At least they are consistent.

I would buy a car from here again without hesitation. Salesperson was responsive (before and after the sale) as well as professional. The dealership overall was welcoming. Most importantly, the used car I purchased was in great shape, and I am very pleased with my purchase.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership from out of state and the process was painful. The salesperson was very nice, but inexperienced and that led to some issues getting the vehicle registered in my state.The finance department seemed disinterested in helping to resolve the issue and it took forever to get responses to questions or follow ups on the status of my registration. The same could be said for the vendor they used to handle the registration.This dealer may be great in-person, but I'd never purchase from them again.

So far, so good! We brought out 2023 BMW 430i Gran Coupe to BMW of Carlsbad for it first service since we purchased at another dealer. The online appointment system was easy to use. Keith, our service advisor was nice and easy to work with.

After dealing with some very dishonest and shady dealerships, Ben at BMW of Carlsbad was a true gem. He secured a specific model I was looking for and made sure it was spotless and ready for me to take home. The newly remodeled location was beautiful and the staff was pleasant. We will certainly make the drive back to deal with Ben in the future.

Review: I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Kristopher at Carlsbad BMW. My X5 encountered an unexpected issue when a rodent found its way into the engine. Communicating with sales here is a very "quick" process. I made a call to their sales in the afternoon because I was interested in buying an m4. The car I had my eye on was in transit, so the salesperson told me that I would have to wait until the car arrived and I go to the store in person before we could talk about the price. After telling him that my last car was totaled and I don't have any transportation, the sales stuck to his point. I don't know if this guy was in a hurry to get out of work or because he was in a period mood, and after I politely apologized to him for wasting his time, he just hung up without saying anything.I am also working in dealership. I understand that the salesmen want customers to talk about the price at the dealership for a reason, but it is also reasonable to inquire about the quote by phone or email. Although the dealer's Google rating is not bad, the fact that something like this happened to me proves that it did not only happen once. The most important point is that such an attitude towards customers is unreasonable under any circumstances.

Just purchased a BMW here, it was my dream car! Very nice dealership, clean, contemporary and comfortable. Salesman Robert was very helpful and knowledgeable. They gave me a very fair price on my trade in and also a great price on the car I the purchased along with a military rebate. Would buy from again.

Bought my 1st BMW yesterday. I will be honest my credit is not great since I have identity fraud, I was linked up to Adem for a sales guy. I can honestly say he was amazing, so honest and not judgy. He made me feel so comfortable and made sure I got what I wanted. I will 100% come back because of him. I drove down from Irvine and would do it again.

I drove out all the way from Orange County because of the ample amount of inventory Carlsbad BMW has! I couldn t decide on what car I wanted and Darius asked me what I was trying to decide between and took me to look at all the cars and offered to do test drives of every single one. In the end, I got an X3 at a really good price but what stood out is Darius s time and dedication to making sure I get the car I want rather than forcing me to buy a car right away. Him and his manager Jordan both got me in and out of the dealer within 2 hours, including the time I spent looking for a car! This is the only dealership I d do business with thanks to its amazing team.

I purchased a used car nine months ago and have been struggling to get the car properly registered because it was sold without a title. For months they have promised me that my issue was a fluke and that their DMV clerk will handle everything. Week after week, month after month, I would call and ask for updates and/or confirmation that their end of the process was done or at least in the DMV hands. Every time I would call my situation would be dismissed even though driving with an unregistered car can lead to fines, impounding of the vehicle, and points on my license, which has been incredibly stressful. I do not recommend anyone to buy a used vehicle from the BMW of Carlsbad.

From the beginning, I've had nothing but great experiences with BMW of Carlsbad which recently moved from the Vista BMW location. For this particular visit, I brought my 2021 M3 Competition in for a regular preventative maintenance inspection and oil service. I want to point out one particular person at this dealership. Brian Chartier has been my go-to service manager for sometime now and I can't say enough about his outstanding customer service. Brian has an incredible enthusiasm and passion about the work he does and cares about his customers. I can't say enough about the great service Brian has always delivered and I will definitely be be coming back in the future. Great job Brian!

I had absolutely the most amazing experience getting my 2024 BMW from this dealership. This is my 7th BMW lease and I can honestly say it ranks among the top experiences I've ever had. I have to give a shout out to Matt Worley who gave Diamond level customer service and did things to help me do the deal with them. These included getting the car delivered to me up in Los Angeles on the same day, and a couple other things that went above and beyond. There's no question that Matt will be the first person I call when looking for my next BMW! Everyone else I dealt with was also wonderful, and I suspect that is the culture at this dealership.

I typically hate dealerships and negotiating but surprisingly had a great experience with BMW Carlsbad. I got the keys to a 2021 M2 Competition with help of Quan and appreciate how genuine and straightforward he is. Not to mention the sales manager almost had me pull the trigger on a 2024 M2. (Great guy as well.) They truly want your business and overall I had a great experience.

BMW of Carlsbad is definitely the dealership that BMW needed in San Diego County area. I had been to multiple dealerships with below average to average service but the staff and team here at BMW of Carlsbad is top notch and definitely sets the standards. Plus their facility is beautiful and looks to be a benchmark for BMW centers.Again, I highly recommend coming to BMW of Carlsbad for all your BMW & Ultimate Driving Machine needs. They are an amazing center and definitely take care of you.
