After having issues purchasing a new vehicleAutoNation was a breath of fresh air. We searched before to only find bait and switch tactics from dealer to dealer. Chris made sure the vehicle I was interested in purchasing was just as advertised prior to me heading over. There were promises verbally made, which scared me since not everyone has integrity anymore and since I was not financed, they had no ties to me once I left. I returned and he did everything he said he would do There were no surprises on the price. I LOVE my new car and will refer AutoNation to anyone purchasing a vehicle and I will be back.

Danny was excellent and helped me right away. He coordinated a ride home as they offered to take care of my truck right then. Danny said it should be ready the next day at 1 but received a txt at 1030 stating my truck was ready. Danny coordinated a ride to bring me back to the shop. I have never had such an easy yet thorough service experience as I did with this service department. Thank you very much! I will be coming back and referring everyone I know.

Took 2 weeks to get service. Once we took the car in for service we were told it would be 1.5 weeks to be diagnosed leaving our busy family with 1 car. 1.5 weeks later we were told we need a new transmission costing over 10k. The car was serviced by this same dealership ONE MONTH prior, so how did they not pick this up earlier??? We decided to take it to an independent transmission shop for a 2nd opinion and guess what? NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE TRANSMISSION! Jeep tried to rob us of 10k!!! On top of all that, the customer service rep was borderline rude/curt on several occasions. Just terrible all around and we will never go back and we are getting rid of the Jeep immediately.

Experience was great here. Not the first time having my vehicles serviced at the Ram truck center, now AutoNation. Great communication throughout the process with my service advisor, Danny was very helpful and informative. I appreciated the video from the tech who performed the repair, as well as the heads up about having to move the car seats IOT complete the repair and reminding me to re-strap the car seats down. Very much appreciated as a parent. Will continue to bring my vehicles here.

I just want to start by saying I LOVE MY JAGUAR F-Pace! It s been a week since I bought it, and it s everything I ve ever wanted. My sales rep Antonio made the process super easy. Great experience getting the car serviced. Robert was my service advisor and he was awesome and did everything he could to make the process easy and convenient for me. When I picked up the car Anthony went out of his way to help me even though he wasn t my service advisor. (Robert was at lunch). That was a real team player move and I appreciated the help so much! The car is running great and I m very happy with my whole experience.

Not that I ever want to have to go through buying a car ever again, but if I did, I now know to START my search with AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM and FIAT Carlsbad, and in particular, with the sales person Antonio.Antonio was super attentive. With all my calls, texts, questions, and concerns and believe me, there were plenty. Antonio did not once make me feel like I was bothering him. I NEVER felt pressure over buying the car. I never felt like I was being talked down to as someone who doesn t know everything about cars. No, not with Antonio. Talking to Antonio about cars, I d at times even question if he was ACTUALLY trying to sell me a car! He was so genuine and transparent that I felt like I knew just what I was getting, and I really could not be happier with my purchase!Oh, and Sal and Trevor in the finance department were great too! Highly recommend this dealership!

No surprises at this dealership. I was quoted an out the door price over email and that's the price I paid. They are very friendly and make it easy to buy a car. They offer a few options in financing but no pushing. Antonio was friendly and professional, offering us coffee or water. He answered all my questions about the vehicle without having to look anything up. He knows his stuff. I would buy from Autonation again.

We have our jeep serviced here and they are fantastic. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and very straightforward on what needs to be done at each visit. Fair pricing as well. My current service advisor is Robert. He is great!

The dealership appears to book too many appointments. Added to the non appointments, there were more customers than they seem to be able to handle.Communication with the service tech was poor, until he gave me a text number. That greatly improved the response. Prior to that phone calls to service were not answered and messages not returned. I did send an after service text that was never answered.The cost of the services is high. Thankfully I found a coupon on their website that reduced the bill.I did appreciate the shuttle service, and the driver, Anthony, in particular. I am currently handicapped and he was very helpful and considerate.Now that my warranty has run out, I ll look for service alternatives.

So far, not much I can say except I'm totally satisfied. Benjamin (my service advisor) was very professional, explain everything upfront, and took me through the process successfully. I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for a major service, the tech got it all done, and i got my Jeep back the next day as promised. The shop washed my jeep too, crazy eh? Only recommendation, my wife's Toyota tech video tapes the inspection and you can look at it on the portal. AutoNation meet all my expectations!

I walked in one day close to closing time after having a really bad experience with another dealership. I ve owned 4 RAMs total and this has been by far the best dealership I ve bought from AND have been in. Chris greeted me with open arms and was super friendly and just down to earth! Felt super comfortable with him, he happily stayed working after hours to help me get the truck of my dreams! All I did was give him my budget and a description of what I wanted and then I sat back while he did all the work. Overall the management and team was seriously awesome from start to finish. Even after I left they kept in touch! So if you come to this dealership ask for Chris!! #ONLYRAMS

"Our next appointment is in June" I've been told on Aprile 2nd.when I contacted my adviser (who is always kind and great and even got me in once as a walk in for a major problem I had - Thank you Calen! you get 5 stars) told me that I can drop it there, but it will take them 3 weeks to start diagnostics on my engine.Very disappointing that this is the only Jeep dealership in our area and there is no availability for appointments! now I have to drive around with weird engine sound until I find another mechanic I can trust.

This place takes way too long to get your vehicle done. I made an appointment over the phone but was told they are booked over a week out. Fine. Upon arriving for my booked appointment I was told it would take 3-5 business days to complete. Well that was a bold face lie and took almost 2 whole weeks. The only issue was an oil filter housing leak which is very common in jeeps. This should have taken a day to do but instead my jeep sat there for days and I had no vehicle to do my job. Which I told the service specialist and felt like he did not care at all. When they tried to get me to spend more money on little things to fix and I declined that s when I felt it took way too long for me to get my jeep back. Less money means not a priority to their mechanic to fix. Never going back here again. Not worth it.

The only reason for the 5 stars is because of the salesman Antonio. He is super helpful and worked hard with me on getting what I wanted closer to what I wanted to pay. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have gone back the 2nd time and purchase a vehicle. I bought my truck and it was just hosed off and dried, complained about that and they said they will do a full detail. It took over a week for the service to get back to me, well actually they didn't. The salesman Antonio did and we set something up which worked for me. So if you go buy a vehicle from here I HIGHLY recommend you ask for Antonio.

My check engine light came on so I called to make an appointment, I was told it would be 3 weeks out. When I showed up for my appointment I was told they were backed up and it would take 2 to 3 days before they could get to it. If I had to wait 3 weeks for the appointment why was I told it would be another 2 to 3 days. 5 days later I got a text message that the check engine light was on because of a faulty purge valve. The mechanic also suggested that I should do a fuel cleanse, brake flush, front differential service, rear differential service and a transfer case service. Since the car is 8 year old with 35,000 miles and the owner's manual said it didn't need any of these additional services until it was 10 years old or 120,000 miles I passed on the options. I was then told by text it would take another day or 2 for them to fix the purge valve. The following day I received a text that the work has been completed. Why couldn't they call me, why is everything by text?

The sales guys are great when you are buying a car but once you buy it, it seemed like they did not care. I bought a used car and it had to get serviced. I didn t get any updates on my car until I went in person and asked what is going on with my car. The process after I bought the car was very unorganized. If you are going to get a car from here, go to Chris. He was the most helpful and did not pressure me into getting a car.

The service and service associates were good. However, it took me forever (2 weeks) to get through to make an appointment. Eventually, I called "Sales" (who I knew would answer) and insisted on speaking to the service manager. The receptionist was good and put me through. Realizing I was "mad as hell" the service manager got my car serviced the following day.Based on all the issues I might not return. Sad, as I've been a Bob Baker loyal customer for almost 20 years, but obviously times have changed.

I came from Chula Vista to the Carlsbad service location because of the level of care I always receive here. Sara did a phenomenal job in assisting me with all my vehicle concerns and addressed each one including a recall. She is a genuine lady that knows the vehicle business, listens and cares. I visited the dealership during the 2023 holidays in December. I purchased a 2023 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon. The Jeep had everything I requested and the buying experience was great. The dealership was understaffed because of holiday vacations, but Antonio worked extremely hard for us. He stayed late and the finance team got us through the process very quickly. All around great experience!

Literally cannot get a call back from these people. I ve been calling 2-3 times a week for the last three weeks and every time I m told to leave a message or give a message to the person on the phone but they will not quote me a price or anything. I have a jeep with a known issue and they cannot get it together to send me any info about pricing or timing for a repair.You should 100% avoid this place if you have any respect for your time. You can do better anywhere else that takes your vehicle. I d give 0 stars if that was an option.

A relatively large car dealership specializing in Jeeps, Dodge and Chrysler vehicles. At the time I visited there were also other makes for sale (used).Upon arrival I was greeted with a friendly smile by Ali. I was able to test drive a car with no hassel. During my negotiation, I also met a friendly sales manager.Unfortunately, even with my check ready to go, the negotiation didn't go as planned. My offer and the dealership expectation were not in sync. I was disappointed but I felt Ali was too as I didn't see the smile on his face by the time I left.Overall I had a pleasant experience.

This place was amazing and they went above and beyond. I didn t feel like there was any pushing or price gouging involved and I really appreciated the transparency between the salesman, the manager, and the financial manager. They re all Jeep drivers and had the very best recommendations for me and the conversations were very easy. I could tell they re all knowledgeable on the topic and answered every question I had flawlessly.
