After going to the Miramar dealership and having a poor customer service experience, I went to the Carlsbad location. I was very upset because my car needed attention and Stephen from the Service department was very helpful, and gave me a reasonable quote for the work needed. He also helped me get the recalls taken care of. I would 100% recommend this dealership and if you have the chance to speak to Stephen, do so. He is genuine and goes above and beyond for you. I can t thank you enough!!!

Tami was instrumental and one of the reasons in my decision to go 2+ hours out of my way to purchase from Carlsbad Audi. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. The entire process was quick and organized, from sales to finance (thanks Julian!). I would recommend her & Carlsbad Audi to anyone looking to get a great vehicle with great customer service.

Such a wonderful and friendly location. Their staff made the testing and purchasing process feel so comfortable and relaxing. I want to give a special shoutout to both Paul and Josh that work there! Paul was absolutely incredible, both with being amazingly knowledgeable about the car, and also being so absolutely friendly and accommodating. Paul worked with me for multiple weeks, answering text messages, emails, allowing me to go on multiple test drives, and creating a wonderful environment filled with laughs. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!! Josh was wonderfully helpful when it came to the financing side of the experience. He stayed on the phone with me for an extensive period of time to discuss warranties, pricing, etc. He even stayed on the phone with me past his work-shift, extending about a half hour, to 40 minutes into his personal time to make sure I was able to get exactly what I was looking for. I am absolutely in love with my new Audi, and I couldn't have done it without both of these incredible gentlemen.

The experience I had working with Audi Carlsbad was beyond amazing! Helpful seems too small of a word to describe how amazing Eric and Paul have been! They answered ALL of my questions (and there were a lot ) with so much care and patience. I have always been a BMW gal and this is now my second Audi and both experiences were constantly AMAZING! You won t be disappointed working with the amazing people at this dealership. They made the process SO EASY! Literally the easiest experience I ve had with buying any vehicle. Thank y all so much!

Had a fantastic experience leasing a 2024 Q8 E-Tron at Hoehn Audi of Carlsbad! We were fortunate to match up with salesperson Gabby Enger who was a gem to work with throughout the process. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the car industry and gave us valuable information and guidance along the way (this being our first foray into electric vehicles), without being pushy or rushing our decisions. What more could you want from a new-car experience? The Audi itself is truly an amazing machine and a dream to drive.

The process was easy and painless for the most part. Paul was really great... super-respectful and not at all pushy.The only down-side the whole sales process took over three and a half hours and to be honest, I'm not sure why it took that long. We had all agreed on a price pretty quickly (as I had previously discussed our expectations with Paul), but the credit check seemed to take forever and then the finalization.We were expecting to be in/out within a couple of hours and this should certainly have been achievable.

I visited Audi Carlsbad with my partner twice in the last few weeks, and both times had negative experiences. The first time, it took 15 minutes for a sales person to come out and help us. The second time, it took so long to get help that I had to STAND IN THEIR LOBBY AND CALL THE DEALERSHIP ON MY PHONE to tell them that we needed assistance from a sales person, it then took another 10 minutes for someone to finally come worth with us.The actual shopping experience was incredibly cumbersome. All the cars were locked, and it took staff 10-15 minutes to find the right key just to get in a car and have a look around. And if you wanted to see a different car, we had to go through the whole key charade again.The only reason this rating is not a zero is because the sales staff we worked with to look at cars were knowledgeable and straightforward. My partner and I worked with Gabby on finding a Q3 (who is fantastic), and my parents worked with Tami (who was also a pleasure) on a Q5. We got to the point where we were ready to pull the trigger on a Q3, but were immediately turned off from the entire transaction after interacting with their Sales Manager, Lilly. She was consistently obnoxious and condescending; resorting to amateur tactics like bringing out a yes button and repeatedly pressing it to try to get us to agree to a bad deal. I expect this sort of thing from a used Nissan dealership, but not a major luxury brand.In the end, we went to Audi San Diego, where we were quickly greeted by helpful staff who were straightforward and professional through the entire transaction. In the end, the car buying experience and deals were so good at AUDI SAN DIEGO, that we got a Q3 and a Q5 from them.After our experience elsewhere, I am convinced that Audi Carlsbad is not actually interested in selling cars; so if you re interested in buying one (or two) and want a positive, professional buying experience, I highly recommend going elsewhere. (Gabby and Tami, you deserve better).

Him and his team did not only find the best car for me, but they also helped me fix my CARFAX report after realizing that that there had been a mistake on it from YEARS ago! The whole Audi team is very committed to their customers and they truly do provide TOP TIER quality service!

Recently purchased a RS5 from Audi Carlsbad and it was the best experience I had at a dealership. I was taken care of by a group of great men Dan Pinkerton, Brian, and Julian, they were all there to help me from the moment I walked through the door until I left with the vehicle.My test drive was with Dan and he was able to give me all the great details about the car and answer all of the questions I had at the time.Love the location of the dealership, all the showroom vehicles to the vehicles outside of the dealership. It is very easy to get your car serviced at this dealership in a short amount of time, I will be a long term customer and will be back soon for a RSQ8 or maybe a RS7 :)

Best car buying experience ever. Gabby was fantastic. He educated me and told me to go home and do my research. No hard sell no feeling stressed or pushed. I did my research and called him and went back the next day. Every single person I dealt with in finance, DMV paperwork,..was amazing and honest.They also gave me a very high trade in for my car which made the entire deal much easier.They all went above and beyond. A high level service experience. Gabby called me the next day and offered to FaceTime me if I had any car questions. The entire process was also 1.5 hours. Not half the day like it can be. I filled out the credit app on line and after that it was cut and dry. No wheeling and dealing. I am a Carlsbad Audi customer for life now!

Bought my RS5 from here 4 years ago and it was great, but since then really downhill. Called multiple times and the Service dept and the general operator go straight to voicemail every time. Had sent an email to get a quote - got a response from the GM that someone would be in touch but never heard back. They only seem to be super responsive if you are buying a car.

It was my first experience with an electric car and also Audi automobile. Since I leased the Audi through internet sale. Although I did not personally meet Julian Young, he was truly professional in many ways and he made me so confident in this deal with Carlsbad Audi. Car was delivered by Tami and she spent longer than two hours with me tutoring this strange machine. She was absolutely best!!! Good experience with Carlsbad Audi.

I just had the BEST experience working with Brandon Hackenson (internet sales) and Julian Young (F&I)!!! Living 100+ miles away, I found the perfect CPO 2021 A4 online... but with only one photo. Brandon reached out and sent several photos and walked me through all the specifics of the car. I gave him some financial parameters and he pulled in Julian - within 45 minutes I had all my financing lined up, paperwork ready and signed! I picked my car up two days later and was in the dealership for 27 minutes and drove off VERY happy with my CPO A4 that looks, feels, drives, and smells brand new!!! AMAZING SERVICE and nice guys to boot!!!!!! Thank you for taking such great care of me!

Traded in my previous vehicle for this beauty, the Audi Q5. It was an easy and fun experience with the Carlsbad Team.Fan of the clean, minimal/ modern design of the dealership with all the beautiful plants.
