I was here 2 years ago and they fixed my cracked windshield. It was covered thru my insurance. I came back today to get another fixed. They also did a sand paper wash on my headlights. Anthony is amazing!!Service: Auto windshield repairService: Auto windshield repair

JD (owner) just did the most amazing (and quick!) windshield repair in my Audi R8. It was seriously unbelievable.... In a really good way!!Imagine my horror this morning when I hear the most agonizing sound of a rock hitting the middle of my windshield. Ugh.I ll be honest, before on previous cars, I did the whole clear nail polish trick to get me by but it would always end up looking worse.I could not go the ghetto route on a car like this. I found 911 on Yelp with their perfect 5-Star rating.JD was super-cool. He said it would look a lot better but not perfect... However, it looks 99.99% better. You can t even see it anymore!! My biggest regret was not taking a before picture.Thank you so much!!!!!

Reached out to 911 Repair and pretty much immediately got a response. They were quick to provide a quote and work with me to set up a good time. On the day of the appointment, they reached out to ask if I could come any sooner to accommodate their appointment times and it worked out perfectly for us. We showed up and they got right to work. Took about 20 minutes to get everything taken care of. They are very thorough and ensure that no further spreading will happen.Thank you guys for your service! 10/10 recommend!

I had a pretty big gash in my windshield and knew that I had to do either a repair or replace before it turned into a big spiderweb. I happened to go to the car wash on Palomar Airport right by the Flower Fields and the tech from 911 Windshield Repair was on site that day. Anthony was able to do the repair right there while I was waiting for my car. Great service and really fast.! I'm very happy it was all handled and I don't have to worry about the windshield cracking further. I think it is great when a car wash partners with a good glass repair service as it makes taking care of these things so convenient.Services: Auto windshield repair, Auto side window replacement

Anthony did a great job fixing a small crack in my windshield. He was very thorough checking my windshield for other cracks and chips. Overall the company is of high quality, great value, and are very quick to respond and schedule. Called at 4 o'clock on a Tuesday and JD directed to his field technician Anthony and I was able to get a same day appointment in ten minutes. Anthony did a great job on the windshield repair of a small chip and had me gone and done in 15 minutes. These guys are great and I would recommend them to anyone in need of fast and friendly service.

911 windshield Repair and Replacement in Carlsbad made an inconvenient windshield chip, on now 2 of our cars, become virtually invisible within 20 min! They were able to get us in same day! Anthony was very professional, explained the process and warranty and sent us on our way quickly. I saw great reviews for this business and I decided to stop by as my windshield was hit with something while driving on the freeway, it left a good chip. Super helpful, fast and easy. JD initially helped with contacting my insurance company to start the claim with no deductible.Once approved, I came back and had Anthony perform the work. Super nice guy! Very efficient and professional. In and out in 15 minutes.Highly recommend and will use their services again if I have another incident with my glass.

I was concerned about my windshield because I had a chipped damaged from a rock on FWY. JD the owner, was super friendly, fast and efficient. I had a trip coming up to AZ and I was worried the spot would get bigger with our long drive in the hot weather. So I waited to write this review until a couple of weeks later. I am so pleased with outcome !He was willing to fix my chipped windshield with a short notice after his normal hours on a Sunday Morning. Supper happy with service! He saved me lot of money. My car had an unfortunate collision with a large rock on the freeway. I called to set up an appointment to get it fixed and they were able to get me in the next day at 9am. When I arrived, Anthony was already there waiting and got to work right away. He was very nice and did his work efficiently and carefully. The whole process took less than 20 minutes. He made sure that everything was perfect before sending me off. I am definitely recommending 911 Windshield Repair to everyone.

I was really pleased that Anthony approached me about sealing the crack on my windshield. He is very nice and professional. It was very fast and it is reimbursable from insurance. This is the second time he has done a repair for me and I will definitely come back to him if another crack happens

Had my beautiful new car at the Palomar Hand Car Wash today and Anthony noticed a minor chip in the windshield that could have become a larger concern if left alone at this point. I was grateful for his help and experience. He contacted my insurance and handled everything very professionally. And...the best part...my windshield looks as though it never happened. Thank you, Anthony...you are absolutely the best!!!

JD and his team do a fantastic job! They are always available right away and get the repair done quickly and efficiently. I ve had two separate repairs done with them now, and both times I was in and out in less than thirty minutes. They are very knowledgeable about the different coverage plans for the various auto insurance carriers and make it easy to file a claim for reimbursement. Ten out of ten would recommend for any windshield repair needs!

Had a great experience with this company. Anthony approached me while I was at the car wash and was very informative and professional. He offered to get me a quote for getting my windshield replaced due to a huge crack in it. It was a very reasonable price and they even came to my home to replace it. They did a great job!!!

I had a great experience here. Anthony repaired three chips in my windshield in a timely and professional manner. Although the place seemed really busy I was still able to get the full wash in under an hour. Would recommend to anyone.

Came in for a tie pressure check, but had some cracks in the windshield just from little rocks and what not. Was covered by insurance. I had a small rock chip on my windshield that needed repair, and they were able to help fix it up quickly. This was my first experience fixing a chip in my windshield so I'm unsure how well it'll will hold up over time; however, Anthony was super helpful and worst case scenario, I could come back and they can re-assess again in the future. Knowledgeable and fairly priced as well - thank you!

I took my car to the Palomar Hand-wash in Carlsbad this afternoon and Anthony from 911 Windshield greeted me upon arrival. He quickly noticed that I had a small chip in my windshield; I was already aware of it but hadn t yet gotten around to having it fixed. Fortunately, Anthony was able to have this taken care of literally in less than five minutes before my car was even finished with the detail. I found the service to be very efficient and extremely helpful. Thanks again Anthony!

After calling a handful of other repair companies without success, I talked to 911. They had an opening right away for me and took care of my cracks very efficiently. Anthony did a great job with my windshield repair and helped me figure out how to get the repair taken care of through my insurance. I d highly recommend their service.

Look no further! Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I had a very large crack in my windshield, I called this guy and he came over within the hour. The price was very reasonable and he was so fast and efficient. I ve had things in my windshield fixed before and I never knew the difference. You can t even see where he repaired my window it s unbelievable. I won t use anyone else in the future. And he smells good too! Lol

We just came here after our windshield got cracked on the freeway. Found this place through a quick google search and decided to stop by and it was a great experience and Anthony (the tech) helped us getting it through tour insurance for a no charge fix. Great business and great person Anthony was. Highly recommended!

I came for a car wash and was informed I had two cracks in my windshield that could be quickly fixed and would be fully covered by my insurance. Within five minutes we called my insurance company and it was fully approved free of charge and my windshield was fixed within twenty minutes. Great service - would definitely come back again and recommend to anyone.

If you need a windshield repaired or replaced - go here! You will be sorry if you do not go to 911! I needed two spider cracks fixed - a rock hit my windshield yesterday. I looked at and researched different shops - I am SO happy that I chose 911! This shop is the real deal. The reviews do not lie. JD was able to get me in this morning at 11. My technician Anthony went right to work and I was out before 11:30. The price is the best in town! The work is the best in town! I would send my daughters, sons, my wife and any of my friends and know that they will get a professional job without worry! Don't be a shmuck and go somewhere else - you will regret it. Hopefully I will never have to use 911 again - but if I do there will be no hesitation. Did I mention they have a Lifetime Warranty!! JD and Anthony you guys are the BEST!

Anthony was supper nice and helpful! I didn t even know that this was an option at the car wash, however it was a nice surprise. He did such a great job and was so friendly the whole time I highly recommend having him fix your windshield!
