I ordered a rear tail light, but I provided the wrong year of the car, obviously I got the wrong one bcs of my fault. They allowed me to returned it and again ordered for me the right one. There's a girl who also helped me to find some others parts was looking for. I want to thanks to all the kind, helpful and friendly staff working here

Kind of a dump to be honest and typically waiting in long lines to buy one item. Up until recently they had massive out of stock issues but seemed to have restored their inventory. I really only go there for wipers or maybe a car cleaning product. I don't feel getting parts there is the best because even if the employee is experienced with parts they seem disheveled or despondent.

FRIENDLY & EXTREMELY HELPFUL! My wife & I are traveling & needed do replace our wiper blades. We saw the good reviews at this nearby O'Reilly so went in with high expectations. Luis & Augustine far exceeded our high expectations. They came outside and helped us put on our very complicated blades. We were both blown away by their kindness, helpfulness, knowledge & professionalism.

Service was terrible. Said they couldn t help me set up my battery because it was hard after one quick glance and with very little care. Service has gone down significantly

I needed a cabin tail light brake light. I walked in and within 30 seconds I was helped and few minutes later I had what I needed and was out the door. Very friendly courteous service.

There s a guy with grey hat who work oreilly in Capitola I don t know his name but he came into rite aid store in Capitola with bad attitude. Being disrespectful to the assistant manager all she was trying to help him but still with bad attitude. I wouldn t shop their store with bad attitude specially if he still working there i don t want any of his services at all.

Brian was so helpful in educating me on my radiator leak and what to do and look for. He was friendly and took extra time to look at my Jeep and help diagnose the problem. Thank you Brian!

Perfect! Right before the first rain of the season I went in for new windshield wipers. Seems like everyone was there before me, they didn't have my size. One of the women behind the counter told me that she would look in the back and returned with the right size! Awesome service. Thank you for checking! Saved me a trip to another store!

O'Reilly auto parts has what I need and when I need it. Been coming here for years dating back to Kragen-s. Always great staff and always helped me find the right parts for my projects.

Juan was fantastic in his patient diagnosis of my car battery. It was 45 minutes until closing, yet Juan never made me feel rushed. He took the time to work through and solve the problem.

I went to buy a battery but the person in charge asked to see my car. He hooked up something to measure how everything was working and told me that I didn't need a new battery, the one I have had just gotten drained. He was the most helpful person that I have met since moving back to Santa Cruz. I would highly recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts. I also got their help when living in Windsor and both places are stellar.

I always get great service here, but have never written a review. The other day I walked in to buy new wiper blades. Not only did the sales woman find exactly what I needed on the shelf, she also went outside with me to install them on my car!! She has helped me before, and I do not know her name.... the pretty gal with perfect eyebrows! Thanks again :-)

Their store in Capitola California has been friendly and taken great care of me every time I've come here. One of the workers even recommended a less expensive brand and told me that was better quality and not to waste my money on the more expensive one. He explained why the less expensive item was better so in the future if I'm ever in a position where I need to purchase this item again I will know. Oh and they install my windshield wipers for me what's the kindest and sweetest attitude very friendly.

Gentleman by the name of Rick help me at that store and he was the best customer service rep I've ever dealt with. I bought the wrong windshield wiper blades and he returned them for me and everything was simple quick and painless give him five stars

First off, they have the song. This location is in Capitola. And the people who work here are smart and friendly. What more could one ask for at an O'Reilly Auto Parts store?? I don't know, so I go here whenever I need something car or vehicle related. You should go or not. It's not like they get paid on commission. Keep it relaxed here, please.

Been coming here since t was Kragen's. Always greeted with courtesy and always a good selection of parts. Today I called and checked to see if they had a BCI Group 58 battery, which is not a common battery. They had it and I picked it up in an hour. Awesome place.

I came by to buy some oil as my car was low, I had some in the back but I wasn't sure I had enough. I asked to buy a funnel and let the guy working behind the counter that I had my own oil and was going to fill it up right now, he asked if I wanted a hand and came out with his funnel and filled up my oil. He explained to me the different kinds of oils I can use (I've always wanted to understand this and no one had ever explained it) and rechecked my oil several times while filling to get it to the right place. I didn't end up spending a penny but my car is happy and I am definitely coming back here anytime I have any auto needs.

Its my home away from home. Before Augi nothing was really in stock. You would have to get there the day the load came in and then if you were lucky the product would be there. Since Augi became manager the store is full and i can slways get what i was looking for . Augi has done the best i have seen in a while. Very knowledgeable and very kind. He has taught many things about automobiles. Thanks you Augi!!! And staff

More like 3.8 star, professional staff, lots of missing product, but probably more Biden's fault than O'Reilly's, store has mostly been well stocked over the years, and that had what I needed anyway

What a joke. I called ahead last weekend looking for some turn signal bulbs, very basic part. I asked the guy on the phone to make sure they had them in stock for my vehicle, he said yes. I asked him to double check they were front turn signal bulbs NOT rears. He again said yep they are. So I drove to go pick them up. The guy behind the counter had no idea what I was talking about and said nope they did not have front bulbs, something along the lines of "nope we don't have those". Not so much as a "sorry" just stared at me blankly til I left. Wasted an hour and a half of my day. These people's unprofessionalism is mind blowing. They have no idea what's going on nor do they care.

You know what's here. What you may not have known is that employees often go far out of the way to help. They have code readers that can save you some diagnostic $, they are willing to help disabled people and their return policy is efficient and thorough. Now that "service station s are a thing of the past, Riley should be a first stop. You might have to wait if it is a busy day, but those are relatively rare.

I was a quart low, so I decided to stop by AutoZone since they were right across the street from where I was at. After getting down talked to and ignored simply asking if they would price match Walmart, I came over to O'Reilly's (which I should've in the first place). Right away, I got greeted with an authentic "Hello" by both employees. I asked the same question here to an employee name Luis, and eagerly and confidently told me, "No problem, just show the prices for both products that Walmart has them for and I'll take care of you", and he did exactly that! Thank you O'Reilly's and especially thank you to Luis for being professional and making this my go to auto parts store when I come over the hill from San Jose!

The employees here were so friendly and helpful. I was in Santa Cruz for a job when my battery died. I had to call AAA for a jump but it just kept dying even though my battery was not that old. I couldn't remember what phone number I had used for the warranty but because the battery had a sticker with the date that I bought it on there, the manager okayed it and the guy who was helping me replaced it free of charge for me. Saved my life! The people at this O'Reilly's will definitely take care of you.

Looking for one particular accessory, O'Reilly's website said store had it in stock and offered to order/hold it or ship it, etc. Since store is on the way to work figured would just pick it up, stopped in, nothing resembling accessory on the shelf. Clerk is A-is not wearing any sort of face mask, couldn't see the others in the back to tell whether he was exception or rule; and B- has no idea of the accessory I'm looking for, "uh, maybe in accessory aisle?" Nope, already looked through all shelves before coming to (dangerous) register.Have been to O'Reilly in Santa Cruz and totally different attitude and experience. Won't come to the Capitola store again.
