Slow tire leak fixed in less than 30min. The gentleman working, didn't get his name, was so friendly. They informed me that my radiator was leaking and gave me all the options of fixing vs risk of waiting until I got home to Oklahoma with no pressure. I highly recommend this place for your tire needs.

Amazing service!! They gave us a bunch of discounts and coupons. An oil change AND new breaks cost less than 200! People in there are super nice and do great work :)

I pulled in on a rainy morning with 1 extremely flat/low tire on my F250 Diesel with a large metal hunk in the front tire. Seeing as it was the closet to my house I pulled in as I wasn t going to make it very far. I walked in and asked the counter guy Bob Ingram if they could patch me up. He said no, we have other jobs Typical corporate mentality. This place is not worth the time. Go to Loyds. They always service a flat tire asap. I know it s happened numerous times to me. I tried to save me a tow. Don t waste your time with these guys.

Came in yesterday which was Sunday and received excellent service for my Toyota Corolla. Great price on some Kelly tires as well! I was in and out in under 35 minutes !! No appointment even.... I think the manager did my tires too and was showing the other guys how it's done Super stoked - thanks

Outstanding customer service and very friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff. I don t know why people giving them less the 5 stars. This place is awesome. Thank you for talking car of us so we could make a safe drive to our home in Washington State.

Can't get an oil change right. My outback calls for 5.1 quarts. Got a low engine oil the day after getting a change. Dipstick was dry. Added a quart and it's been good the last couple months... looks like they just put in 4 quarts

This crew is awesome! I pulled up and had them check my tire pressure and the guy who helped was very helpful, made sure we were safe and ready to hit the road again in less than 2 minutes. I highly recommend this location. The guy with the superman tattoo is also super awesome!

The tall guy at the front counter was rude and sarcastic to me and another customer. On a positive note, they got my car done in less than 2 hours. But I didn't appreciate being spoken to in a rude manner. It was unnecessary and condescending. The guy acted like he owned the place. His name was Jim or Tim or something short like that.

I've been going here for years with several cars and I've noticed patterns, and checked repeatedly to be sure.. Avoid these clowns, it could save your life...1. They intentionally under-inflate tires (24#) to wear them out early on the edges to sell alignment services and new tires etc. Honest, I checked four cars before and after, then when I calmly asked the mgr to set the last one at a specific amount, it came back with lug nuts so tight they can not be removed - even using air tools. They've previously broken some of them, and now we know why. Failing to use a torque wrench at the end and trusting air tools that are set way to high, most likely intentionally too, just for speed.2. They also use wheel weights that fall off, wasting people's time to make them come back in for balancing and an opportunity to sell more services.Under inflated tires (24#!) can get someone killed, and not being able to change your tire out in the middle of nowhere could too, just like seriously out of balance wheels can at highway speed when the speed wobble sets in.I even called corporate in Dayton, but have they reached out to me? Nope.Best to just avoid these maliciously vengeful incompetent clowns...

AMAZING AND STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I basically drove my car in and dropped it off late one night after experiencing a severe tire issue that disabled the car from going more than 20 mph. I was scared and saw the goodyear sign so I figured tires are definitely going to be needed. I figured that I would rather leave my car locked in the lot and get home via uber than risk waiting on a tow that was not able to find service for several hours. The car was left and the very next morning I spoke to Bob and arranged to drop off my key. Bob coordinated the tire replacement and also the replacement of my awful rear brakes. I had my car back the next afternoon before work! BOB, BEN and ALL OF THE SERVICE TECHS WERE SO FRIENDLY. THANKS SO MUCH.

Everyone that works here is AWESOME. They are friendly, professional, efficient, honest, reliable, and fast! I will never take my car anywhere else as these guys do the very best job that you can hope for. The service is impeccable and the prices are more than reasonable. I highly recommend anyone and everyone come here!

low rating is because of the recent service I had done on my car which was not from Jake. I'd give this business 5 stars because of Jake. Jake is very trustworthy and professional unlike those 2 new guys who I think were from Salinas(I could be wrong)who worked on my car. It just proves how hard it is to find a very good mechanic who's also honest unlike those 2 employees. Id only go here if Jake worked on my car but he's too busy and can't fault him for that. But I'd have to recommend another auto repair place if I would leave my car with those 2 employees again. BTW, each time I arrived or left the shop there were both women and men angry and frustrated about the service..they were loudly arguing with the receptionist. Those were clear warnings that I should've never returned here

I had my car wheels replaced and aligned and the service was fast and well done. I highly recommend this shop, but to get the best price book and pay your service online. This way you may qualify for rebates.

Been using this shop for several years and always had a good outcome. There have been a few times that I have had issues but Goodyear has stood behind their work and resolved it.The customer service is usually always good but there have been a few rude people, bound to happen in an auto shop.I recommend this to anyone who wants a fair price on their auto service. They have a full service shop that is much cheaper than the dealer

Went for an oil change with an appointment. Had to wait over six hours For the oil change. Avoid avoid avoid at all costs.

I showed up for my 1:30 appointment and was told it would be about 90 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. I come back 90 minutes later and there are no cars in the service bays and my car has been moved. I go in to pick it up and they tell me they haven't started.No one told me they had only 1 worker - I would have re-scheduled.They wasted my afternoon and I will now tell my friend - stay the hell away from this shop.They do NOT care about their customers!!!Whoever manages this shop needs to be let go!!

I just needed an oil change but these folks convinced me I needed a transmission fluid change and engine air filter change even though I d fairly recently bought the (used) car from a dealership. Original time estimate was 1 hour but now it s been nearly 4 hours of waiting on this. I hate when you have an initial time/price estimate that seems to get jacked up more and more. Despite convenient proximity for me, I probably won t come back here.

Excellent service and excellent mechanic for excellent price! WOULD GIVE 6 STARS On a trip from San Diego to Washington my prius steering wheel started rattling on straightaways. So we pulled into Santa Cruz to stay the night and get it checked in the morning (Saturday) not many places open and not busy but Jim from Firestone recommend Jake at this Goodyear, because Firestone had Apts all day, as the best mechanic on the mountain that's honest with good pricing! they weren't super busy and even got us done an hour early because they knew we had to hit the road. Overall, great. They determined a weight was knocked off the front tires and needed rebalancing and that our brakes were dangerously low which the Toyota dealership said were fine for a long trip at 3 mm! (I should've actually looked at these numbers before embarking) Jake said our brakes were at 2 mm! $630 for new front brakes and they cleaned the back drums including $40 for balancing the tires which is steep considering Discount Tire does it for free. Also want to clarify that they informed me that the EPA no longer allows lead weights and so they must use steel (I think) which fall out much easier (to counter some of the other reviewers points that the do this intentionally to make you come back for rebalancing).

Went in thinking it was an hour and half till they close. Apparently corporate hasn't updated the business hours and they close at 5pm on Sundays. The service manager, Daniel, was kind enough to squeeze us in last minute since I needed new tires for a road trip in a couple of days. Service was fast and friendly. Definitely satisfied with the service.

Booked an appt here for a full synthetic oil change via Openbay for the price that was quoted 1 week in advance. Came in and dropped off the car early morning on time and was told it should be ready in roughly 2 hours. 4 hours later I get a call telling me that the cost would be over $50 dollars more than the original quote! Reason being that the car needed "European" full synthetic oil. If this was the case, then why was this not originally quoted when all the car information was already there from the original appointment? As original estimate was not honored, picked it up without getting change done. Unfortunately a waste of time and gas going here.

Seems like charging 10 times the cost of parts is acceptable. Never come here if your in NEED because they will charge you way too much for something you can do yourself for a fraction of the price.I cant suggest looking elsewhere any more then I have, if you do need professional help look at the neighboring mechanics and ask around to get ideas on pricing.A quick summary of my experience was they estimated the price to be 1,800$ I found I couldn't afford it so I called to see if there was any chance they could lower the amount. After an hour or so he called and said the best they could do was 1,200$. But I couldn't afford even that (that is my fault, I know that) so I requested to just hault all fixes and I would take it home.After getting it towed home I found that the cost for the equipment was only 112$ online and the labor was an easy 30 minute video on YouTube and a few hours of trying it out in actual practice. Saving nearly 1100$ I cant find a real reason why paying for all their employees salary is necessary for my simple fix.TL;DR :Find the price of the parts you need, your research and time will save you a boat load in the long run. Also hard pass on this shop. Decent guys but charge way too much.

Although they can be a bit slow, they offer honest service with upfront pricing and knowledgeable staff. Their waiting room has coffee and water, and books for your kids. It's a great experience and I never stress about what the bill will be with them. They don't charge more just because you don't know a lot about cars.

We walked in because our check tire pressure icon was lit on our dashboard. They immediately check all four tires and informed us of their $200 per tire discount if we were interested in quieter tires than the snow and ice treads that came with the car. Great service!

I got my oil changed here over the weekend. The service seemed fine until I tried to drive to work on Monday and began to hear a scraping noise as I drove on the highway. The pan beneath the car was not secured and had begun to drag and then broke. I had to be towed to a repair shop and eventually made it back to Goodyear. I missed a whole day of work waiting for the car to be fixed. I would never recommend this place again.

I came in here because I had a flat tire and it was closest to where I was. Boy was I glad to stop by here. They fixed my flat for free and got me back on the road in no time. Just by doing this they gained a customer for life. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. I have gotten numerous rotations and balances done here. I also ordered new Pirellis from them. They installed my customer provided wheels and lug nuts with no problem. Most of the staff are car enthusiast so you can definitely trust them to work on your car. I highly recommend coming here.

Stopped by to get a tire with a nail checked on. Folks were incredible; pulled out the nail, made sure tire was not leaking, then checked and topped off all the tires with air, refused to take even just a tip. Definitely coming back here again for any auto service.

Overall a great experience. My car had a vibration in the front end I was afraid that it was the front end or any number of very expensive things. I talked to the front desk he looked at tires and said I think it is just tires and alignment.... and it was! So now I have new tires and it is traveling great. They also did the service check for me. Thank you for your honesty Goodyear.
