Went to Primo's last Saturday to get an estimate for the repair of our vehicle's cracked windshield. It needed a replacement. We made a deposit of $20, and Ed placed an order of the windshield. The order arrived Monday and it was installed while we waited. We're so happy with the result and for the service! We don't know why we waited for so long to get it fixed. We're repeat customers.

Excellent service, and perfect installation! My Toyota truck got a crack in the windshield and I called Primo glass to see if they could replace the windshield. They give me a price over the phone that sounded very reasonable and said they could replace it that same day. I was told it would take about an hour and a half and that s exactly what it took. Everything I was told about the process was true. No up selling, no gimmicks, no problems. I m extremely satisfied and would recommend Primo glass to anyone in need of a new windshield or repair of a windshield.Thanks again for a professional job and a reasonable price.

Ed was extremely helpful in what was such a difficult time. He was able to replace my windows on a not so common vehicle. I really appreciate the prompt response and researching he did for me. Also he was the cheapest and best quality by more an $900!!!! Highly recommended! I was leaving for work this morning and when I got to my car someone had broke my windshield. I called Primo and Ed was extremely helpful he gave me a quote and ordered my glass. I was referred to Primo Auto Glass by Rob at Big Johns. Walked in without an appointment. I was helped immediately and received an estimate. Given a reasonable price, they installed the windshield in 1 1/2 hours while I waited. I received excellent service and a job well done. Thank you

This shop is hands down the BEST auto glass shop in town. I've used several of them over the years and can tell you PRIMO is head & shoulders above the competition. The professionalism and prices can't be beat. Do yourself a favor and don't bother going anywhere else.... Primo is what's up

Very accommodating and professional service. I asked 5 minutes before they would and he did not deny me service. A lot other windshield repair service people could from their professionalism and ability to see the priority in repairing a windshield from this location. Definitely deserving of a good review for having to help in such short notice. Thank you

Fixed a chip in my glass in about 30 minutes. Really nice guys and explained the whole process. Althought they open at 8, call them before you go sometimes they get stuck in traffic.

They were awesome. I had my back window busted at our local movie theater. I took my vehicle the next morning straight to Primo Auto Glass to replace. Price was amazing since it's cheaper and easier to pay out of pocket oppose my insurance. The only thing after I went back for my vehicle I found broken glass still in my back seats. I had to detail my vehicle to make sure that there was no glass as my children sit in the back. But if they are gunna replace my window at least make sure all the broken glass is out. Whatever, I'd go back in a heartbeat. Thank you Primo Auto Glass.

It is really great to see a business doing things the right way. Professional, kind and very reasonably priced for the quality of work. During this unprecedented time of COVID-19, this company is an example of what makes America great. Hard working, loyal staff, an owner who cares about his employees and customers. In talking with Edgar for 5-10 mins I found out a lot about the character of the man and his dedication to his employees and customers. I will absolutely be a repeat customer. Unfortunately my passenger window got shattered on the fwy. The next day I called Primo Auto glass to get an estimate. Not only did they give me a great price, but even did same day service. Everyone was kind when I arrived. Took only an hour to fix. And they even cleaned up some of the shattered glass that was on the floor of my car. The day I was selling my car, I discovered a crack in the windshield. Primo gave me a quick, free quote so I could reduce my selling price to to the buyer to ensure the transaction went through. While I didn't provide any business to them this time, I will be taking all my cars to be fixed here in the future. 5 Stars!

Truly great people. The person who fixed my car knew what he was doing, was fast and efficient with his work. Ed was also very respectful and professional. This is a good business run by honest people. Had someone break into my car and they fit me in the next day. We had the back window smashed after loading a basketball hoop. Called Primo Auto Glass right away. They were the best price and fastest turn around to replace the window. The rain was coming and we were so happy that the shop was able to get us in next day. Amazing customer service and window looks great! I was shattered, literately, when I awoke to find a door window broken on my (new-ish) 2018 RAM. I was lucky to find Primo autoglass. They provided a same-day quote, on the weekend, and then worked to order the glass and install it quickly. This was much appreciated as rain was coming in and I have to park the truck outside.They are a real life saver. They did great work, at a very reasonable price. The work was done in just over an hr!Don't hesitate to call them for your auto-glass needs. They are, Primo!

Great customer service! Went in for a passenger side window replacement and was in and out within 35 minutes! I also spoke to Ed on the phone prior to coming in who was very helpful and gave me a quote right away. After dealing with the dealers outrageous prices and vindictive tantrums. I decided to get a second price opinion. I came into Primo and David was God sent. He was so nice, genuine and trustworthy. He was just so helpful and went out of the way to replace the brackets for my glass that the dealership said miraculously disappeared. Please stop by here first before all those mobile services and dealerships.He really cares about his customers and truly enjoys what he does and helping people.Services: Installation, Auto side window replacement

These guys did an amazing job. Why I would strongly suggest repairing your car windows here is the fair pricing provided. Cheaper than Safelite by over double.

I was in a bind to have my auto windshield replaced on an older car and the people at Primo couldn t have been more pleasant and easy to work with. They ordered me a new windshield and set up an appointment in 2 days. Within that timeframe I was actually able to sell my car as is, and upon calling them to cancel the order/service they were amazingly understanding and happy with the fact I was able to sell the car. I totally get that canceling last minute is not cool, but they understood the situation and did it free of charge! The guys are great and I will be using them next time. Had to replace a windshield for my wife's 2012 xB, so I called around and got estimates. Primo Auto Glass ended up being the most affordable. Talked with Ed and set up an appt for the next day for my wife to take it in. They took her in 30 minutes earlier and had her out within the hour. I'm very happy with the service and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for windshield repair/replacement.

After hearing that Safelite was charging almost $600 for windshield repair, I went by Friday so the owner/manager could see if my car had a windshield with a rain censor (it did not) he had quoted to me at $350 if it did, so presumably, it would be less, right? Nope, but I ll circle back to that. He told me he would order it and it would be there Monday morning and that I could bring my car in at 11am.Monday morning, I call as I m on my way to let them know I am running 20 minutes late. The guy on the phone says they don t do appointments, it s first come, first serve and they ll be there whenever I show up. Hmm, okay? Not what was previously communicated, but I let it go. I get there, wait for about thirty minutes and the employee tells me the replacement windshield they ordered is damaged and they need to order another one and that I can come back at 1:30.I come back about 1:15 and see there is a guy delivering windshields. I let them know I m back, after a while they get started. It was pretty quick, which is literally the only good thing I have to say about this whole experience. Knowing now how they operate, I doubt they had even ordered the replacement windshield in the first place.When it came time to pay, the employee asked me what the owner quoted me. I couldn t remember at that exact moment, but there was paperwork filled out, which I assumed would include that information, it did not. So then he tells me Okay it s $540 WHAT?!?! I knew that wasn t right because if I were going to pay $600 I would have just had Safelite come to the house and saved a trip. I pulled up text messages and verified the $350 quote that was previously given to me. He doesn t want to budge. I ask to speak to the owner that gave me the initial cost.Then the owner and employee BOTH attempt to convince me that there was a misunderstanding on MY part because they ve supposedly explained to me that $350 is the price of after-market glass, not the name brand dealer windshield they installed. I did NOT misunderstand. He quoted me $350 for the special rain censor glass that I didn t need. THEY decided to make that call for me without asking me. Had they asked, I would have told them I would prefer $350 to $540. At that point I was feeling jerked around enough. I said this is a sneaky way to do business and that they ve taken my options away since the windshield is already on the car now. What are they going to do? Remove it? I tell them to charge me whatever the cost because I m angry and I just want to get out of there. The employee charges the full amount and the owner calls back to tell him to just charge me $350+tax so he refunds me $166 in cash, all the while still trying to convince me that it was MY MISTAKE, that I was getting a great deal , and that the owner doesn t care about money, only customers .All I could say was that I will definitely clarify all these details AND MORE in the future, when I take our vehicles TO A DIFFERENT BUSINESS.It s hard enough being a woman who doesn t know anything about cars and trying to navigate repairs without getting scammed without having to deal with snakes like this running businesses.0/10 UNTRUSTWORTHYI also see the the owner on here making sarcastic little remarks to people leaving poor reviews. Don t be bitter, be better. Don t like the negative feedback? Then stop trying to scam people.

Something hit my windshield and I wanted to fix the glass before a crack started to emerge as it often does. I came in, got a quote and had it fixed and was out in less than an hour without an appointment. When they were done I couldnt even find where it use to be.

Nice relatively quick work, good price. Would've given 5 stars if customer service were a little better, I noticed one of the workers seemed to better tend to the customer with a newer car lolEdit: After reading some more reviews about price charged for a windshield replacement on cars 10+ years newer getting charged a smaller amount, I seem to have gotten ripped off getting charged a total of $225 plus tax.
