ONLY location that knows how to actually service my car correctly! I dont go anywhere else. Its hard to find skilled techs and somehow these guys know what they are doing every time without me having to tell them

Careful when using coupons, they may not honor weekdays written. Also, make sure they tighten Evelyn correctly. My car leaked oil after talking it here and it ruined my driveway!

We just moved into town and we came from Sun Valley California which is next door to Burbank California. I do my oil change pretty much all the time and today when I had an emergency due to my schedule and how busy I am with work was the best and most smoothies experience I've ever had as far as an oil change. I'm not in that same field anymore which is a mechanic and or a technician for Chevrolet in my young years and I am now in another industry which is pest control Pest Management. For the first time I had my hands full and my vehicle is my office and these guys are completely professionals, respectful . from the guy who's underneath and the pit all the way to the guy who is the service advisor. So whether it was Jiffy Lube or another Lube company oh, this is the model or standard 4A satisfied experience. I went next door to that amazing Barbershop but that's another story and another review while waiting for my service.

Came for oil change and tire repair. Waited an hour and a half and when I returned the spare was still on. I asked what happened with the tire and was told the damage was too close to wheel well. I went to a tire shop and when we looked, the nail was visible in the center of tire. They never even looked at it and told me they did after the fact. Now I'm waiting one and a half hours or more at a tire shop to repair because they never even looked at it.Thanks for wasting so much of my time today. Won't be back.Edit* all three other tires had low tire pressure! Did they even do the signature change that I paid over a hundred bucks for!? Stay away from this place.Services: Tires, Oil change

I liked it mainly for the coupon of $20 off the oil change and maintenance check up that comes with it. I unfortunately forgot to use mine so no reminder of it from the team or id of given them 5.5 stars! They use synthetic oil top quality. I think you might have a choice, but I wasn't given one. Not that I cared because I only want the best for my little Toyota Camry. They checked all fluids. I was happy with results. They put the oil filter and plug back in perfectly! What more can you ask for? $87 not bad.

I came here shortly after moving to the area. I have been to other Jiffy Lube stores before, primarily one in Burbank up until this point, so I was pretty familiar with the drive-in oil change.The tech who guided me in was just weird from the jump. He was bizarrely passive-aggressive and intense and made some offhand comment asking me if it was the first time I've ever driven into a service bay...I'm not here to name and shame, but the experience somehow got weirder from there, I hated every minute, and was thrilled to get out of there.I haven't been back since... that guy may not be there, but even after a year sometimes I consider going back for half a second because it's right next to the costco gas station, but then I remember the first time.Now I drop off my car and let someone have it for the day just so I don't have to go to that drive-thru spot again... just weird, man.

They did a good job, and their time estimate was nearly spot on. Although It's a bit slow there... Definitely not "Jiffy"

Okay these guys were so AMAZING! My family and I were out of town, when our brakes decided to go out. Literally metal against metal. And we didn't know anybody that could help us. I was a mom by myself with four kids, in a totally different state. Well we barely made it to this Jiffy Lube right after it closed. They could have just turned us away. It was the weekend, and they probably wanted to get back to their families. But Anthony, the mechanic, stayed for four hours after closing, fixing our brakes. We had a giant SUV, and he put sooooo much work into fixing it. He had to call around to other auto shops to get the right parts and tools, and I just feel so blessed that someone could see that we were in trouble, and stay after, till almost 11 o'clock at night to help my family and I. And he called in 2 other employees and asked them to come help, and they both willingly dropped whatever they were doing to come help. It was a really hard job, and they could have just said come back tomorrow, but they are amazing. I don't know what would have happened if they turned us away. They worked so hard! They didn't even take a break to eat dinner. They truly are amazing, and I'm so grateful for them.

They charge way too much for an oil change i paid $70 for an oil change that was just a regular but only paid $20 at other places rip off. Then they acted like they knew what was wrong with my car and said it would be an easy fix but then made the issue a lot worse and the car couldn't start or drive at all after that....IDIOTS! Don't take your car here

Came in for an oil change and ended up also needing my air filter replaced, which is totally okay! Alberto and Caesar were professional, friendly, helpful, and very quick! This place sucks.I called to get a price on tire rotations for my compact SUV. $20.I go in and Andres says he has to charge $24 because mine's a SUV.We go to the computer for an estimate and when I see "Tire rotation $19.99" he quickly skips that screen and selects the "Specialty Tire Rotation $23.99." I ask him why I have to pay the $23.99 and he keeps on insisting there's more work involved for a SUV. After arguing back and forth, he says he'll do the $19.99 rate.I called a different Jiffy Lube (Stevenson Ranch) and they told me that the Specialty Tire Rotation is for company cars such as rental cars.So shady.Update: I recently changed my mother's cabin air filter ($9 on amazon by the way). Opened it up and noticed that the air filter was too small and it was jammed inside. I thought that whoever did this was so careless. Asked her where she gets her car serviced....and it was from here.That done it for me. Making sure none of my family members and friends ever get their cars serviced here.NEVER AGAIN. THEY WILL CHEAT YOU.

Not sure why they have published hours if they aren't going to honor them. Arrived at 5:15 to get an oil change. There were 2 employees standing there talking. They waited for 10min only to come tell me they arent taking anymore cars. when I asked if they were open until 6 the guy said yes but he was getting ready to go home.

So glad I came here! Staff was very friendly, polite, and professional! I was luckily the only one here at the time but they worked on my car in a timely manner. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Definitely coming back here again.

As others have shared on Yelp, this place gives misleading information. In addition, they do not take accountability for their missteps and lack the skills to perform jobs they promise. Save yourself the trouble and distress, totally not worth it. Take your business elsewhere

I have brought my car to this Jiffy Lube for years now and after today s service I will never bring it back again. The employees were rude, they didn t complete the job I paid for and did not wash windows or vacuum the floors, And they lied about the availability of the $15 off coupon online. Overpriced at best, but when they can t even complete the basic requirements it s a total rip off.

I was going on a long trip and bought my Silverado in for oil change and to top fluids and check air etc... After waiting quite a while, they finally got my truck done. After driving out, I later noticed my wiper LOW fluid light was on so I called and ask what else was forgotten and they said they topped off all fluids. I pulled over to check and it was indeed empty. OK...what about my tire pressure? since I was taking a 1000 mile trip it was important to me. The manager yelled to the service guy and he said "44 lbs all around SIR". Now suspicious, I remembered I had an onboard computer and the reading was 44lbs on one tire and 23 lbs on another. When I got home I check the air manually and 3 tires were very low on air. When I call the manager he told me that Since they don't charge for Wiper fluid or air then they are not responsible but could bring it back. I figure I pay for these things in the service fees and don't pay to get lied to. I took my truck somewhere else to have it all redone. STAY AWAY!

Disappointing. Went for an oil change and nothing else. They told me I had a transmission and rear main seal oil leak on my car. They told me they put washer fluid in when they didn't. Was still empty after I drove away.When my car was ready to go my skidplate was just sitting there laying on the ground. I was like "Hey! What about my skidplate!" And they were like "oh sorry.."So after that I went to a mechanic to check out the issues they said about my car. I had no transmission leak and the only thing that was leaking was the drain plug. A freaking drain plug! The mechanic I went showed me everything underneath my car too.The people that work here aren't mechanics. That's something you all need to know about places like this. They don't care about their job or the customer. All they try to do is sell things you don't need for your car. So be careful and watch everything they do. Don't be fooled by their fake smiles and words

I have been going here for years now and just decided to write this review. I have had nothing but a great experience at this location...very friendly and they explain everything to you. Don't forget to look for coupons.

Horrible service 2 hours for an oil change 2nd customer in line, don't come here if you need fast service! Not a good first experience never again!

If you re going to post open hours of 8:00-6:00, you should be open from 8:00-6:00. I was told at 5:20 that they weren t taking any more cars, even though there was an open bay and workers not doing anything. If you re not going to take any cars after 5:00, that should be your posted closing time.

DO NOT USE THIS JIFFY LUBE FOR YOUR A/C. They did a test on my A/C and said it was all good so that they could recharge the system. Well 3 weeks later same problem so I took it to a real AC shop and both the condenser and compressor were bad!!!!! RIP OFF!!!!!!!
