This is my second car I have brought to Vertex for repairs and they have done an amazing job once again. Sam was very helpful and walked me throughout the entire process. I got into an accident where someone rear ended my 4Runner. When I brought it to Vertex, they repaired the car so well that it looked better than when I bought it used. They provided me with a rental car as well so I'm not left without a car. It's worth the 40 minute drive to make sure my car is in good hands. I highly recommend bringing your car here if you have any work that needs to get done on your car.

Best body shop in the valley! I don t have the best insurance in regards to getting things done in a timely fashion, but Ed was so persistent and extra communicative with me and my insurance throughout the whole process. He was very kind and knowledgeable. They also work on teslas and made mine like brand new again after my fender bender thank you so much Ed and Jack! I really appreciate it! If you re in the Valley and need some help go see them!!

Great costumer service!! It was extremely easy to get a hold of them. They were always very patient and explained everything thoroughly. Went as far as keeping me updated on the status of my car via txt. This is the type of service I expected from the insurance company not the repair shop. Unfortunately my car was deemed a total loss, but Sam was very helpful when it came to dealing with the insurance company and it was definitely thanks to him that I was able to get the insurance company to do their part.Highly recommend them!

First of all I want to say thank you to all the Vertex Collision Center staff. Great customer service. They fixed my car in timely manner. They went above and beyond to make sure Im fully aware of the process. I will recommend everyone to go to them. My car is back and it looks exactly the same as it was before. Ed and his team were awesome and provided excellent service. My car had old PPF stuck on it for 17+ years and it ate through the clear coat, those guys didn t tell me to take it to a specific shop to get it removed in the first place for them to start working on the body like everywhere else. They handed everything very professionally and definitely earned my lifetime business with the shop!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Top notch service. A tough accident and I wasn't sure what was going to happen to my car or if the process was going to be nerve racking. Sam, Ed, and the crew at Vertex took care of everything in the most professional way. I was relieved to see my car look as good as new! They even cleaned the interior to look and smell like new! The guys at Vertex Collision were extremely professional. I was involved in a rear end accident. And the guy that hit me had no insurance. Ed and Sam assured me that everything would be ok, and they guided me through the entire process. The repair process took them a couple of weeks, but during that time they even gave me a rental vehicle so that I wouldn't miss work. They genuinely care about their customers. Much appreciated!

I had a driver side collision and lost my back mirror and my driver side doors were scratched. Mechanic did a very good job about painting it as it haven t had a scratches, he was very quick. Like his honesty. Excellent work! Definitely suggest this place.

Very fast and professional, they go above and beyond to ensure your vehicle is fixed and will be restored to 100%. They conduct an intensive inspection and test all aspects of the vehicle to ensure it is returned to its original state or even better. Ask for ED; he's the gentleman who assisted me, and he demonstrated transparency, understanding, and professionalism.

Vertex is a great automotive shop! They are professional, quick, and accommodating. Communication was fantastic! They made getting a quote and getting my car towed to their shop the easiest part of my car accident. Very personable and understanding. Sam & Ed went above and beyond fixing up my Moms vehicle. I have a huge amount of respect to these guys that took care of her car issues even when the insurance was being so problematic with helping her out. Her car literally looks like it came out of the dealer. The workmanship is exceptional and I would definitely recommend anyone that needs work done on their car to visit Vertex Collision Center. Ed is the best! Had insurance limits issues. Wawaneesa took almost 30 days to say there was an issue. Ed let me move my car without unexpected charges. Just tear down costs and a tow. Vertex is the best! I suggest using this business.

Getting into an accident sucks. It s a little better when Ed is the one working on your car and claim. Ed at Vertex made the car portion of my accident smooth and reassured me when I had all the normal concerns regarding the accident. Would 10/10 use Vertex again in the future.

Wooow I can t fully express how grateful I am for this shop. I have been helped countless times in different ways . The guys at Vertex did a fantastic job with my car. I had to fix a bumper that was falling and a crack in the back, and it all turned out great. Ed and his team are top notch. This shop is, in a good way, actually different from the rest of the shops I've ever been to. I used to grin and bear it when my car needed work - but I finally have a place where I'm treated well and they do good work. Please stay in business forever! Good Job! Nice service.I was very satisfied with their labor. They painted the bumper of my Mercede+Benz and now it is like brand new, never say that it was repainted. And yes, they have reasonable prices vs their neighbors-other body -shops.
