This is a very unassuming place and not the greatest part of town. However, I hit a knife or some sort of razor blade on the highway as I was heading home and immediately my tires started to deflate. I would never make it to the tire center in my area so I googled the first place that I could find. When I arrived, it was packed! However, somebody ran out and said they saw my tire was going flat and said he would take me right then! There were so many people there. I couldn t believe that I was getting even Service within 10 seconds of my arrival. He took off the tire and saw the blade sliced through the entire tire. And he said amazingly that he was going to fix it. He took it fixed it within five minutes, and I was on my way! Not only that, but it was a great deal! Service to me is everything, and this was better than stellar! Thank you thank you thank you tires by Mark you saved my day!

They unfortunate aligned my BMW 3 series wrong, I thought it was normal , went back they charged me 50 more dollars and it wasn't improved... so I lived with it for over a year aligned wrong which then caused unusual/excessive wear on my tires... I ended up going to the dealer and they found that the toe-in was set to negative 1 degrees on each side for a total of negative 2... It should have been set to negative .1 for an overall of negative .2 hopefully that was a one time mistake from "tires by mark" and that they're not doing this on every BMW 3 series.. extremely careless of them, but what do you expect for 50 bucks... Bottom line.. they aliged the car twice and both times did it wrong..

They haven't increased their prices since I've been coming here. Alignment $50, but you better tip these guys, they work their butts off.

Do not go to this repair shop under any circumstances, they give you a price but then charge more!

100% RECOMMEND YOU GUYS NOT TO GO TO THEM FOR ANYTHING,CAUSE THEY ARE NOT RIGHT PEOPLE,AND ONE PASS YOU RO ANOTHER AND OTHER SAID THE PRICE,HE SAID I DONT DO IT AND SO ON AND SO FORTH.There is GEORGE WHO WORKS ON CARS AND HIS SON,JUNIOR HAVE TOLD ME THAT PUTTING ONLY 2 COIL SPRINGS AND REAR SHAKLES WILL COST ME 700$,HOWEVER THE SON OFFERED ME TO INSTALL THE WHOLE SUSPENSION KIT FRONT AND REAR FOR ONLY 400$,SO WHEN GEORGE SAID 700$,HE SAID THAT HE DOOESNT SPEAK ENGLISH COMPLETELY AND HE GAVE ME HIS SON,JUNIORS SELLPHONE NUMBER TO TALK TO HIM,AND WHEN I TALKED TO HIM,HE SAID 400$.aAT THE END,JUNIOR SAID TALK TO MY DAD.So they seeMs like they JUST Through numbers out based on how that person look,and lots of other things that has been an issue in this country.

The person in charge of the alignment is a totally disastrous, inept and rude person. He also treats you in a despotic manner as if you were asking him for a favor, when in reality you paid for a service. Do yourself a favor and don't line up here unless you like paying for shoddy, express service.El encargado de la alineaci�n es una persona totalmente nefasta, inepta y grosera. Tambi�n te trata de manera d�spota c�mo si le estuvieras pidiendo un favor, cuando en realidad pagaste por un servicio. Hazte un favor y no hagas alineaci�n aqu� a menos que te guste pagar por un servicio expr�s y de mala calidad.
