Don't go here unless you want to be lied to. The female at the desk is a liar.Myself and another customer experienced the same thing. She will misquote prices and be gone when you get back! She tells you the price includes an alignment which h is across the street. When you get there, it's extra. She's a liar, and they have her back with it.

It s a great place for me to get tire purchase & services for all of my vehicles,best price,quick service and good people working with them,I could not find any better service than Tire Buy Mark. They are amazing.

Stopped in without an appointment in the evening for one problem tire. Was prepared to purchase a new tire since I had already tried fixing this one 6 months prior. Didn t have to. They promptly fixed the tire (which took about 20 minutes), assured me I didn t need a new one and that whoever repaired it the first time did a sloppy job. The best part is no joke they didn t charge me a single cent! Been about 5 days now and tire hasn t lost any air.

Had a flat and some 2 lug nuts broke. Tire service good, lug nut service, I can't believe dude charged me 50$ for a LOCKNUT AND a lugnut that sticks out like 3 inches.Saw them after I payed. Wack

As a girl with no help from any guy, this place always comes through. I ve been coming here for about 15 years with every car I ve ever owned . They work quick and efficiently. They re so respectful and helpful. The price is more than fair and they re 100% reliable. I can t count on my fingers the amount of times these guys have came through for me, rain or shine. I ve seen cars from Mercedes, Tesla to rolls Royce in their lot. They have years and years of experience and a solid team.

I ve been coming here for years, and not only can the prices not be beat But the honesty is incredible. I went in there today and I assumed I needed four tires because I went to a big chain franchise for air and they told me that I needed three out of four tires replaced. I came here a few days later because this is where I buy my tires And he came out and looked at my tires and told me I still had another 5000 miles at least and then I didn t need tires today. They didn t go for the easy sell and an easy thousand dollars. That s the type of honesty that will keep me coming back and recommending anybody and everybody that these guys are the best prices and the most honest guys in town. Thanks for the great and honest service

These guys are awesome. I've been coming here for 10+ years. Yeah. The process is a thing. But the guys at the counter and the guys out back are all solid hard working decent people.For example. Today I had to replace a single tire. It was a specific tire I needed. James said it'll be here at 4. Didn't try to sell me extra tires. He could have. My tire was there right at 4 as stated it would be. Easy.These guys are just solid.

Tires buy Mark has the best prices in the Valley. I been coming here for at least 15 years I highly recommended Mark 1000%.The only issue with mark is customer service. They never pick up phone calls. You must go in person to get the best quotes, and be patience to wait. Is worth to wait BECAUSE YOU GONNA SAVE MOEY.

Great priced tires that's forsure but be prepaid to wait for hours to get them installed. They also don't balance your tires here so you will end up having to go somewhere else to get them balanced. Personally not sure if the savings on the tires is worth the hours of waiting and spending money somewhere else to get them balanced.

I'm extremely disappointed with this tire shop. If you value your time, avoid coming here. Despite advertising free tire balancing, the tires I purchased were installed poorly, causing significant shaking during the ride. When I stopped by to have them balanced, I was completely ignored by the staff for over two hours. It seems like fixing issues caused to cars of their customers who already purchased tires (balancing tires in my case )isn't a priority for them, which is concerning. But lesson learned - if you re saving a little bit on tires, you re losing out on service. You cannot get a good price and service together, which is very unfortunate

Always busy but guys are quick great prices. Best in town. Worth the wait got a set of 4 tired in about 30 minutes for $450.

Great service, no frills, I had a flat tire (went to my car dealer - they quoted $700 and recommended to replace tires) - went to Tires Buy Mark - they fixed the flat for under $25. Happy Customer!!

Came here because of all the reviews but I left very disappointed and upset. I waited to be greeted and when I wasn't I went up to a man that was working there. Apparently he didn't speak English bc he would only talk to me in Spanish. I told him I only speak a little Spanish and explained to him my tires don't have air. I keep putting air and the tire light keeps turning on. I went back to my car to wait and while I was talking to my kids this man was yelling at me from across the parking lot. Instead of having the common courtesy to come up to me and talk to me to tell me hes ready for my car he chose to yell. I had no idea who he was yelling at until I finally turned around and he had the nerve to tell me he was calling me and why I wasn't responding. The man next to him was laughing. I left and went down the street to Big Brand tires where I was treated respectfully and happily spent over $300. Owners of Tires Buy Mark should really teach their workers about customer service and common decency, because of their employee's behavior they lost a customer.

I've been to this place about four times. Each time I was there I had to wait about twenty minutes. this was mostly because there were so many people who were already there. The service is excellent and the people knowledgeable. Highly recommend .

Good price on tires and quick install! I have been here to patch holes and get new tires and each time they were super helpful! Never tried to over charge me or take advantage!

Air pressure kept going down in one tire. Big Brand Tires ran a liquid test and checked it out only to conclude there are NO nails. How can that be? I went to my local auto shop where they found two small nails and one medium one! They removed the two benign ones and left the medium sized one for tire pro, marking it with white paint. After reading great reviews, I drove right up to Tires Buy Mark at opening time. Pato said he'd fix my tire right away, and he did! He removed the nail and patched the tire in about 10 minutes, and all with a smile! No charge for this but I gave a cash tip, so make sure you have cash on hand if you go. Thank you, Tires Buy Mark! What great, fast service.

I have a fleet of trucks..been going there for years .. BUT for some reason of whenever the crew feels like helping you they help..if you're not "worthy" that day..no help. Today I was not worthy I guess. So today is the last time I spend my money at Marks. Sad but true...the guys are VERY DISRESPECTFUL at times and today was the worst service I've gotten there in 30 years. No Loyalty tothe customer...so no Loyalty to Marks. Try another place people... there is just as good as prices around town..AND BETTER SERVICE

The best in the Valley. Best tire deals and staff. No pushy sales people. If ypu need a flat fixed, they will do it for free. Arrive early!!!This place sells tires for anything that has wheels.

Horrible customer service workers pick and choose whom they want to service instead of working with first come first serve customers based on the type of vehicles that show up in. We got skipped 3 times over high-end cars. We purchased 2 new tires and after asking the person installing the tires the reason why we were being skipped he answered very rudely that he was already helping the person that skipped us to wait longer. So after I told him that there goes his TIP he walked away and told the rest of the so called "technicians" about me not going to tip him and we got skipped 2 more times. At that point I went to the office and demanded my money back. I don't care if they have good tire prices I work too hard for my money to be treated that way specially if I'm going to get judged based on the vehicle I drive. They wasted my gas and time which I will never get back. What a shame specially after that place was highly recommended by a close friend of mine. The owner of that establishment really needs to train or hire more competent personnel because customer service is huge when it comes to tire sales.

Horrible customer service by the nephew james. We know mark threw family and friends. Always sent everybody there to get tires aunts uncles sister grand parents ECT.. We have had 7 vehicles this year 2022 go to them for tires but Wont be going there ever again and don't recommend anyone else does either unless you do a full video inspection around your vehicle first. My front end was messed up while in there possession of the vehicle. I was willing to fix it myself something very very simple. I just asked for a $50 refund back to cover the part that was $23.58 n my labor to install. I thought this was a small request to make things right. But guess not. If anyone decides to go there take photos around each tire and a short video. I was lucky to take photos and video only because I was randomly posting to my social media I was getting new tires. With this proof of damage if I don't hear back from them within 24 hours I will not be calling them back to find out if they were ever gonna return a call or see if they can solve a simple issue to make it right. Instead I will just serve them for a lawsuit of damages, stress, and putting my life in danger from the damage that could have caused me to crash the vehicle on my drive home. The part was there while on there property and gone once I got the vehicle back. I believe it was broken when jacking up my truck and either discarded out of fear of admitting a problem had occurred or part was laying on the ground in there parking lot hidden from me not wanting to admit there was a issue. Im not sure how it was damaged but my guess would be when it was jacked up part broke. Either way it was such a cheap part n minor issue I thought they would of taken care of it no problem but it became a problem now. I will be speaking to google also about there quality to see if google will suspend there google my business account temporary or permanently. Don't take your vehicle there without video and photos of vehicle before / after conditions

Man... I've been coming here since my dad was getting tires. Mark has got to be one of the greatest guys in the world. He will fix anything, and James is amazing as well. I'm very happy with the service you should definitely stop in here. Prices are great as well.

Their prices are great but there service is beyond horrible! I took time off my military job to come in a get my tires changed and they have ZERO organization! There is no order and cars are taken in no turn whatsoever and by what it seems like favorites. I waited for over 40 minutes and other cars came in and they serviced 6 cars that came in long after I was there. I m not sure they appreciated my military wear?? Hate to assume that but multiple times their mechanics looked at me and moved on to someone else. I mean I don t have the most pleasant face but wow, what an utter lack of professionalism and courtesy!! Highly recommend anywhere else but there.

Best tire shop in valley. I have seen all sorts of cars coming to this shop to fix tire related problem. I have changed my Honda accord 2013 tires for $75+ extra/ each tire. Also, they fix alignment for only $50.

Called to have a tire replaced, they ordered the wrong tire, I arrived at 8AM only to wait till 9:30AM for them to tell me they ordered the wrong one. came back the next day and had to put my spare back under my truck myself because the kid there did not position it correctly when asked if he could assist ME in moving it, he began assisting other people and as this now became a multi step, 3 day process of ordering and installing ONE tire. I lost patience and ended up just putting it back myself having to crawl underneath my car. Overall not a good experience. Would go somewhere else.

Best prices in the area, by far. It's no contest. It should be 5 stars, but I took one star away just because of the insanity out back, waiting in "line" (there is no real line, just chaos) to get your service done after you've paid up front. People will try to cut in front of you, and there's just not much order to it. So plan some extra time because you could be there a while (they're always really busy). But it's worth it for the load of savings.
