This place is the best!! They are very professional and know what they are doing. They have saved me close to $2000 in the two times I have had decent work to be done. John is honest and will tell you what needs to be done. All makes and models! His crew is the best. I even go to them for simple things such as oil change. You couldn't pay me to change my mechanic!

I have been coming to this shop for years. They are honest and always quote you the correct price. I bring my cars here for simple things like oil changes all the way up to transmission issues. They complete the work on time and in the amount quoted and they stand behind their work. I would never take my car anyplace else.

The Professional #1 Auto Repair is the best shop in the valley I've ever been to! Honest and professional work done with pride and respect! I have lived in the valley for 20 years and they really do the best work at the best price period!

One of the best experienced and responsive mechanics in valley. John fixed several issues with my Ford E-150 van very professionally. He takes interest and provides you the best solution in low prices. His crew is awesome. Definitely recommended for any automobile issues. They do tinting as well. I got my conversion van fixed with a new heater, engine light issues, grey water tank, gaskets, electrical and front lights. They do get busy but very responsive to calls. On schedule all the time.

You have come to the right place! John and his team not only provide professional, honest, reasonable and excellent service but they are most of all friendly and kind people. I have a wonderful mechanic on the West Side of town who I have been working with for some time but I needed to find a great and quick service team in the Valley. I really had the best experience with everyone here and am due back next week for my next appointment. These guys are simply the best and I encourage anyone looking for reliable professionals who are friendly and offer wonderful service to look no further. great service and prices. fixed my breaks in no time! also took my highlander to have my power steering pump changed and fixed and was very pleased and happy with job and service and their prices. I got in my car and remembered my rite back light also needed to be changed and thought I'd come back another day, so I backed up and then noticed it had already been fixed and put a big smile on my face. Thanks John and crew! (it's the little things that count)

THE BEST SHOP!! John who runs it was very diligent to diagnose a rattle noise on my car. That s a though job, but he nailed it! Also, he was very patient when he called to explain what was going on. The initial service fee went up a little, but he earned every penny.Come here for small or extensive services. You will pay a fair price and leave satisfied.Other shops just tried to upsell for the same issue. The Professional #1 Auto Repair cares about what your car really needs.

I highly recommend the professional 1 auto repair! This was my first time coming, and I would recommend the service/work to anyone. My car was having A/C troubles, and John was able to diagnose the issue and get it fixed within the same day. The pricing was reasonable and the work was excellent. We ran into a slight issue regarding the work done, but John was very understanding and was able to help take care of things in a very professional way. I would highly recommend taking your car here. Great prices, great service, and a very understanding and accommodating team. Thanks again!

Johnny is a very honest owner of this shop. He will only replace or repair the car problem. I have been insisting that alternator might be the problem for my car stalling and he insisted NO, besides it is costly. He just changed the leaking water pump, new battery and oil changecharged me half the cost Toyota is charging.When it stalled again after couple of weeks, I took it back to shop and they found nothing to replace or repair.George said he reset the car "computer"as he saw something odd ...bottom linethe car had been running much better... And.....Johnny did not charge me for the service. AWESOME people.... trustworthy.Sorry for very long "revelation".

First time customer. I needed to have the power steering fluid replaced on my Honda Civic. I called several places and they weren't helpful. Jorge immediately answered my questions and was very accommodating. Before proceeding with the work I'd requested, he pointed out a minor problem and asked if I wanted to proceed with the work or also have the hose replaced. I appreciate the honesty. Needless to say, I had both items done. I highly recommend The Professional #1 Auto Repair! They provide Excellent, Honest Service and Reasonable Labor Cost! Next time I need my car serviced, I know with certainty whom I'll be calling first! Great experience! My check engine light was on. The dealership asked $160 to just diagnose it. Instead, I took it to Jon at Professional Auto Repair who found out the oil cap was not on correctly (which the dealership was the last ones to do the oil change) and he didn't charge me since it was an easy fix. I definitely recommend this place and I'll be back there myself for oil changes in the future.

Been coming to this place for over 16 years; staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I own four vehicles and only come to them for any mechanical issues. John, the owner, is good with people, friendly and doesn't sugarcoat the issues they identify. Prices are decent, if you want professional auto repairs then go with these guys... you will not be disappointed!!!

Honest hardworking guys! Professional auto care is reliable, affordable, and they always do a fantastic job! I have been going to Minh for four years now and plan on giving him my business for many years to come! Even now that I have moved out of the neighborhood, I will continue to go to there. I have never had a single complaint and they have always explain exactly what they were doing and why. They never over charge and always let me know my price options before hand. I wouldn't trust my car with anybody else!

I had contacted Jonny over the phone shortly after finding this place on Google maps after seeing the high reviews. Jonny was very professional, upfront, and gave me no reason to hesitate for his service. After the repair done on my car from a blown head gasket, I noticed he went above and beyond by having the engine head cleaned making it look new, and including a valve job which I didn't ask for, but I'm not sure if it comes along with repairing a blown head gasket.I could feel that the power is my car's engine has been restored from the work he has done.Overall I'm well more than satisfied with this place and I will definitely come time and time again for future car Repairs.

I felt this tug tug tug sound when my car was running. There was no sound though. I was thinking of the worse. It could be the bearing, CV, etc. I was hoping for the least. I took it to this place because of the reviews. They were very nice. The owner drove it and he felt it. They lifted my car. Checked the car and saw a bolt pierced my tire. It was only $20 to fix it. Now I'm going back there for regular maintenance like oil changes, brake inspection, even smog check. Go there. Very trustworthy.So i came back today 2/16/2018 to have my oil change and have my AC blower fixed. Pretty straight forward and fast. I'm coming back tomorrow because they have to order the resistor for my AC blower.I can see myself as a regular customer of this auto repair shop because they are awesome.

I called the dealership to get my car fixed at 8am on a Monday. They didn't have an appointment for over a week! So my next call was to Jorge at Professional #1 Auto Repair. They were able to give me an estimate by 12pm that same day, and fixed the entire car by 2pm the following day. Great guys!

Ive owned 8 cars in the last 19 years. Ive brought "all" my cars to Minh. I remember when his car shop only had 2 garage stalls and in a short period he soon had 6. Ive referred hundreds of people to Minh over the years. I currently live in Ontario and I drive over 64 miles one way to have him service my cars. If your looking for a "Great Mechanic" look no further. Minh and his team will take great care of you and your family. If you enjoy his service like I have please refer people. Ive never stopped recommending him.

Been going here since the 90's. The owner, Minh, is a very decent man. And when it comes to looking for a mechanic, you want someone like Minh, a person you can "trust". Granted, there's no such thing as a "perfect" mechanic, because after all, we're "only human". And his wife Tsui, his "better half" :-) , is very personable.So, if you're looking for decent service along with reasonable prices, The Professional #1 Auto Repair is definitely worth a try! A+

I've been coming here for three years and I've had min service and repair my 84 el Camino. He always fixes it no problem. very coat effective and honest. No games here. I now will only use professional auto be cause of min and his sweet wife!!! Thank you guys very much for everything!

John is a very friendly and honest mechanic. He spent his time trying to figure out my problem and told me things to do over the phone. Mechanics like that are really rare nowadays compared to others who are like bring it in when you have a chance. Thanks again John.- Amin

One of the best in the city. Been going to see Minh for at least 6 different cars in the last 10yrs. He is always on point and is great at explaining the problem. Him and his wife are great. Highly recommended.

One of the sweetest couples out there, service is always great nd very clean, the head boss Mr. Mihn nd wife are most honest nd trustworthy when taking care of any customers car, along side with their kind heart nd great humor. my parents have been going here for almost 15 years nd continuing with the current 5 cars we have now

Replaced a leaky radiator (according to them) with warranty, started leaking again a week later but they said they could not honor warranty because it was a different part. Also tried to work me over with the old broken axle trick. They'll splatter grease all over the axle to get you to think it burst and have it replaced. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS!!!

Minh is a master mechanic. Also, I can unequivocally say that he is totally honest... an "honest mechanic" is almost an oxymoron these days! My father and my son also come to Professional Auto Repair exclusively.
