Not a good experience, the check didn t go through, the technician referred to errors, which, in his opinion, are a good reason to refuse me, I eventually went to an official dealer, where they carried out a full diagnosis, for which they took a decent amount from me, they said that everything is OK, there are no errors or malfunctions. I just went to another place and the check went through without any problems! I do not advise this place, I lost time, money, and could not register for a car for 3 months!

Have come here for over a decade fir my family s cars (6 of them, including grown kids cars and trucks), and my parents cars - everything from Toyotas, Dodge trucks... to Lexus. Honest and reliable; never a problem. Always friendly. Always handles everything start to finish quickly. Very quick visit. Was only there for less than 20 minutes and when I mentioned that I had a coupon he already applied the discount before I could show it to him. Great service!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCEI brought my elderly parents car here for a smog check and politely asked the technician to put on a mask as this was my parents car and wanted to be safe to protect them. HE REFUSED!! I kindly explained that due to their age it was important for him to do so. HE STILL REFUSED and very rudely turned his back on me and went back to lazily sitting in his chair. Good ratings or not, do yourself a favor and go to Smog All Cars where the technician is very polite and is actually concerned about the needs and welfare of the customer as opposed to this man s blatant disregard for the needs or safety of a customer.

You need to come here. Amazing service, polite, kind, and professional. I was in and out in 15 minutes. If possible bring some cash. He takes credit but as we all know credit card companies end up charging him. This man deserves every penny. pulled into the parking lot and asked the owner about getting my 2001 svt lighting smoged, the car is completely stock and the owner kept telling me my truck had the supercharger installed aftermarket, which just wasn't true, because my truck had a different engine shroud instead of the stock one that came with the truck 20 years ago, he kept insisting that my truck was a regular f 150 that had a supercharger installed on it, after trying to politely explain about the engine shroud, he bluntly told me, "if you make me smog this truck, im gonna fail it", like what? This guy doesn't know order cars too well if you have a newer car I guess your ok, still wouldn't recommend going here, he's rude, ugly and short, thanks for your timeService: Smog certification

Most probably the Best shop for a Smog Cert in the Entire San Fernando Valley. I would say "The Best", but it is only my personal opinion. The owner is polite, professional and knowledgeable and I have personally seen him send people away without charging them anything after fixing a small problem that another shop would have charged for. I have Great Trust in His Shop and Wish Him the Best.

I always go to Smog City and my family does as well. The service is always excellent. During the pandemic Sam offered me a $10 discount. I didn't want to take it because small businesses are suffering. We went back and forth for 5 minutes and I finally gave up.

Called ahead to get the wait time (no wait) and made my way over there. Sam was friendly and courteous and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! Would definitely recommend Smog City for your Smog Check needs (I know I ll be back back for my next check!)

I was in search of certified smog center since my car registration renewal required a smog certificate. Found Smog City online and decided to give it a try.Right decision:I arrived mid afternoon and to my surprise I was able to have smog service immediately (No wait time).Gentlemen/Owner was very friendly/professional. Handed him my DMV paperwork and smog service took less than 10 minutes.After passing smog check/service, I was informed that the results was already electronically sent to DMV. All I had to do was pay for registration.Very Cool.Also he inquired how I found out about his business. I said online.Result? $10.00 off service.$60.00 - $10.00 discount for mentioning I saw his business online = $50.00If you need your Smog certificate, I highly recommend Smog City in Canoga Park.

I went there first.nobody was there.guy next door say he wont be in till 11:00am.its was.10:00am.i just drove by and saw a sign and no cars in his shop.even got off and walked to shop.i told the guy.how can u make money.shop is opened up.and nobody there.cant make money like that.so i took my business down the street.where they.wanted my business.

I call the Smog City to ask how much it would cost to smog ck the type of car and if he was too busy, he told me that he would charge me $50 out the door bc he was running a $10 off bc normally he charge $60. I asked him if he was too busy rt then and there and he said no, just to bring the car in. I thought that it was great bc of the price and the availability. I took my car in to smog city, I fill out the paperwork, hand over docs and saw him connecting cables and scanner when suddenly he said that it could not be done bc the cigarret lighter fuses were not working and it need to be repaired before he'll do anything otherwise it won't pass the test. I asked him how the cigarret lighter fuses were relevant to emissions which is what the state wants the car to be ck for? But he only said to come back after is fixed. I left and went to another station were they not even pay attention to the cigarret light. I asked this other smog ck station certified technician if there was something to be fix and he said no, apparently everything is ok bc is going through. I told him about this station technician and he told me that sometimes they expect you to ask them to fix it so they can charge u more money. I'm giving the store 1 star bc there is no choice to ck for none.
