Wow! Beyond impressive service and experience for first time customer. I have been looking around and asking around for rim replacement due to cracked rim and leaking air. Prices were high elsewhere with no options. This place exceed my expectations and put me at ease. Oscar was brilliant and professional to help find a rim deal to replace all 4 for excellent monthly payment option. Work for my budget as I need to navigate challenges I have from home and jobs. Now I can drive my car in peace and focus life. Thank you for swift and professional service. It is now one of my favorite places.

Super nice people at this tire shop. I took my car in one time when I had to get new tires and they had great availability and were super fast. The people at the front were incredible and helped me get the right tires for my car. I had an issue where my wheel was breaking my tire and they didn t try to sell me up on a new tire and make some quick cash on my little knowledge, they told me the issue and pointed me in the right direction. Highly recommend this place if you are in need of new tires

This is a really cool place to get your wheels in order. I have stretch tire and no one wanted to take on it. And this guys did that! When I came first time it was all very fast! Thanks to Oscar and all team who works there!

My wife called me while I was at work that she had a flat tire. I told her to go to this place since it was close her. They over priced to get a new tire. I believe they took advantage of her since they saw a women come in and knew nothing about tires and prices. Never again!

They were recommended by a friend had a bad morning in labor day gotten a flat tire and went to the shop and luis help me out and explained how the program works and got a new set for my camery will recommend this place.

This review is way overdue!!! 1st and for most they re super reliable and provide quick and quality work! The customer service here is outstanding!! Everyone at this establishment is amazing but especially Oscar!! He always goes above and beyond to help me! Being a female it is not always easy dealing with mechanics but they gained my trust. I could go on and on about how many times they saved me and went the extra mile to make sure I leave satisfied. I definitely recommend them to anyone in need of services.

Dear Oscar & Ryan,I wanted to thank you for being my angels tonight. When my friend Kathy and I came in ten minutes before closing after calling you and driving super slowly on a very punctured tire, your kindness was so appreciated. That pothole we hit on victory was practically a ditch. Lol. And I m just glad no one was hurt.Thank you also for your generosity in offering/lending me the spare. I wonder if you d be willing to order two rear tires for me, so I can prepay my debt of gratitude to you.The model of my car is a 2009 BMW 328i. This place is a complete scam. I got a set of strada wheels for my frs that they tried to sell to me for over $2,000. The rims where used one had a dent and the others with curb rashes. When i looked up the wheels the next day i found out that the full set of 4 rims Brand New only costs $680, so my question is why are they ripping people off to such an extent? Oh i forgot to mention too when i brought back the rims literally the next day to return them they ended up breaking off my front left and rear right lug studs. I don't understand how a company like this can still be standing. How do the employees feel knowing that they are ripping people off. FOR ANYONE WHO IS TRYING TO BUY SOME WHEELS MAKE SURE TO DO YOUR RESEARCH AHEAD OF TIME AND DONT BUY FAKE WHEELS FROM RENT A WHEEL FOR THE PRICE OF THE REAL ONES!!!

I will definitely go here again in the future. Oscar and the rest of the crew were amazing to deal with. I purchased new rims and tires, I am very happy with the service and care they all had for taking care of me. I highly recommend checking them out. Bad service . Sell bad tires . I bought a tire and it kept loosing the air . Kept placing air in tire kept loosing it . Try to tell you it s something else that is bad . The guy changed my valve and the one the he put were defective and he took my valves. He kept my valves that were special with sensor and replaced them with bad ones . Never coming back here it s a waste of money and rip off and they take your good parts that are worth more and place cheap ones .

This shop was recommended to me by a co worker. I was having such a bad day bc my tire blew out and I was having trouble getting it fixed. I have a long commute 5 days out of the week, so it's safe to say that I need my car. I am super grateful I came across this tire shop. The quality of work Nick puts in is amazing! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! My tire had a nail and nick was more than happy to fix it. He went above and beyond for my situation. So thank you Nick and team for helping me with all my car troubles! I super appreciate them! Definitely have a lifetime customer here.

These guys went above and beyond to help me... I was literally stranded. My payment plan was adjusted for my comfort and I am treated like a valued customer every month when I go in to make my pmt and have the tires checked.It would be so awesome if more businesses held their dignity as these people do.Thank you Canoga Park Rent-a-Wheel !!

I recommend you ask for all your receipts because they charge you more than they should and not to mention the harrasing of Phone calls nonstop! Do not recommend this place.

Had a flat -- a nail in my wheel -- and these guys had me patched and back on the road so fast I was only a little late for my appointment. So grateful. And they were super nice too

Great place, during lunch I noticed my tire was flat. Went to get it repaired l. Staff is friendly, service is quick and best of all I was not charged for having my tire fixed!. Totally recommend it

my husband took his car a 2018 Durango in 3 weeks ago to get wheels and tires and he's had nothing but problems since his sensors on his vehicle or not working and he seems to just get the run-around and you have the audacity to charge my account I'm in right about the pay for problems

Omg love these guys ..had 2 bad tires due to huge pit hole on 210 fwy ..I also need alignment....who knows what other damage that pot hole did to my car BUT they put 2 new tires and thank God I got my rims n tires with them you guys rock...Thank you guys..
