I don't understand how any of these companies could I hired employees who lack knowledge of their products. This particular Latino person who can not speak hardly any English. How do you communicate? I was very disappointed. Sad reality here in California. Ugh.

I came to Napa to purchase some light bulbs for my Colorado right off the bat the employees were super helpful but what I think made the service better a five star was that one of the employees that worked there he was Latino I m sorry but I didn t catch his name. I went back in the store bc I bought the wrong ones he switched it out and I walked out the store and as I was leaving he came out side and gave me some money back saying the light bulbs he had switched out were cheaper in price. Definitely going back thank you!

Nicely organized store but experince is terrbile they need to hire more people speak english I was there to buy black car wax nobody help me there was 3 people on counter they speaking Spanish each other laughing about somthing funny (maybe they are on break) lol so I went to pep boys got .My stuff only reason to go there because it's right next to my house

Jose was so extremely helpful! He helped me find some obscure parts for my 2003 VW Jetta. I tried three other auto parts stores, all of which could not find the parts I needed. In the end he saved me a lot of confusion and hundreds of dollars. I was able to take those parts to a Mechanic who is honest and charges very affordable rates. Thanks Jose.

Ordered a couple of things online, and went there when I got the email confirmation that my items were ready for pickup. Easy, straightforward transaction.Not the same when I made the trip to the store. They just started looking for my items, and even told me that they don't have it today. When I asked them why I got an email saying otherwise, they just shrugged and said "they don't know."I ended up asking for a refund (as I theb decided to just go to O'Reilly's), and the guy was all dismissive and huffy.Disappointing.

What a waste of time.They said this is an "Independent Store" and they do not accept returns from other stores. Despite it being a new/unused part.I won't be spending my time or money here

Called to see if they had the parts for my vehicle. Which they did. Asked to put them aside for me. Went to pick up my parts shortly after phone call. I was in and out less then 10 mins. All the parts I received were correct for my vehicle. Great and quick service.

Friendly staff and good selection of parts. Good auto parts store. They do carry Mann filters, which is good if you have an European vehicle and want to stick to something that is or is close to OEM.

Small but very complete and personal service. Good parking. Senior or AAA discount. Very good prices. Quick in n out type auto store. A+

They gave me the wrong parts for my truck which I spent two hours working on to find out that they gave me the wrong parts for my caliper rebuild kit. Second thing I bought a radiator for my Toyota pickup truck. The radiator did not match up with original holes to put it on. So I had to drill the holes bigger to make it fit properly. Not happy with NAPA Parts these days. I remember when NAPA parts for high quality. I'm 58 years old and believe me I can tell the difference compared to what Napa used to be no better than any other auto parts store 4 aftermarket parts

I love this place.not only do i get my car parts.but there is a 31 flavors.a 7-11.a carls jr.a metro pcs.a food for less.and other stores.that u can handle more then your car parts.
